We were stranded in Erbil without any assurance for reprotection. Finally they assisted us back to JFK on QR but our segments to TUN is unused and I am requesting a refund. Khuyết điểm: New Istambul airport requires walking 20-25 minutes when arriving and the same amount when departing. Even if huge you need to take a bus a walk under the rain. Bad planning

Ưu: On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired.

Ưu: Flights out of Kabul are generally filled with less-experienced travelers, so Turkish Airlines did the best they could with a planeful of new flyers. Entertainment system had some pretty good choices.

Khuyết điểm: There's a coronavirus outbreak going on. Just slow down, everyone. Take it easy. Slow down boarding. Slow down disembarking. Enable social distancing. Just slow down. We were packed into economy class, touched by every person walking past, bumped by every bag over every shoulder. Just take it easy. Let passengers try, even a little, to maintain a little social distance in economy class.

Khuyết điểm: selected our (3 in a group) seats 24 hours before. but in Doha, the ground crew named Mohammed changed our seats . usually in usa you need to ask if you could do that. but that guy printed the new boarding passes and then said we change your seats. i told him that was rude and not courteous to passenger. he had no answer.

Khuyết điểm: The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate.

I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks

Ưu: The crew went above and beyond the meet my needs. I requested the Cathay draft beer Betsy which wasn't loaded, unfortunately, but the crew managed to find one in economy.

Khuyết điểm: It was annoying the entertainment content on the A350 and 777-300ER were slightly different. I was watching a show but could not finish it.

Khuyết điểm: I had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul. The hotel was great and I appreciated the good food and rest. However, it took nearly an hour each way to the hotel. I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed.

Khuyết điểm: The leg room was smaller than most other flights and the war phonejack didn't work and the video constantly paused every 30 seconds. Also the 1 8kilo bad allowance in the cabin is a bit unreasonable but I see why they need to because the overhead storage and under the sit storage was less than normal too.
