Khuyết điểm: "They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks."

Khuyết điểm: "Plane was old and the seats were uncomfortable even if i paid a premium to be by the exit. I had to pay $250 dollars just to check in ONE bag round trip which is incredibly excessive. Food was mediocre."

Khuyết điểm: "I was ticketed on AirFrance/Delta, but I guess they are a part of Skyteam and the plane was Air Europa Old decrepit aircraft, that had years of accumulated dirt between seats and such No personal TV screens Food was as bad as it gets for the snack, though the main meal was as they all are except more frugal. Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case"

Ưu: "Air Europa's fare was cheap, but not as cheap as Latam but I was traveling with a friend who had already bought his ticket. The 5 hr flight from Tel Aviv to Madrid was in a super aircraft. Extremely comfortable flight."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight to São Paulo was in an older aircraft, more cramped and no personal entertainment consuls. All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!"

Ưu: "This is the most basic service of just get on the plane type of travel. Nothing is included. They would charge you for the air you breath if they thought they could get away with it."
Khuyết điểm: "My carry-on of clearly leagal size was tested to see if it passed. Happy to say IT PASSED they could not charge me. No in flight entertainment as there is no place to put a headphone into. They tell you to use your smart phone. The flight attendants disappear and really are not there for any reason I could see except to find ways to charge you for something. When they do show up they basically try to ignore you."
Ưu: "Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a very comfortable piece of equipment and Air Europe is flying it on this route. Fast, quiet, stable. The AE staff was awesome. Departure and arrival timely and I prefer the "old" airport in Madrid to the new airport."

Khuyết điểm: "Nuestro vuelo entre Boston y Lisboa arriba llegó con retraso a su destino, Lisboa. En Lisboa, las maletas se retrasaron más de 1 hora. Debido a ambos retrasos, perdimos el vuelo de conexión entre Lisboa y Oviedo. En Lisboa, los empleados del mostrador de Air Europa ni nos miraron a la cara. No se disculparon ni hicieron ningún ademán de ayuda. No había otros vuelos entre Lisboa y Oviedo hasta el día siguiente. Tuvimos que rehacer los billetes de avión en el aeropuerto de Lisboa, encontrar un hotel en Lisboa y cenar allí por el retraso del avión de su compañia y el indebido manejo de equipajes. Aunque las compañias aereas entre Boston y Lisboa y Lisboa y Oviedo fuesen distintintas, el asunto de " no es nuestro problema" " no es una sloución" al viajero, especialmente cuando se trata de vuelos internacionales. Lo menos que Air Europa podría haber hecho por nosotros es habernos facilitado un voucher para pasar la noche en Lisboa. Por decirlo claramente, rehacer los billetes a Oviedo y pasar la noche en Lisboa sumó otros 1000 dólares. Ni que decir que en Oviedo tuvimos que rehacer todo lo demás,porque nuestro vuelo no salió hasta las 4 de la tarde del día siguente. La vuelta del día 21 de Julio desde Lisboa a Boston aconteció iigualmente con otras dos horas de retraso. La compañia Delta en Boston e ofreció a montarnos en un avión Bostón-Atlanta más tarde sin gasto alguno. Su compañia en cambio se disculpó en un vuelo internacional. Su lema "No es nuestro problema". De poco sirve esto ahora de vuelta en mi casa, exceptuando que esta familia no utilizará en el futuro su compañia en ningún vuelo internacional, ni recomendará su aerolinea a otras personas. Nunca Iberia,Delta, Air France, British Airways, Tap ni American se han comportado de este modo a lo largo de nuestro recorrido por el mundo."

Ưu: "The new planes are great! Lots of room in the overhead bins, I was able to fit my acoustic guitar in without any trouble. Crew were very helpful and professional. Thumbs up Air Europa!"

Ưu: "I had heard some bad things typically associated with low-cost carriers, but that might only be on their shorter domestic/EU flights. In the bigger plane for the transatlantic flight, there was good service, two meals and drinks for free, and a decent in-flight entertainment system."
Ưu: "One of the best international flights I have taken. Comfortable (as much as a plane can be for 9 hours), good food and service, lots of free movie options."

Khuyết điểm: "Not on time. Delayed boarding and flight. Was told by customer service on the phone that I would not have to pay for checked luggage from Madrid to Barcelona since I am a tourist....guess what? It was a big fat lie. Had to pay 60 Euros to check me and my daughter's bag!"

Khuyết điểm: "We paid to have our seats upgraded, only to find out at check in my husband and I had been assigned different seats and not seated together. When we boarded and realized the plane was half empty we shrugged our shoulders. Why? Airlines have become so greedy, I am sure if they could charge for seat belts and toilets they would. Airplanes have become glorified city buses."

Khuyết điểm: "My wife required wheelchair. No one at entrance of airport to help us. Air Europe booth directed us upstairs to gate. It was wrong information. We had to go back downstairs my wife pushing cart with her cane. Also we did not know that we had to pay for extra bags. There was no fees coming so I assumed there was none going back. $120 euros for 2 bags. Almost as much as the flight. I had no choice but to 120 euros without warning"
