Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

There was no apology from any of the staff. No one values the time of the people who chose Qatar making it a very bad experience overall"

When I asked, I was told that none were available. The check in person was not pleasant or helpful. I also had to watch to make sure that the luggage labels were attached to be sure that they would make it to Chicago. Once on the plane there was an unrudy boy sitting in front of us jumping in his seat, never wearing his seat belt kicking the seat, turning on the light beating on the tray table, calling the flight attendant. The adult ignored the child through the flight. It was one of the worse experiences I have had on a plane. I would have to think very hard before I fly Qatar again."

I also never get good dessert :( luckily, the cabin crew giving out food still had some other food I could eat so I just gave back my special meal which was cold and unappetizing."

I pay for business class so I can have some peace and quiet ! Crew informed everyone that they switch this family seat due to the safety of this family seat. I understand they need seats but crew should upgrade another couple with no toddlers and maybe a star alliance gold member rather than give this family with the toddlers the upgrade. No one wants to pay for business class with 2toddlers crying and up and down aisle ."

I demand from you to give me a voucher of money because i belive turkish airline are the worst and i wll never fly with them again , i,m going to put my experience with the in all over the social media.Hope to hear from you with some good news. Khuyết điểm: "An elderly woman was booked in a window seat and she insisted she take my aisle seat without any additional available aisle seats. However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."
Ưu: "The planes I flew in were very clean, comfortable and in great condition. I enjoy the seat space and comfort, good entertainment options with great quality entertainment system. The meals were also decent and we were even fed sandwiches on a short flight."

I thought that was fine and I would be able to sit next to the empty seat. But as soon as we boarded they moved a person into that empty seat which i had paid for. It was very disappointing because I have always liked Turkish in the past."

Ưu: "They were out of the chicken in meal even before they got to a quarter of people. They did neither had an option of vegetarian diet. So basically you cannot eat anything but the sandwiches if you don't eat beef."

Delicious meals that are better than going to a restaurant, the head rests that bend in so you can sleep with or without a neck pillow (I had absent-mindedly packed my pillow in my baggage and was delighted to discover these), the little pouch of goodies (socks, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, eyemask, lip balm, ear plugs), and the pleasantness of the crew are all highlights for me. And I was delighted by the magical flight safety video! Thank you also for passing out little sweets on New Year's - that was such a lovely touch and appreciated. Everyone who has flown Turkish agrees it's the best!"

I kept my bag for 20 hours, flying from Vancouver to Calgary to London and before my flight to Madrid. They didn’t care that I said I didn’t want to give it up or that I had to make a connection. Madrid’s airport is notorious for have slow baggage handling, so they are making me wait. I packed for 2 weeks in a carry on and back pack to avoid checking luggage. I am disappointed."

Ưu: "The big snow storm cause a 6 hours delay from JFK to MAD, which made me missed my connection flight. Iberia didn't honor its responsibility to find me a connection flight and had no idea where my luggage was. I ended up paying for a train ticket with Renfe from MAD to VLC."

They were not well trained to locate my luggage, and help me finding an alternative solution, i.e. Renfe train to MAD to VLC."

Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

This limited the amount of time to get to train, get on a bus, as the first bus was full, so we had to wait another 10 minutes, etc. <heathrow has terrible navigational system of transportation to move customers through the airport. We missed our connecting flight. The TSA purposefully and maliciously laughed at their ability to control myu suitcase and not check it so delaying my departure and missing my connecting flight."

Ưu: "The flight from SFO to London was excelent. Espessialy crew members who Were very caring and helpfull and really nice. The food was very good, as well as entertainment choices. The flight from London to Madrid was ok. The flight was delayed but the captain kept us updated. We were comfortable waiting on the plane. The were no food (only for purchase) nor entertaiment on board, not actually needed since its a short flight. The crew presense was almost non-existent. They were staying or sitting there but, for example, didnt try to help family with crying little son. Im sure that crew ladies from sfo/madrid flight would do. Overall very pleasant experience."

I took pictures of myself at the British Airways counter. I called customer service. They told me my contract was with webjet.com. Webjet.com told me British Airways initially reported that it was a no show. (I was at the counter for about 2 hours, and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com). I hope that my contract with webjet.com does not become frustrated because of British Airways interference. I was not even allowed to change my flight to come back at the end of September. It is very likely that British Airways has some part of the money paid to webjet.com. I am still waiting for British Airways to cooperate. I don't understand why webjet.com had to tell me British Airways initially reported my long wait and conversations with their agents for 2 hours as a no show. I can prove I was there and that I talked to their agents. I also have the email from webjet.com in which they told me British Airways was reporting it to the webjet.com as a no show (and they knew I had a contract with webjet.com)"

Despite purchasing my flight months prior, and arriving at the airport with plenty of time to to check in, I was told that I was going to be bumped from my flight because it was overbooked, which would mean that I would miss my international connection. After waiting for everyone else to board on a tiny flight, there suddenly was a seat available and they let me board, but they managed to not put my bag on the flight, which means I have no luggage. Lastly, despite checking in more than 7 hours ahead of time for the international flight, I was given a middle seat and was told that I would have to pay $40 if I wanted to switch to an aisle/window. The middle seat was cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for 8 hours (after 7 hours of connections and waiting in airports). UGH."

Unfortunately, my travel partner had booked the return flight and did not share the details with me. I was not able to reach my travel partner and, as such, was forced to buy a new ~$2,300 return ticket on the spot in order to provide the necessary proof. This was an extreme inconvenience, as I nearly missed my flight. If Iberia or British Airways made its travelers aware of this policy in advance of their check in. I have no intention of flying Iberia ever again."

This flight had no TV and no other means of entertainment, having the seat in front of us so tight that I could not even move my legs. Fortunately this flight was only a couple hours long."

Seats were uncomfortable for an 8 hour flight, smelly, and flimsy. I have never been more uncomfortable. The crew were nice but one was very rude to a passenger snapping at him and all ignored a very drunk man on my flight as much as possible. This man was very disruptive for most of the flight singing, shaking seats, touching other passengers, and walking about the flight. I did not feel safe at all! The staff would tell him to sit down, walk away, and he would be instantly back up. Staff would see this and ignore. I had no idea what to do. I felt unsupported and unsafe. The flight had constant turbalence to go along with it. To the point that they canceled dinner. I wanted to kiss the ground when I got off the flight. This was absolutely miserable. I could not be more disappointed."

Ưu: "didnt remember a single thing from this flight because I was passed out from exhaustion after not being able to sleep at all on the previous flight.... this flight was run by iberia, and the seats were delightfully simple compared to the atrocity in the BA world traveller section"
Ưu: "ORD -> MAD The flight was on time, it boarded on time, it took off only a few minutes late (you can blame that on incredibly crowded ORD). It landed, on time, to an empty terminal. The plane itself was new, very clean, and very well kept. The crew was friendly and spoke a wide variety of languages, including English, French, and of course Spanish. They had no issue with Latin American Spanish or European Spanish accents, which is a concern for some. Overall the flight got me to my destination on time, in one piece, and without breaking the bank."
Khuyết điểm: "The seats, oh the dreaded seats. In economy class the seats are the most uncomfortable thing you can sit on for 8 hours. If they replaced them with plastic folding lawn chairs, you would have a better time. But that is what you get for flying coach."

The LCD screen didn't work on most seats, no USB charging, no adjustable headrests, blowers were barely functioning. The jet needs to be replaced especially for being an overseas flight."
