We had a very short connection but were met as we got off our first flight in Seoul and given great instructions about how to quickly get to our connection through security while our flight to SFO was being held for 15 minutes. The food was very good, choice of movies and TV excellent. Our bags made it to SFO despite the short connection. All in all I couldn't ask for a better way to make a 20 hr trip to the other side of the world."

Vegetarian Oriental meal was great, unlike on Chicago to Dubai flight. But stick with Asian vegetarian to get extra cheese + crackers, sauces, dressing."

It got worse when 2 passengers' documents had complications, because Emirates staff did not ask them to step aside and wait for the rest of us to go first. Seriously limited overhead-bin space turned out to be another irritating problem resulting from this high-density, 10-across 777 Economy configuration. And staff forgot to give all of us the correct immigration forms for India, creating further headaches for us after deplaning."

Free gifts for the kids (cheap toys, but still a nice touch) Some of the crew were very friendly and complimentary and socially engaging."

But...what airline doesnt have this problem? What company doesnt have this problem? Much of the food was mediocre. Only a small portion actually tasted good. A little disconcerting at the end. Crew members were literally running up and down the aisles over and over trying to collect trash, store trash and take care of other chores WELL AFTER the pilot told them to be seated. It made it seem as if the crew were not professional, not well-trained, not well-disciplined and thus made me a bit uncomfortable to see them scrambling around for 10 minutes as if they were behind schedule on everything. If they rushed this, then what else more important does the airline rush? Hopefully nothing but it was quite an odd experience. Overall the flight was well worth it though. I will fly Emirates again as long as their prices remain very competitive."

I understand that things happen, but most of the problems today seem to have been preventable. First, our plane in Lihue was delayed for over 3 hours because they could not get a working fuel truck to fill the plane. Three hours? This caused us to miss our connection in LA, although just barely. We had to wait onboard so that we could use the same gate that our outgoing plane was departing from. If we had just been sent to a different gate we. Oils have made our original flight. So, they put us on a flight to Chicago because there were no more flights to Minneapolis. Then, once in Chicago the incoming plane was delayed and we sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes before deplaning. Then after an hour delay we were told the crew was on the ground and we were boarded. Sat in the plane for another hour, then we’re told we were still waiting for crew members that were delayed so we deplaned again. Another 90 minutes past and we got back on the plane and sat for another 45 minutes. We are finally pulling away from the gate. Hallelujah!"

So then I had to dig through it at the gate to remove lithium batteries and it took an additional 20+ minutes at MSP to get to baggage claim/wait/claim bag. There was plenty of room in overhead storage for my bag."

Would have been more bearable, but AA's seats are sooooooo close together, that there is nowhere near enough room to stretch legs when weather causes delays. I was the first person in line for stand by, but the flight was full so I knew it was a long shot. Waiting at the gate, I was excited because one person didn't show and they were giving him a two minute wait time before I could board. During this wait time a woman passenger came over and said she had just been given a ticket change at the gate counter. The agent at the gate was furious because the flight was sold out and said the woman should not have received a ticket, but should have been placed on stand by. She went over and scolded the other agent for this mistake. Okay, so she should've been placed on STAND BY behind me in line. After the unprofessional arguing between the two agents, they both admitted it was a mistake and she should be second in line for stand by, BUT they did not honor this and placed her on the plane bumping me. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight because of this and extremely inconvenienced my family and in addition had to pay an extra 75 dollars out of my pocket to keep my dogs at their kennel an extra night because I arrived home 5 hours after expected. I understand that flights end up getting delayed and the agents are doing the best they can to accommodate travelers, but admitting a mistake and not fixing it to make it right is unacceptable. I notified American Airlines of my situation and only received a form letter with enough miles to get me 1/8 of a flight. I don't even care about the miles because I don't plan to ever fly with them again, I want the money for the dog kennel I had to pay extra. I was visiting my husband who serves in the US Army causing separation from our family for long periods of time and this extra headache and expense due to the mistake of American Airlines was disheartening."

I was forced to check my roll on carry-on. I also was forced to wait at baggage claim in msp. I purposely traveled with carry-on items to avoid this issue! Not happy..."

Ưu: "Uneventful, except for a malfunctioning getaway in MSP which caused a very brief delay."

Khuyết điểm: "Budget Rental, OMG 55 min wait in the parking lot before some would check myself and several other renters. NEVER use budget again. Its not that they were understaffed. I saw Budget employees standing around doing nothing. On a side note the inside of the car was coated with a white cleaning solution, windows were dirty, and windshield fluid was empty."

Ưu: "Did not travel from Phillies to Minneapolis. Due to change in program."

Khuyết điểm: "Two hour delay due to mechanical issue was a showstopper."

Khuyết điểm: "A passenger seated next to me threw up all over me as we landed. We were seated towards the back, we should of been let out first because when I say threw up, I mean he THREW UP!! And the hosts looked less than pleased and just handed us paper towels to clean it up. Just not very friendly."

Ưu: "This one at least flew off the runway soon after closing its doora"

Khuyết điểm: "First flight not found; no pilot to fly; and then there was no crew to attend. Passengers made to wait more than 1 hour inside the plan. my opinion, all could have been handled simultaneously if somebody thought about it."

Ưu: "No cancellations"

Khuyết điểm: "Got stuck between two over weight people."

Ưu: "Even though I had a middle seat in the back, it was comfortable."
Khuyết điểm: "At the airport in Philly, the staff didn't listen to my questions and wasted my time making me re-check in and use the baggage ticket machine which was not able to calculate that I didn't have to pay for a checked bag because I am an Advantage member. So after waiting in line and doing these two things I had to wait in line again to work with customer service. The staff seemed most interested in chatting with each other."

Khuyết điểm: "Getting told we changed gates, then delayed, then gate change again, and delayed again. Didn't seem like anyone knew what was going on and being delayed that much messed up my next morning plans"
