Everything was ok based on the new “normal” environment.
The staff was very unfriendly to clients and arrogant. Just telling, what is not possible during the flight and seemed to be sressed all the time.
Everything was very good. To clean more frequently the bathrooms
Flight attendants were super nice. Comfortable seats. Very impressed by the availability of a Handicap Toilet
I flew round trip on “Iberia”. 4 flights and I never took an Iberia plane. They put us on a budget airline transatlantic.
Extremely small , very uncomfortable flight. We didn’t get pre ordered meals or drinks . Staff was pretty rude and extremely unhelpful
American Airlines was excellent What a difference than Iberia.
Left my luggage behind. Flight attendants were extremely rude. Got charged twice for my ticket and still no refund. Worst airline i’ve ever flew with. This flight was first class by the way and they still managed to lose both my luggage and a couple’s luggage who were seated behind me also in first class. Absolutely ridiculous.
They broke my suitcase :(
British Airways cancelled my flight just a few hours before my departure. Very upsetting.

As a matter of fact I have never been in a flight in my life with such sort of crew attitude - especially with my kids (ages 6 and 10) - real animals. I will make an effort to not to with IBERIA ever again. I’m concierge key with AA and only with with Iberia because of the One World partnership."

Khuyết điểm: "It was frustrating to have to pay to check only one bag for a long international flight. Fortunately, I had two seats to myself, so it made it easier to be comfortable during the long flight. Food was mediocre, but good enough. Would have preferred more vegetables or fruit than sweets."

Khuyết điểm: "The only thing I was a bit disappointed was with the meal. I don’t eat red meat and requested it theough the website, but nithing special was arranged and I ended up eating pasta. Pasta is fine and I love it, but people that don’t eat meat need to have vegetables added to their meals, or at least an egg. And for breakfast the only option was a ham and cheese sandwich, so I didn’t eat."

Khuyết điểm: "I had ordered a gluten free meal but in the chaos of my seat moving multiple times, it got lost in the shuffle so I wasn't able to eat much of the food that was served. I have long legs and the seat provided almost no where for them to go. I was very uncomfortable by the end of the flight."

Khuyết điểm: "I was at the airport more than 2 hours ahead of my flight time. By the time I made it through check in, security, and immigration, I was already cutting it close. A random security check right at the gate made me miss my flight. There were no timely options to re-route my flight unless it was at a fee of over >$2,000. Horrible, stressful, experience."

Khuyết điểm: "I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed. We sat in the plane waiting for 1.5 hours. Passengers were not addressed as to why we were not moving. During this time the air conditioning was off and it was too hot. The crew was very rude and nowhere to be found most of the flight. I was extremely thirsty and crew was upset when I asked for water"

Ưu: "These were actually American Airline Flights 90 and 89. I really had a very good experience with American and though they tend to be more expensive they seem to be worth it in terms of comfort and amenities. I am willing to spend the extra money on Anerican if they continue to provide better than average service."
Khuyết điểm: "I was wondering why I paid Iberia for an American Airline ticket. I wondered if this was some way to avoid paying taxes by funneling an US registered corporation fees through a Spanish registered corporation. It didn't make sense to me. I'm not a huge fan of legal games to avoid responsibilities. Still, very good flights."
Ưu: "Direct flight with good entertainment system if you fly in one of the newer airplanes."
Khuyết điểm: "Poor service. It seems most if not all Iberia staff are not happy to work for this airline, and definitely hot happy to work with people. My kids asked a few times why those people were upset (regarding both flight crew as well as ground crew). Online services to request seat assignments does not work. We tried to get seat assignments over the phone, and it seems Iberia only picks up the phone if you going to purchase a ticket, otherwise forget about getting help over the phone, and/or online (email as well as website). After trying to obtain child menus over the website and phone, I drove to the airport Iberia desk to order it there two days before the flight. The desk manager was helpful and requested for us to send an email with the request, so he could set it up once the flight opened up two days before the flight. I sent out the email to find out on the flight once food service started that the request was never placed."
