When I’ve flown internationally with other airlines, the amenities were better. American Airlines served mediocre food and a sad lil breakfast. There were no special touches to make this an excellent flight.
Super delayed causing us to miss our connecting flights.
Power charge not working on my row. Could not use phone properly on trip during it. 35 minute taxiing upon arrival. 35 minute departure delay. 20 minute boarding delay.
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Tha table was dirty. I had to ask a crew member to clean it up.
The entertainment did not work onboard. The boarding process needs to be announced and clear. It was confusing

We knew precisely what time we would land, at least 45 minutes in advance, but it seemed like a surprise that we needed a gate to park in. Waiting an additional 20 minutes (for something avoidable) is hard after 2 hours of delay, and landing so late at night. Thanks"

Ưu: "The crew looked tired and somewhat friendly. We were delayed about 45 mins and they really didn’t communicate much the Captain did. On the ground we had to wait 20mins for the jet bridge and the door to open and no one said anything. The plane was shut down and turned on again too."

My plane was a mechanical cancellation so I received a food and hotel voucher. Trying to get another flight from LaGuardia to YYZ was horrible."

Khuyết điểm: "booking through kayak was a nightmare. they serve no purpose othan than to collect a fee and add zero value and provide no support after the transaction. it is pointless to use this service as no one at Kayak can help you after the purchase, and we all know airlines are useless when it comes fo customer service. never again! american airlines was even worse with their customer service when trying to get seat selections preserved when the airline was updated from British to American airlines. American airlines lied over the phone and was even more rude in person. JOKE"

The food was not very good at all. Chicken was very dry. Earphones did not work So we could not enjoy the movie. Same problem on the way down. The seats on the 737 are anything but comfortable. Clearly more roomy in business class but not able to relax."
