Of course we miss the fly because a delay in migration in China. And this was a ticket of the same Airline. No one help us and even speak english. We were stuck in china for 24 hours and the staff in the airport threat us like homeless. It was worst experiencie of my life"

It had not been made clear by the agency that this was a requirement and so we never looked into it. We just assumed we would be able to stay in the airport for the duration of our layovers. We were forced to book and alternate and very expensive flight. Not pleased. Will not be using again."

Waited on the business class van for 30 minutes while everyone else went to board the plane which I found odd. Chengdu airport has 175 gates yet we still have to get on a van and board the plane on the tarmac which is odd. No wine in business class which I thought was odd too. Food wasn't god, but I am used to that."

This flight we were hopeful of actually getting off at a proper gate. We pulled up to a gate, but in true China form, we didn't actually get to enter the airport from the gate. We exited the plane as if we were going to enter the airport from that gate. However, we were guided away from the airport entrance down a set of stairs to board a bus to be transported no more than 200m to a ground level entrance. I wish I was making this stuff up!"
Ưu: "The ticket counter at Osaka refused to issue our tickets. They claimed our transfer time was too short and made us wait at the ticket counter at Osaka for hour and half. Only after my insistence they issued our original flights and we had to run to catch our original flights. They were not able to put us on different flights or make any changes to our flights schedule. During the waiting time we received no updates. The entire experience was infuriating and baffling because I still do not understand their objections to issuing our tickets. We made the connecting flight according to the original schedule."

We landed in another city without warning and then departed again without update. When we finally landed, hours after we should have, the crew didn't say goodbye, thank you, sorry for the discomfort, nothing. Will not fly again and will spread the word about this terrible airline."

Khuyết điểm: "I was sat in row 31 - the first in economy which was right next to the galley. The attendants spent the best part of the 1st 90 minutes of the flight congregating in the galley and constantly opening and shutting the curtains and opening and shutting doors. They were loud and in a world of their own. Didn't seem like they wanted to have anything to do with the passengers. A glass of water was served after half an hour but for the next hour before they started the food service there was a continual stream of passengers coming up to the galley asking for more water. The attendants from business/first were also constantly coming back and forth to this galley so it was noisy, busy and frustrating to be sitting right next to it all. Lord knows what was in the cupboard in front of seat 31 but the crew must have opened and closed it at least 30-40 times during the flight and each and every time they let the door swing right back and hit me in the knee. Frustrating? I'll say so! Entertainment - well, there was a fixed screen above me but it was a fragmented video - think trailers at the movies - except it was moving from one shot to the next at such speed, I couldn't catch half of the sub-titles. It would have been an ideal time to close my eyes and catch a few zzzz's but for the darned noise in the galley :("

The plane took off under extreme thunderstorm. I am not sure if this was safe to do so but the plane was extremely bumpy, going down rapidly for about 30 minutes. The whole cabin was then in chaos. People started turning up, crying and writing last words. However, your crew members GAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS, BROADCASTING OR UPDATES ON WHATS GOING ON. What they did was mocking around with each other in Cantonese. 3. This would be my last time travel with you - I was your loyal customer since student time. But after this awful experience I chose not to go with you anymore."

When I got off at Shuangliu airport From CA 4120 at 23:50pm, there was no airport bus to transfer me from T2 to T1 international Departure at Chengdu Shuangliu. I have to run in the dark nearly 2 km to catch 1:20 am CA 429 to Sydney Australia. Really bad international service in Chengdu Shuangliu!!"

Ưu: "Overall, pretty great flights with this airline. We were delayed but ended up boarding earlier than expected which was nice. Our flight had plenty of food and beverage opportunities which was nice although don't expect anything out of this world, it's airplane food after all."

Khuyết điểm: "Transfering in Chengdu takes forever. First we didn't get a gate and had to take a bus to terminal the long way round the runway - 10 mins. Then we had to collect our suitcases and re-check in and the queue was very long. Some people were very stressed about missing their connecting flights. Then when transferring to connecting terminal you first have to walk far within the terminal, then have to go outside security, find yourself the shuttle bus to the other terminal yourself, then go through security again - many more queues. Lots of time spent and lots of stress, and I'm not alone as everyone was complaining."
