The first move was because a father wanted to sit next to his young son. The second was because a young women was uncomfortable sitting in a row of men. I started with an aisle seat but had to move to a middle seat through all of this. I gave up my comfort to ensure that other passengers were properly taken care of. You should only hope that others will be willing to do the same."

There must be a clear explicit information at the time of buying the ticket that they do NOT provide room for long overlay. It's stupid to buy such ticket at such price and ending paying a lot for taxi, girl and meals later on. There are better options available. Not once I saw the crew smiling in my flight from Cape Town to Dubai. However my flight from Dubai to USA was great with an excellent professional and lovely crew."

Khuyết điểm: "I fly quite frequently, I always check in online, only with cabin baggage, and I arrive to the airport around an hour ago because I have an e-gate that allows me to pass trough immigration in a minute. This time, when I reach the first passport check, they told me that they had to double check if I could get in, because the time it was slightly below one hour and I probably want going to have time to reach my flight on time. They called a member of Emirates ground staff, to talk with his supervisor, that apparently was missing without notice. I explained him that because my e-gate pass, I could reach the gate in less than 15 minutes, but he keep me there while they were trying to find the supervisor. After 15 minutes, the supervisor finally called back, and approved my entry. I reach the gate in exactly 10 minutes while people still were boarding. I had plenty of time and I almost lost my flight because their lack of organization. I understand the procedure but you should keep a supervisor present."

There is no priority for Premium. The staff are efficient but service is basic. No sign of staff except when they are serving food. Seats are fine for a day flight. The food is very ordinary and some dishes were not available."

Needless to say I was very confused and more than a little ticked with the inconsistent behaviour. Things didn't get any better when they defended their approach instead of simply acknowledging the problem."

The moat important thing about the flight is there was just one restroom in the center of the flight and obviously its always occupied. My brother who did get the meal stated that it was very poor quality. The egg was terrible tasting, powered egg replacement."

Khuyết điểm: "There are two things that I was not impressed by. First, there was a delay but the information was ineffectively communicated. Second, I was given a sweet and sour chicken pie that had no chicken in it, and a caffeinated beverage (oolong tea) in 11 pm local time. I am going to focus on the first issue in the remaining text: This flight was delayed for about 45 minutes. A small, written sign about the delay was placed on the gate counter for some time without an audio announcement. I heard about the delay from other passengers who walked by talking about the delay. I sat really close to the gate, so I'm sure I did not miss any announcement. Then I walked up to gate to verify whether there was indeed a delay. That is when I saw a tiny sign about it. By the time I finished emailing my family about the delay, I finally heard this delay being announced, but I did not know how long the information had been already available. Why not communicate this (unfortunate, unpleasant) information ASAP to passengers so that they could inform their family and friends at the destination? This flight was scheduled to arrive by 12:30 am, and it ended up arriving by 1:30 am."

A minor criticism and I appreciate I was the second part of the flight."

That is unhealthy and exacerbates the jet lag phenomena. An airplane is not a hotel and you have eye masks and such readily available for people sleeping. Oh, and I also like to look out the window! For this reason I am looking for another airline to fly for our semi annual trips overseas."

Also, the comments about leg-room, ... correct. I'm 6' 3" and 'uncomfortable' sums it up pretty well. For 10½ hours, being crammed into that small a space can be quite daunting."

Turkish delayed my first flight by 2 hours, which caused me to miss my layover, and the next flight from Istanbul to Tel Aviv was not until the next day. They made me pay for a visa to get into Istanbul, took me to a hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, and then did not serve me any food for dinner. The Istanbul airport was a mess, the flight attendants and everyone working for the airline was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. Then on the return flight, they changed the time of my flight at the last minute, which caused me to almost miss it. On top of that, they lost my baggage and took a week to get it back. DO NOT EVER FLY TURKISH, YOU WILL REGRET IT."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Plane was an older 747. I will not flight long hault with KLM again."

Peaceful airline with no hidden costs during booking."

Of course they continued being rowdy the whole night. The flight was ruined as I could get no sleep. Will think twice before going with Aeroflot again"

On most of the occasions the parents should have been given some guidance as their behaviour was intolerant towards other passengers. Unfortunately, there was no support from crew members on this."

We also were at a gate where another flight ahead of us was still boarding (to London) so I think that made people more anxious and frustrated. When we finally passed through the gate and boarded a transport bus, the bus only took us a few feet away to the next gate, and they had us climb up a set of stairs up to the entry way from where our original gate number was located. Why even bother changing the gate then!"

I will not fly with Aeroflot again."
