Generally: We chose Singapore because of its reputation for excellence. Belying the name of the class, both Turkish AL and Air NZ treated Premium Economy passengers as "junior" business class. Singapore treated us as coach with a roomier cabin and seating pitch."

Incident 1: The flight from DPS to Singapore the flight attendant scoffed when I asked for socks saying that economy passenger don't receive socks on this flight. I didn't appreciate the suggestion that my class wasn't worthy of meeting my request. Her response felt condescending. Her continued interaction with me consistently felt short and mildly irritated with me. I didn't understand why. Honestly, I won't fly Singapore again because of this. Flights are not cheap for me. I spend the extra few hundred dollars because of great reviews and a superior experience last year. I will not be spoken to in a condescending way. On the second leg of my travel from Singapore to LAX the flight attendant once again said that I will not be given socks? Why, thought? I'm traveling for over 30 hours. Have things changed? Second, I asked for a second ice-cream. She handed me the ice-cream then took it out my hand and told me she would have to come back to me. The galley that was suppose to have food didn't seem to have anything. Was I missing something. Be fail on many level."

I was so up set when the guy wanted to conform the hotel voucher while I already had it. I had to walk with luggage and the baby. It was terrible while I was not feeling well and my son wanted to sleep."

There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

Treated as good as business on USA domestic. Long layover includes meal voucher. USA domestic would never do that. It is amazing that this airline can provide top service at the same cost as USA airlines and not whine about losing money."

According the the flight crew, they were notified at 9am that morning and the airline had my phone number and email, yet I arrived at the airport at 8pm because I was never notified! I spent $50 to take a taxi to the airport and now I had a 10am departure the following morning! I was given no compensation for this massive issue. Just "sorry, come back tomorrow!" I was very upset! My choices were either take ANOTHER $50 taxi home that night and then another $50 taxi back in the morning or get a $150 hotel room at the airport. So glad I paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for my Business Class seat (a big spend for me as I've never flown Business Class before but felt like a special treat for a special occasion). WTF, Emirates!"

However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

Delicious meals that are better than going to a restaurant, the head rests that bend in so you can sleep with or without a neck pillow (I had absent-mindedly packed my pillow in my baggage and was delighted to discover these), the little pouch of goodies (socks, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, eyemask, lip balm, ear plugs), and the pleasantness of the crew are all highlights for me. And I was delighted by the magical flight safety video! Thank you also for passing out little sweets on New Year's - that was such a lovely touch and appreciated. Everyone who has flown Turkish agrees it's the best!"

Ưu: "We had a connecting flight in Instanbul, Turkey, and a representative met us at our arrival gate from Rome and walked us through security and to our connecting flight to LAX. I thought that was great because we would've been completely lost if we had to do it on our own. Security check in was thorough. We had to go through security screening AGAIN (already did it in Rome and had to throw away our waters purchased in the airport), and two different lines for passport check. My husband had to go through a third security line because he had a carry-on. Boarding was well organized with passengers lining up by their boarding letter - no crowding - and people sitting at the back of the plane boarded first (after 1st class). The flight itself was great. The food was delicious. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. They gave us a water bottle, lots of current and blockbuster movies to choose from. They provided pillows, blankets, and earphones at no extra charge. Would definitely fly again."

Any information, especially frequent information, is better than no information at all. Panels and info screens were not updated regularly which led to an overflow of questions by passengers. Of course, ground personnel was not available to answer questions. I had the impression that they were totally overwhelmed and hiding in order to avoid a admitting that they didn't know."

I simply though the flight was delayed, when i wente to the customer service counter they treated me as if it was my fault and even though there 10 minutes to departure, they did not let me in the plane because they stop boarding 15 minutes before departure. I was forced to pay a $417 penalty for a ticket which original y cost $590. Had to pay another $30 Visa fee, just to go to the counter to deal with the problem and lost $ 100 hotel reservation in Madrid."

On this flight, there was even an unused ramp at our gate, but they still took us by bus. This seems to be standard practice at this airport... not really the fault of the airline, but considering that Turkish Air dominates this airport, they must have some influence... Also, this was a daytime flight but they kept the plane dark and didn't let us open the windows almost the entire flight. I for one like to look out the window when it's daytime. I kept opening the window, to the flight attendants chagrin, and luckily didn't miss spectacular views of Tehran from above...but the rest of the plane did! It would be nice if they would tell you when you are flying over something significant.. a lot of times the pilot would tell you..."

Ưu: "I had the opportunity of flying The Apartment from Abu Dhabi to JFK. It was one of the most incredible first class cabin experiences ever. The experience starts when boarding the aircraft and you are personally escorted to your seat and introduced to the several features around you. The space is ample and the cabin has some privacy doors making it feel very exclusive. There is a large couch across the seat which later is converted into a bed. I was offered pijamas and a small closet to hang my clothes right before take off. Once on the air our personal chef introduced himself and explained the different dishes from the menu. I was able to try the steak and the lamb biryani; both were superb. The IES provided a decent selection of western and some middle eastern films as well as a few live news channels. After I woke up our flight attendant explained the on board shower which is also a distinctive feature allowing to feel refreshed before landing. I had another meal before landing which included an appetizer, and entree and a dessert made with roses. The crew was nothing but fantastic and I would love to fly with them again."

The seats would not stay up, so they would come crashing down onto your spine as you were seated, which was painful. The only way to avoid this was to hold it back as you sat, which required you to twist around. This whole experience was uncomfortable and unsanitary. On the Abu Dhabi to DC flight, the toilet was self-flushing, as well. Except that it also malfunctioned and flushed every time before I stood up. This was an unnerving experience."

I am Business Analyst by profession and I interact with Clients/Customers to understand their needs. During these interactions I put myself as a End User of the service and that's how i am able to attain high customer satisfaction.
