I had a horrible experience booking tickets in kayak. Got cancelled the last minute and had to give a hefty price. No customer support as well.
Inaccurate flight time, need to improve customer service. It’s better for them to spend money on hiring professional staff instead of spending money on expensive ads.

We requested the crew if we could disembark earlier but she said no. We missed our connection."

Of course Egypt Air said I was not their passenger, so I should request the chair to my airline. I tell the man from Egypt air to talk directly to his colleagues in Turkish Airways. He is angry and tells me he's doing me the favor of getting the chair even if it's not his job, so i should be very thankful. He requested the chair and sat me on it. Kept telling me I should be thankful to him, even if it wasn't his job. Turkish Airways never got the wheelchair for me and I have mobility problem but they tell me to get to another airline to get it! No entertainment originally in Spanish in any flights for Spanish speaking passengers."

I tried for hours to contact Turkish Airlines and their phone was disconnected. I could not reach anyone to try to re-schedule a new flight or to ask if the flight was going to be re-directed. I received no information and ended up having to book a new flight for the next day. After my flight had already left Turkish Airlines posted on their website an alert. I am shocked that it took so long to post any information and I am very upset that I was unable to reach customer service. I will NOT be choosing this airline to fly on again."

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.

The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Ưu: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Ưu: "The food was great. Very filling and hot foods were hot and cooked thoroughly. For our 8 hour flight we were served 2 meals and snacks and plenty of hot drinks which was nice.The entertainment was great got to watch movies and play games and also learn language through games."

Piss poor experience with Iberia planes and staff, serviced by British Airways, booked through Kayak. I cannot express my disappointment enough. Connecting Flight from Sevilla to Madrid (IB3947) was DELAYED because Iberia’s lack of staff checking people in (we were in line for TWO HOURS in Seville). That plane was DELAYED taking off and landed in Madrid at boarding time (11:00am) for Chicago flight (IB6275). We went through passport control and arrived at the gate at 11:30 (flight scheduled for 11:40). That plane was also DELAYED and still at the gate but agents would not let SEVEN PASSENGERS ALL IN THE SAME SITUATION board. There were other passengers who missed other flights. It is unconscionable they would not wait when the delay was 100% Iberia’s fault AND the plane was in delayed status. Also, no one was manning TWO customer support desks to help us change, finding a THIRD after exhaustive search. Iberia created an UNEEDED travel mess for these passengers. Subsequent flights getting home were also a nightmare and I don't care to go into it anymore. All I will say is that Iberia coded that the flight landed on time (it did not) and British Airways couldn't help, nor Kayak. I don't plan on using Kayak again OR purchasing a flight marketed/serviced by another airline because it adds too much complexity when things go wrong.
We got hit with surprise baggage fees because the baggage structure was entirely unclear -- we even looked for how to book bags with Iberia ahead of time. Also, we didn't know that the first flight would be entirely operated by Level. Two flights and neither operated by Iberia. That's fine, but it would have been helpful to know ahead of time.
I think it was silly that we needed to get a new boarding pass after we showed proof of a negative covid test. I think this proof could have been done online when booking the flight. It seemed very inefficient to do at the gate for everyone.
All over good flight but not better than my favorite
Booked flight on Iberia.com. There was no way to contact them to make a desired date change. Nobody answers the phone and social media refers you to phone channels. Vueling refused to help and referred us back to Iberia who doesn’t answer the phone.

The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Khuyết điểm: "I was charged $55.00 to book early and choose seats. I agreed because I wanted to be sure to sit with my husband and have a view. Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Ưu: "Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

As a result, we had to go through customs and security in London, and would have most definitely missed our connecting flight back home to the States if not for a woman in customs at Heathrow who let us cut to the front of the line. I will never fly Iberia again and will be lodging a formal complaint."
