I'm reall satisfied with ANA.
I loved both the ground and flight crews. They're so patient and willing to accomodate us and help solve problems. I only wanted to suggest if they can give us more new or not so new movies to watch.

Ưu: "I traveled with my wife and twin sons who turned two last month. It was our first time to fly with the boys, and we were nervous about the flight for this reason. Thanks to ANA's staff both on the ground and in the air, everything went very smoothly. When we arrived at Haneda Airport (around 1:30pm), we went to the Special Assistance counter to get a stroller. The staff was friendly and patient, and didn't rush us at all. (It took a little while to get our things in order.) I was surprised to learn that we could check in from there, drop off our checked luggage and receive boarding passes, as well as an airport stroller. In addition, the boy who was awake at the time received an ANA airplane clip. We didn't get to the gate in time for pre-boarding. I was dismayed to find out that we'd have to take a bus to the aircraft. We had the maximum number of carry-on bags, plus two babies, only one of whom was in a carrier, and we learned that the stroller couldn't go on the bus. A gate agent brought our carry-ons onto the bus. She found priority seats for us and a place nearby to fit a bag that couldn't fit on one of our laps. On board, the cabin attendants were attentive and friendly, and gave toys to the boys. When we arrived at Hagi-Iwami Airport, two of them even carried all of our carry-on bags off the plane for us. (They also helped with our carry-on luggage upon returning to Tokyo. In fact, we had forgotten to reserve a stroller for when we deplaned, and a flight attendant tried to find one near the gate, to no avail.) When I think about all the positive experiences we had in a span of about three and a half hours, I am amazed at all the different people who helped to make our journey easier. I cannot imagine it happening in my home country or on most airlines I have flown."

Ưu: "The seat I selected was the first row of regular economy. It had extra legroom and received excellent attention by the staff for drinks. The arline served 3 meals and snacks on the flight. I felt like I was eating the entire trip. :)"
Khuyết điểm: "The seats were quite narrow. Most of the rows behind had armrests that were able to raise and lower, but due to my seat selection, my row had the stow-away monitors in the armrests. The seats also didn't technically recline. The lower seat cushion merely moved forward, emulating a recline, but the seatback didn't actually move. It was not quite comfortable."

Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

My wife and I both took note that the flight attendants were "First Class" with emphasis on class. Exceptionally well groomed, but also conveyed genuine concern and helpfulness and at the same time, real workers, energetic and perky. We are bragging to all our friends about the uplifting cultural demeanor of Singapore Airlines. They should all get a pay raise. I will always remember their wonderful service when thinking about our trip to Frankfurt, Germany. Robert"

Crew unresponsive with drink and food requests, I had to ask for services multiple times on several occasions. Pressing my 'attendant button' my light was lit for 10 minutes before a crew member noticed. My first trip on Singapore, my expectations were not met. Shame"

Delayed and hour talking off and delay the other end unable to get into the gate, had to wait on the runway for almost 40 minutes, not what you need on a 25 hour journey from Australia to the UK. No reason was given for the delay taking off, on arrival because we were late our gate was taken. Poor experienced.
Coach seats are just too cramped for an 14 hour and 45 minute flight. Not the airlines fault, that is just the way it is today. Great incentive to upgrade to Business Class, but that would have been an extra $970, not in the budget for my company. I will say this, the meals and flight attendants are world class, even in Coach. I had a blind woman sitting in front of me and the genuine care that the flight attendant proactively provided was heartwarming and inspirational. I was moved by the personal touch and genuinely sincere interest by the fight attendant in this woman's experience and safety. Every aspect of the journey, this particular flight attendant made the airline proud.

Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

The member of flight crew, a Latvian lady, who looked after me onboard was a real star, very efficient but still had time to chat."

Not once did they offer me s glass of water other than the little cups that came with the meal, nor did they come through the cabin to pick up trash. By the end of the flight the waste paper places in the bathrooms were overflowing at least in the bathroom I used."

Khuyết điểm: "This is the first time it's happened to me, but I was scheduled to leave Oslo on Wednesday, but Emirates cancelled my flight and put me on the next one. It would have been alright had they offered some sort of compensation or made it up to me in one way or another, but that was not going to happen. They cancelled and the cost was on me (as per the T's & C's I was told) and that was pretty much that. Here's a hint, it seems like their Scandinavian flights are underperforming and in a cost saving effort, they're randomly cancelling flights. I subsequently found out they did it to someone else in the area causing them to miss two days of a pre-booked vacation. So, if they cancel, it's going to cost you a lot more in a city like Oslo to wait a day - not to mention the costs involved in missing work or vacation, so maybe shop around then. I still like Emirates, but I'm feeling a little burnt after this episode."

We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."

Unlike other airlines Emirates flight crew treats you very well, they are polite, the food is good and the seating is very comfortable. It makes a 16 hour flight pleasureable. Thank you Emirates!!!"

It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. I fight stage 4 cancer, it requires timely medicine. I was not allowed to take on board several critical supplements because they were either in powder, granulated or liquid form (all in their original medical packaging), my custom made crocheting hook was labeled as a dangerous weapon and I was not allowed to take it on board either, so I had no means to alleviate my air flight anxiety. they were going to confiscate and throw it away. Cold "sorry for your loss" was their only reply. They tried to scare me by calling police. Extremely impolite personnel. It took almost two hours, when TA security threaten that I won't fly, to make them pack this little darn crocheting hook together with my iPad. Funny that food on board comes with real metal silverware, forks and knifes included, which are far more convenient and dangerous if I was to use it as a weapon in comparison to a hook (3 inch wooden handle and 1 nah of a metal shaft ending with a small blunt hook, thin - size 2). TA said they provide us with free wifi to compensate for confiscated electronics. I was not able to connect to that wifi all flight long. Movie selection is below mediocre, little choice, practically no quality. Food is bad - not appropriate for my condition at all, but of course I can't bring on board cancer-appropriate food - security labels it as a threat to passengers. No leg room at all for a medium-built lady like myself, can't imagine what thicker or taller people do to survive 9+ hours flight, seats do not recline, pull out tables are of terrible quality- very unstable, so food and drinks fall off even without turbulence, just because of no leg room our knees are always interfere with these flimsy tables. With a comfort and restrictions like I had tickets must cost not a penny over a bus or metro ride, not hundreds of $$. It took about two hours to get my suitcase too - they said our luggage had to go through a second inspection before it gets onto baggage carousel. All in all, I will avoid TA for long flights by all means. Never again. They were an huge downshift to my perfect vacation. I had to go to an emergency treatment today because of the way TA treated me yesterday. Unfortunately, I can't measure how much yesterday's abuse advanced my disease, I am disturbed and frustrated enough to go to court to bring a suit against... yet again, those imbeciles from security do have a good alibi - their actions were triggered by US government regulations."
