Flight from Singapore to EWR was too long.
Business class. Staff service was PHENOMENAL. Seats/beds were spacious and comfortable (I had the seat in the middle section which can become a queensize bed with the next seat. I have had more satisfying food in economy, however traveling with an infant, the spacious seat/bed allowed him to sleep for a few hours. The staff were very good to accomdating him too.
Singapore airlines should update their meals plan for “Hindu NV”. I felt like it was not the best choice we had!

Khuyết điểm: ""Customs" at JFK came to an entire halt. All passengers where stuck in the welcome hall for 1h, without any information, why held there and why nothing was moving forward. All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

Ưu: "The aircraft was clean, new, spacious and quiet. The bathrooms were regularly maintained. The food quality, selection and quantity was excellent for the economy class. Even the serving utensils were solid metal and had a very high quality feel to it. Having an endless supply of mid flight snacks was also appreciatd I always like the warm wet towels, which were offered at take off and landing. The entertainment choices were endless, but because it had USB and regular power, I was able to work on my laptop and listen to my podcasts on phone without worrying about running out of battery."
Khuyết điểm: "The crew lacked its usual pep and cheer. For some reason they seemed very introverted and tired. First time on Singapore Airline that I noticed. The amenities kit was a bit on the cheap side. Also, only the supplied two prong headphones could be used with the entertainment system, I would have preferred an option to use my high end ones -- this was the main reason I chose to just work and listen to my own music/podcasts instead of watching a movie. We boarded and disembarked through the business sections and the aisles were too narrow. The announcements were hard to hear and the temperature was set too low for half of the flight (to kept fluctuating requiring constant adjustment of blanket/jacket). Having said that will keep flying them."

At night when I was hungry, I asked the flight attendant for some snack, both a male and a female served at my cabin said, "we don't have that." I expected SQ staff to serve one step further, instead of stopping at a no. Can't you recommend something? Throughout the entire trip, whenever I asked something, the way they answered always made me feel that I was a trouble to them. Is it because I was in an economy class and that's how you treat me? SQ, you may want to change what you are proud of. It's no longer a first class service, at least not to us poor economy class passengers."

She kindly moved me to the exit seat and made sure I was sitting in aisle seats for the rest of my three flights. All until boarding the process was quick and breezy. In flight, the attendants were professional and friendly. Always smiling and helpful. The entertainment section and food were superb."

Service was terrible. Flight attendants are rude. Almost feels like they’re doing you a favor. Skipped one of the meals on my row, when asked for water bottle they told me they didn’t have it. Didn’t pick up trash, skipped again for asking for a drink. Didn’t offer tea/coffee service at all. Overall very bad experience will not recommend or fly Qatar airways again
Clean, well maintained and on time performance.
Checkin was greuling slow and an excruciating experience at the Indira Gandhi international airport. There were only 4 windows open to check in 300 passengers. It took me 50 mins to get to the window. I was there 3+ hours before departure time upon arrival from my domestic flight that arrived on Terminal 2. Security took another hour and no one from the flight ground staff came looking for me to expedite my security unlike the KLM staff. KLM staff was looking for their passengers going to Frankfurt in the security and immigration area for a good half hour. Also, I tried multiple times the day of my flight to WEB CHECKIN. the Qatar website and APP didn't let me do that either. I nearly missed my flight and was the last one to board!!!! I hope the airlines adapts to handle larger volume of passengers given the type of Airport rules and regulations. For example, IGA at New Delhi has an additional Immigration step before security that added an additional 45 min to my time to board the plane. Thank you and I hope a real human actually reads this survey response and it doesn't end up being processed by a computer bot that lacks human compassion and emotional IQ.

Better quality control of food - one of the baby tomatoes served in salad had a hole made by an insect. Showed it to staff and they offered a replacement. But they need to make sure it doesn't happen again with other passengers.

I strongly suggest if someone is bigger than a certain size then they should book 2 seats as 17 hours it wasn't easy for me to ask him to sit in a correct manner or have the handle half up so he uses my seat too Overall u satisfied and painful experience Net was slower on outbound too"

Khuyết điểm: "Airlines have done a disservice to travelers by adding rows and packing passengers in like sardines. Thus making travel an uncomfortable nightmare for economy seats. Take out a few rows and add a premium economy section - that would be awesome! Plus the plane we flew on was old - still had ash trays. The attendants, while courteous were not very friendly and cocktails poured were not very good. And, the charger in my seat did not work - bummer. while I appreciate very much uneventful and safe flights to and from our destination, I will more than likely not fly Asiana again. I don't like giving poor reviews, but you can't know to fix something if you don't know it is broken."

Khuyết điểm: "This airline puts priority on Korean speaking men non Korean women with a helpless child. First of all, my child was too large for the bassinet so I held him the entire time. Fine, I get it's for safety. But to make matters worse, my child had a fever and cried out of discomfort for the first 3 hours of a 10 hour flight. A male passenger complained and instead of defending a mother and a helpless sick child, the flight crew kept insisting ways to make my baby stop crying. Do you think I wanted to hear my child in that much pain? No, of course not. One male crew member told me to take my child to the back of thr aircraft (away from the complaining man). Ummm... I paid for my seat just like everyone else!! To be treated differently just because my baby is crying is HORRIBLE. To top it off, the seats are the worst I've ever sat in. My back and butt were in so much pain from those horrible seats. Bottom line- I will NEVER fly with this airline again after the mistreatment my baby and I received. This airline puts Korean speaking men above anyone else's needs, including a helpless 14 month old who feels horrible and doesn't know how else to communicate pain. I'll add that we were on a 10 hour flight after a 9 hour layover in Incheon and a 4 hour plane ride that was DELAYED from 1:45AM to 3:45AM. We were extremely tired and had been through so much already. If the crew had been more protective of us and understanding to the fact that he's a BABY I would have let the complaints slide. Last note- this airline delayed us 3 separate times. Yes.. 3 separate occasions. Do I need to say anything more?"

Khuyết điểm: "I hate when my baggage is damage during my flight and no one i reach, easily. the asiana airline in Manila told me last dec. 11/12 2017, they will call me back at 10am but no one did. until now the number cant be reach.i paid for insurance if something happen to my bag worth $300 to be paid me back if my baggage damage but the asiana staff in Manila ask me f ok if they pay me only$80. i said ok. because i need it soon. but look like they dont care to give me. so i change my mind. the bag i bought cost $150 this year i bought it. need to be paid same. thanks"

Ưu: "Between the legs of my Asiana flights, I had a 9-hour overlay at INC. Upstair in the same area with the pricey and exclusive lounges for elite travelers, there was a "Nap Space" or "Nap Place: a large suite of rooms with maybe sixty comfortable couches to catch up on missing sleep... with no sign-up required and no supervisory staff. And totally free of charge! Every airport should consider having such a welcomed service. Also at INC, bona-fide transit passengers with a outbound boarding pass can take a free shower (soap and towels provided as well?). Wow. These amenities surely make INC one of the least loathsome airports in Asia at which a day-long layover may be spent."

There was no menu, and you just scrolled through channels to see what was already playing. There was no watching from the beginning of the movie, and no rewind or pause function. The video quality was abysmal, as if you were staying in a cheap budget hotel with an antenna TV. There was no privacy on this 11 hour flight, As you sat immediately adjacent to other passengers, unlike on the other long-haul carriers. I have had better experiences in premium economy on other airlines. This aircraft should be retired or seriously upgraded to justify the added expense of business class."

Delays throughout, lost baggage for all six people in our party. We were told the next day that our baggage was not the responsibility of Swissair and that they could not track it and that only Florence Airport could help us. Florence has no one available to speak with for most of the day. Stranded in paradise without clothes isn’t a great feeling.
I was seated near a big gentleman and being a big guy it was quite uncomfortable during the entire trip. The service was excellent by the crew
Flight was canceled and had to stay overnight
One of the flight attendants was incredibly rude. She knocked into me five times and never apologized once. She spoke harshly to several other people as well. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name.

Ưu: "The food and beverage service in Coach was great as usual ... The new 777 ER 300 was really a nice improvement over the aging Airbus planes previously flown Entertainment systems in coach were top notch with great entertainment choices to view ..."
Khuyết điểm: "3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course"

Ưu: "Everything went smoothly on the rebooked flight the next day through Vienna to Newark USA. The flight on Austrian airlines was quite comfortable, good food and entertainment for the long flight. Boarding and deboarding all very smooth. Very helpful SWISS staff helped locate our luggage when we missed connecting flight the previous day."
Khuyết điểm: "Thunderstorm at Zurich caused delay of our flight into Zurich, and we missed original connecting flight to USA. Many other travelers affected and there were no other flights that day. One wonders if they could have held the flight for one hour or so to allow everyone to make the flight. There was a huge line, 2-3 hours of waiting, at SWISS transfer desk to rebook. It took another 2 hours to locate our luggage. I believe SWISS were required by EU regs to provide overnight accommodations and meals. But the hotel was 30+ km from the airport and we were not confident we would have transport in the morning to make our rebooked flight. Because we could not take the chance already being delayed by a day, we booked an airport hotel at our own expense. Overall experience of the missed connection was negative based on the airline's (SWISS) procedures, but the individual SWISS staff helping us were all helpful and made extra effort to accommodate."

Ưu: "Online check-in was easy, boarding was smooth, and time on the flight seemed to go by quickly. Seats were a little too close together in economy to fully relax but that's the nature of economy seating. The dinner was very tasty, crew was friendly."
Khuyết điểm: "My seat-back entertainment system did not work, but I had not planned to use it anyway. For the other three members of my family it did work, but not very well. Fortunately they had other options they brought with them."
Ưu: "After almost completely adapting to the spartan amenities of US domestic airlines, my recent SWISS flight had a too-good-to-be-true quality that rendered my travel companion and I giddy with delight. My dinner (one of three food services) consisted of chicken, potatoes, steamed broccoli, salad, a dinner roll with butter, gruyere, and a strawberry tart... included cream and sugar signaled an inevitable coffee service. This was accompanied by complimentary wine and sparkling water, and heavy-weight stainless cutlery. The seat reclination was good, and the in-flight entertainment was a cut above. Coming off many Frontier flights with pay-for-beverage service, no leg-room, and un-reclining seats, it was about as good as coach can get. I'm actually looking at SWISS routes first before I plan my next vacation."
Ưu: "There was a very long line at the check in counter on the way back. Many people were nervous about missing their flights. Apparently the counter computers were out of order and they only had 2 stations to support the passengers at a very busy time. Other than that, everything was smooth and pleasurable."

Ưu: "My luggage was lost for two days on the flight from Tampa to Zurich and/or Zurich to Naples. It was delivered by the end of the second day. But before that I found out I could not choose seats online for any of the Swiss Air Flights to and from Europe. It "had to be done" at the airport. Why? Never explained. I called Travis International, the agency booking the flights. Totally useless conversation resulted with no explanation."

To go from Naples to Munich and then turn around and go to Zurich before the 10 hour trip to Tampa made no sense. Lousy routing and customer service. Eidelswiss apparently is a lower-end branch of Swiss Air. My airfare was as much as and more than my other friends who flew Delta, for instance. Flights on other airlines did not take 10 hours from Zurich to Tampa. I lost the ticket receipts and could not claim anything for the items I bought to try get through the two full days without luggage, even though the airlines has a record of the claim. Outrageous!!"

The seats were quite uncomfortable, worse than on recent trips with other airlines (Air Canada, United, Air France). Neither of our entertainment systems worked, despite the best efforts from the crew to reset them. Finally, the food was very disappointing for a European airline."

The meal I originally was given was included milk and cheese ingredients and after explaining what vegan actually was they did their best to help my situation. My first flight with Swiss to Switzerland included the correct "vegan" meal do I can't understand how this mistake was made by Swiss on the return flight?"
Khuyết điểm: "I did not receive a "vegan" meal as ordered originally and though they were very helpful they should all be better educated regarding the differences between "Vegan", Vegetsrian, Lacto-Ovo, etc... Since I was embarrassed as I had to keep rejecting the food they gave me until I educated them on the basics of what Vegan food is... They were very helpful throughout."

Khuyết điểm: "My entertainment system would not turn off, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I asked a flight attendant for help and she said she would reset it. However, the reset did not work and she never came back to verify whether or not it had solved the situation. I finally gave up and put a blanket over the screen. Furthermore, the meal service was very slow. It seemed as if most of the staff was very young and likely inexperienced. Perhaps it would be better to mix younger, less experienced staff with more seasoned staff. I flew three other Swiss flights during my European vacation and the service was much faster. Incidentally, most of the staff on these other flights were older and probably more experienced."
