Ưu: "My husband, my baby(14 months) and I took the flight from Hanoi to New York which was transferred in Korea. The flight from Hanoi to Korea got delayed so we have to fly with Asian Anna instead. The checking took so long and confusing. We barely made the flight from Hanoi to Korea and ran from different terminals to catch the flight from Korea to New York. We paid extra to select seat to sit to gether but then we found out it was just a joke to get money from Justfly since Korean Air said they only arranged seat at check in which we couldn’t check in as early as we wished due to the delay. And from Korea to New York, they lost our 4 luggages. How horrible could that be ? We are thinking about suing justly."

Khuyết điểm: "I'm stuck in Korea on Christmas Day instead of being in the Philippines. The Korean Air staff didn't speak English very well and it took an hour to figure out what was happening. I had to pay for my own hotel on top of my resort that I'm paying for in the Philippines and the next flight isn't until 9 pm Christmas day. Worst airline I have ever had to deal with. On top of my five days off this year and two were wasted on traveling. Big waste of time and money. Will probably not use your website or the airline again."
Ưu: "Incheon Airport consistently rated one of the best in the world, has everything s traveler needs and more. Airplane was exceedingly clean, Flight Attenddents very professional, attentivel and efficient."
Ưu: "More than enough seat space I was on seat 28. I actually slept most of the time which usually doesn't happen so I guess it was just that comfortable. Attendants were great and food was fair but can't really expect much for airplane food. I would definitely fly Korean air again."
Ưu: "The new plane was amazing on my way back from Singapore to Chicago. The staff is extremely courteous. The food was good which included some traditional Korean food options and some western cuisine."
Khuyết điểm: "On my way from Chicago to Singapore, they had an old plane and the business class was mediocre at best. The seats were uncomfortable. They were stacked side by side and did not have a "personal pod" formation which in my honest opinion is quite a waste of thousands of dollars you paid to travel. Additionally, the entertainment was just okay. There were not too many great options of movies and for the old plane, the screens were really bad."

Ưu: "Really loved the KAL transit lounge area of the airport. Took a four hour nap in the nap area on arrival. Then was able to shower and clean up. All provided free. Great Airport."

Food is hit or miss, but typically better than competitors. The personal TV has a number of new releases and is easy to use."

The insanity of it all - so glad the woman can count to two - is that I was forced by this angry person to carry my laptop and tablet onto the airplane in my hand, as she absolutely would not allow me to put them into my empty backpack, claiming this would constitute a third item. Of course, no one else was forced to take their computers out of their protective cases, only myself, because it was a backpack. I am 66 years old, travelling alone, and frankly am not the only international traveler who experiences unbelievable rudeness when in US airports."
Ưu: "We had a short connection after a Korean Air Flight from Hanoi to Seoul before catching KE 085 to JFK. The time pressure was heightened because the first flight take off was delayed. There was an attendant waiting as we deplaned in Seoul who escorted us to the gate and assured us that the plane would wait for us. And miraculously, our baggage tagged for short connection, did make it with us to JFK!"

Ưu: "I fly a lot of Asian airlines. This was my first time with KE. Overall, I'd say the food was OK, and I'm not particularly choosy. But the flight from Seoul to JFK was just beef and seafood and a Korean Rice Bowl. Pretty limited. If you're a veggie, I'd suggest putting in for a veggie meal."
Khuyết điểm: "I bought my ticket last minute not realizing that my lay over in Korea was 12 hours I arrived in Korea at 5:30 am, stayed at the airport , slept , walked, ate, sleep patiently waited for my 1930 boarding I finally boarded and was told in their broken English that I am going to be inspected I was thoroughly searched, my pursed was inspected, my body was inspected ,the asked me to open both of my hands and they run a white strips into my palm( I'm a nurse ) and the first thing that entered my mind was they were checking me for drug screen I am very bothered with what happened , Korean airlines makes their passenger have a long lay over and at the end will be thoroughly searched because she stayed in the airport too long How is Korean airlines going to support this insult!!! Anyone tell ne"

Khuyết điểm: "I wasn't able to choose my seat on line and ended up in a window seat. With the seats in front of my row reclined all the way back, I could not get out of my seat to use the restroom. Having just transferred from Korean Airlines and taken other asian airlines on my trip, it's a hard comparison to a domestic airline, although Hawaiian is among one of the better domestics. On my food tray, there was a bowl of miso soup, that the attendant was trying to hand me, while there was turbulence. The bowl of miso was smiling all over the tray, and on my napkin, and since I was on the inside seat, almost spilled all over me. On a previous Korean airline fight, also with turbulence, the attendant had taken the bowl off the tray, and covered it with a saran, and then handed it to me to make sure it wouldn't spill all over me. There's a bit of difference there."

The business class seats were really comfortable and the service could not have been better! Our only issue was when the airline made schedule changes we had to work with Kayak rather than directly with the airline and it took some time to get things sorted out.
The food should be better. The service is good. The seat is ok.

And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."

I tried a month later but the problem was not solved. They foward any problems and inquiries to reservation center but calling the number won't find anyone to talk. Always they put me on hold for hours and never reached anyone. I have food allergy and tried to request for special meals but the option was not there under my eticket number as described in their website. They say the option may not be available because I purchased my ticket from 3rd party, not from JAL or it was code share flight. Very inconvenient. I had to skip 2 meals out of 3in leaving for Japan. I got very hungry at the end of the flight...."

Im getting too old for that."

Khuyết điểm: "They have to take the prize for having the absolute slowest customer service in the world. When I booked my tickets, I emailed customer service to make sure I didn’t get a center seat. It took them two months - TWO MONTHS - to email me back, to tell me there was nothing they could do. I also had to be reticketed on my flight from Tokyo to Hanoi. It took them 3 1/2 hours to do this. I had to sit in the airport for 3 1/2 hours to get my ticket changed. Unbelievable. They could’ve chiseled it in stone faster than they issued it."

Television screens and headphones in economy were easy to use and reproduced video and audio content well. Overhead storage space was adequate, even for an almost fully-booked flight whose passengers relied upon it very heavily."
Khuyết điểm: "One of my vegetarian meals (the larger of the two) wasn't vegetarian. This was astonishing -- a first for me in more than twenty years of flights across the Pacific. Not once have I had a vegetarian meal that included chicken, but that is just what was served to me on this flight; I was obliged to spit it out, and to wash my mouth afterwards. The selection of films offered was demoralizingly poor, and the seatback pockets afforded even less storage space than usual."

Khuyết điểm: "The personal entertaiment touch screen worked intermitently. When the touch screen did not work, i had to use the remote control to do what i want it to do. Boarding process experience can be improve with better sign for the queing lines and have boarding crew station at end of every quing lines to make sure all passengers are queing in the correct line."
Ưu: "Economy seats were spacious and same size as Economy Plus seats of United. Clean. Crew was amazing, helpful and friendly."
Ưu: "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."
Ưu: "Security was efficient and quick. Customs was expedited. Both flights, take off and landings, were smooth!"
Ưu: "The food was great. There was a good selection of shows and movies. The stewardesses came around with water and juice often which was really nice. The bathrooms were clean."
Khuyết điểm: "The decent into Japan was pretty steep. It made me feel a bit sick and I never get motion sickness. Hardest decent I've ever had and I travel every 2 years. The ascent was excellent though and the flight in general was perfect."

They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. I liked the comfort. Food was meh, so was service, and entertainment options for movies were unimpressive.
The gluten free meal was excellent
Overall good experience with just the JetBlue Qatar should have kept the checked in luggage at the Boston Airport while rebooking the missed connection to MSP. That made it extra hard on passengers to carry their luggage to hotel and back and check-in again.
Wasnt full so that’s a plus. Staff were outstanding. Patient, curteous, responsive. Masks were enfoced which is great. I’ve travelled with young kids of my own and have had some rough experiences with them but there is ALWAYS some way to pasify a screeming child. Many parents on this flight didnt care at all. I was awoken by a toddler running past me, bumping into my elbow, screaming “tee non, tee non, tee non”. On these transcontinental flights, parents with little children should be given a special section, and parents need to be more reponsive to the issues causing their little ones to scream and cry nonstop for 16.5 hrs. Its not the kids’ fault. Also, why cant airlines get rid of static charged fleece throws? All that said, Qatar remains one of the better international carriers out there.
It was a good trip. Friendly staff. On time flights. Great experience.

When seeking guidance from crew members about the flight's boarding different answers were given at different time. First it was no delay, just the plane getting closer to the gate, later followed by a 10 mins wait that later became over 30 mins. Once we finally made it on the flight, when requesting a beverage the only option given is water or orange juice and if you have any dietary restrictions (even when providing said information to the airline) you will remain without food on the shorter flights."

When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."

The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

Travelling with a cranky two year old, made pains to select seats for maximum child comfort and it all flew out the window. Arrived at destination and sat, again, waiting for a gate. Signed up for sky miles previously based on good experiences, but this was one lane thing after another. Advice? Don't act like you're doing me a favor when asking people to check bags cause then it's "free"."

Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

More importantly, the fact that I checked-in with seat 14 and ended-up, seemingly randomly, in seat 28 (the back of the plane) when I had SPECIFICALLY selected a seat in the FRONT section of the plane. That was particularly annoying, especially since the optics of the situation were such that I used miles to purchase the flight and got "screwed-over" with respect to my seat selection as if my ticket held less weight than other passengers..."

We were re-booked on connecting flights different then the one we originally booked and weren't even notified. They have a Delta app, but it doesn't even work right. Unless you physically go to the gate to check to see if the flight is on time, that is the only was to find out if you are re-booked onto a different flight or not. I have never flown an airline that re-books you on a different flight when they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend Delta Airlines to my worse enemy!"

An announcement was made that in Atlanta which is Delta hub, there were no flight attendants for the flight so we had to wait for another crew to fly in. That's just unporfessiknal. To make matters worse, the gate agents didn't make announcements even if just to say we know this isn't good and we will update you asap even if just to tell you we are still waiting on word. Total silence and seeing the gate agents laugh and talk amongst each other was pretty bad."

It was a really cramped flight and although I was polite, it's still very frustrating to pay for a seat, but only get access to 2/3 of it. I am 6'1, so every inch of my seat is typically used. It would be nice if there was a way to ensure this didn't happen. If people need more than 1 seat, they should be required to pay for more than one seat, and not 'steal' my space. Overall bad Delta experience. Sara"
