While in DXB, they entice customer to buy all duty free and then when it comes to boarding, you will be 'shocked'. No more than 10kg allowed. 3. You will be directed to read instructions before boarding. Then the corruption deal starts...read point 4 4. The man will say, remove anything in excess of 10kg or pay extra luggage, knowing very well, that people buy duty free at DXB. 5. Once you start negotiating, then the deal-making starts... 6. If I have known that I could have shopped in Dubai duty free. The customer service person was very rude too."

As frequent travelers, I am aware rules change and am willing to comply. Being told my hand baggage had to be checked in and I cannot redistribute the weight or put things into my checking bags that were yet to be tagged was unreasonable. Started my trip on a negative note which was avoidable. I have found the training crew get and the ground staff get are disparate. As efficient as the onboard crew are, the ground staff in DXB and now NYC do not match up."

Now I have to wait over 24h before I can get my bag."

She brought the snack 27 minutes later, cold and handed it to me in a huff. It made the rest of the flight extremely uncomfortable, since I didn't feel comfortable asking for water or anything else the entire 10 hours. It soured my experience with Cathay and definitely spoilt the experience of Premium Economy. The older, more seasoned staff was much nicer and politer."

It is stated in their menu that snacks like cup of noodle is available through out the flight but only when you stand up and get it from them. Very poor service. I will never fly Cathay Pacific again. That will be the first and the last."

Next day, after boarded the plane, had to sit inside plane for 2 1/2 hours until the plane takes off. It was not a good experienced, even though they gave us a voucher for 75.$"

Asked for a reset and either it didn't help or they didn't reset. By the time I wanted to ask for another reset, we were getting served dinner as the carts were blocking the aisles. Didn't get seats together with my wife. It was a 3-3 seat configuration. No empty seats and I ended up sitting behind my wife, in the middle seat. So no window or aisle for either of us. :("

While I appreciate that business travelers should have priority boarding, the order of coach is from front to back. It would be beneficial to begin coach boarding from the back to the front to reduce the traffic on the aisles."

Ưu: "The 787 makes an enormous difference on a long-haul flight. The windows are awesomely large and you can still see outside when everyone is sleeping. But best of all is that the higher pressure and higher humidity in the cabin means that you arrive after a 10-12 hour flight feeling only a little tired from jetlag, rather than completely exhausted and dehydrated with a headache. I will go far out of my way and pay a premium to take a 787 if one is available. Also, DEN is a fantastic airport (by American standards), and I'd much rather connect there than anywhere else in the US."
Khuyết điểm: "United is still United. One of the cabin crewmembers was serving drinks and wet his fingers with his tongue to ease selecting a single cocktail napkin. Basically, this is tantamount to slobbering on everyone's napkins and saying, "Use this to wipe your face. Never mind my saliva." A second crewmember looked like he hadn't cut or combed his hair since last summer. I would love to see ANA operate the NRT-DEN flight so I can have high-quality service. But the 787 more than makes up for United's low standards of hygiene, and I will gladly use this airplane to get to the US."

I guess united decided to alienate their best paying customers by staffing crews with non service oriented crews. Would recommend any other airline for service."
