Singapore airlines should update their meals plan for “Hindu NV”. I felt like it was not the best choice we had!
The service was outstanding and cabin crew were friendly and approachable. Beverage service was regular throughout the flight, but the quality of the food could have been better, even for Premium Economy.
Delays were given at intervals. So we were informed

On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable."

Ưu: "The crew was very polite and very helpful. Boarding process was smooth and easy, however, the Singapore airport has security checks at every gate prior to boarding. This meant that after clearing this security process at the gate, bathrooms were not available until after boarding the flight and drinking water stations were not easily found in the secure boarding area. The aircraft was comfortable, menus were distributed early so that meal options could be made with full information in advance. The food was good and made available at routine intervals."

Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller,lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

Ưu: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

The meals were actually pretty good. Course all the alcoholic drinks available was nice. A person could get wiped out pretty easy if not drink responsibly. But not a good idea to drink much cause of the aftereffects after the flight."

EVA captain was good about keeping the passengers informed about delay and anticipated times for actual departure when the tower would inform him."

Excellent service. departed on time, and arrived ahead of schedule. The whole restrictions around no food/drink is a bit weird even with Covid. Also, no mobiles and iPad use during takeoff and landing is very 2006!

Khuyết điểm: "I found the airline has a double standard and treats people with different races differently. I am Thai and was travelling with two seniors (my parents). We checked in together but they put me in another row when the same row with my parents are vacant (two seats left). My mother seat's was an aisle seat and the air condition was stronger than other seats. The flight attendance did not do anything so my father switched his seat with hers. No one came to ask if my mother still feel cold or if my father ever feel anything. There was another Westerner who also felt cold. The flight attendance came to ask him several times how he felt and was trying very hard to accommodate him with great empathy. Then the person who sat next to me could not decide what she would like to have for dinner. There were pork and chicken option. The lady chose pork at first, opened the cover, closed it and returned it to the flight attendance asking for chicken option. The flight attendance gave the opened dish to my father. I did not tell my father and I felt very bad. I think the lady next to me was disgusting, the flight attendance was disgusting and ill responsible to the customer's well being. I think this is a very poor professional ethic. It was raining when we landed and we needed to take a shuttle to the gate. A perfect flying experience after a long trip!!! I fly long distance quite often but rarely chose Thai Airway. Every time I fly with Thai Airway, there will be something that makes me feel horrible to be born as a Thai. This will be my last time flying with Thai Airway. TG 665 Shanghai - Bangkok Seat 31 B and C please do not show any option for Thai Airway the next time I search for a flight!!!"

Overall a pleasant flight.
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Ưu: "Need better quality tvs for such a long flight and better movies There were only 4 Bollywood movies and not the latest ones either"

Khuyết điểm: "The cabin crew was racist! She asked me to move from a seat because she wanted another guy ( obviously from her country ) to take it! Rude and racist."

Khuyết điểm: "Checking in was extensive for unaccompanied minor. But gate crew was very unnattentuve and though we showed up as first in line, they did not focus, and kept saying to wait. Ultimately our son was last person on the plane."
Ưu: "Absolutely nothing!"
Khuyết điểm: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Khuyết điểm: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Ưu: "Priority boarding was appreciated and the flights were on time. Service was fine. Schipol was good."
Ưu: "It was so easy to board and I had no inconvenience. It took 4 minutes from when I said goodbye to my family till when I was at the front of the gate."

Khuyết điểm: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."
Ưu: "The flight was delayed by 40 minutes initially then a further 20 making it an hour late. Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Ưu: "Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."
