The flight didn’t take off on time and was late an hour. Upon landing at our destination we had to wait on board for another half hour. With two small children in tow, a huge inconvenience and totally not worth the extra money paid for a direct flight.

They should be allowed to select free seat

Everything was excellent, the boarding could have been done better as far as who is boarding first and so on..the lines weren’t organized well so even with business boarding there were lots of people who went in front and there was one kind of line that made things slower

Customer service

Just average experience. Business class seat layout is less than par. 2 3 2 seating. Little outdated. The lounge at JFK really doesn’t exist. (Avoid JFK at all cost) But the lounge experience at Istanbul made it up. Overall average.

Flight was 20minutes delayed with no official announcements as such but not a huge deal. Smooth experience otherwise.

Khuyết điểm: "The crew at check-in & at boarding checked me in to fly to Tel-Aviv (transiting at Istanbul) without any comment on visa or passport at Washington D.C. In Istanbul, I was not allowed to board on the flight to Tel-Aviv. I was not allowed to stay in Istanbul. Crew (Erin Uler) who stopped me from boarding the flight said he would help, but disappeared. Othes kept sending me back and forth between transfer desk and sales desk with inconsistent advice every time. I had no way out, so decided I will fly to the closest European country. This was after I had been back and forth for 7 hours. I had to pay full for flight to Greece. I asked to be sent back to D.C. they could not even work that out. I have a return ticket to fly back to Washington D.C. with Turkish Airline on 1 Jan and they said they will need to re-ticket my paid return flight as well. Turkish airline crew did not would not help me fix my return flight back to D.C. They have asked me to contact the agent ( Kayak). Now I am stuck in Athens, a country I have never visited nor planned to. My tours & accommodation, all paid for in Israel, I have lost. I had a tour fully paid in Israel. I have no ticket to return back to D.C. even though I paid for ticket with cancellation insurance when I bought the ticket. The advice between Turkish crew who checked my passport (official) while I was flying out of D.C. vs the Turkish crew who stopped me from boarding was inconsistent. If I had been stopped in D.C. I wouldn't have had to face the events that followed. Now I have lost my tours, hotel in Israel. I had to pay extra for flight to Athens and I am paying for hotel and sundry in Athens while waiting for flight out. Turkish crew at Istanbul were not only unhelpful but rude and inconsistent. While I was waiting for 8 hours for a firm information, shouting matches between Turkish crew and customers went on at least a dozen times. Inconsistent information from Turkish staff has led me to be currently stuck in Athens. I am waiting for a way back to D.C. There should be a rule that fines an airline if they board people without accurate visa papers and they fail to check it. There should also be a fine to the airline if they stop people from boarding at a transit airport leaving passanger stranded with nowhere to go or return. I ask this issue to be looked at, as I am currently stuck in Athens. I need a ticket to go back to D.C."

Luggage was kept in IST. Now we are in LIS with no luggage and no confirmation on its whereabouts. Lost and found staff at LIS (Portway) showed total confusion in claiming luggage was in CDG. Today two planes arrived in LIS from IST, none of them with our luggage. Screen shows my name with mention "Not loaded" regarding the luggage. This incompetence is unacceptable from "Europe's best airline". This title is misleading advertising and should not be allowed."

The flight info was a mess - I could not find any itinerary confirmation anywhere (except the email I was sent) and could not lookup status on the airline websites or anywhere else. My flights did NOT show up on the American Airlines app, and looking up my flight info departure gate etc was practically impossible. Check-in didn't work through app/web and we had to manually do everything with the check-in agent which took 30minutes. ANNOYING! ALSO: in-flight entertainment would only play the same two ads and quit without playing the movie. This happened over and over again.... I must have watched the Canada Tourism and Hyatt ads at least 30 times. ANNOYING! This will be the LAST TIME that I book through KAYAK, and definitely NEVER EVER EVER use chatdeal again!

Ridiculously long check in process. Late leaving. Luggage did not arrive at final destination. This after a delay in 1st half of trip caused us to arrive 14 hours late (the next day) to our destination. Staff refused to let us board our connecting flight even though it was 20+ minutes from taking off, offered no apology, and provided almost no help to resolve our situation other than sending us to the WRONG place to ask for help.

Vueling charged us for bags even though we paid prior to flight. Avoid them if booking Iberia and they are operating flight.

Everything is good the flight attendant of very friendly

The airplane seems to be in good shape. The crew member aren’t as welcoming as they’re in other European airlines. It’s hard to understand the flight attendants when they speak English.

There is less room for legs each year. is smaller and smaller in economy. No reclining seat. They don't even move at all. Very uncomfortable.

At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

I thought that was bad but, flying out the system was down and we had an 11 hours day flight without entertainment at all. We got no apologies request from the airline. Shame on you Iberia."

Iberia allows two back, since American Airlines was ha delving the flight, they did not respect I arias policies and charged me for the second bag. the new fly was many hours later than what I was expecting. I had pay for preferable seats and in new fly the assigned me whatever was available and when I asked for original seat they told me I had to pay again."

I barely fit in the seat"

Khuyết điểm: "They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

Khuyết điểm: "My United flight was five hours delayed and I was going to miss my Air Europa flight. I called to see if I could switch flights but that was absolutely not an option and I had to buy a new one way ticket. I would’ve paid the difference, if there was one, but that wasn’t an option."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was cramped. For a shorter flight from Madrid to Tel Aviv Air Europa uses a state of the art Boeing 787 Dreamliner which lives up to its name. Why they don't use this aircraft for the long haul flight beats me. I'd rather be comfortable for 10 hrs and suffer for 5 instead of the other way around. Still, looking forward to the last leg home."
Khuyết điểm: "You have to pay separate for baggage each way - $150/per luggage/per person. That is a total of $300.00!!! I ended up spending $600 just in luggage check-in round-trip for me and my husband."
Khuyết điểm: "After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation."

However, two passengers had bags that appeared regulation, but apparently were not. These two people were treated like criminals. I’ll never fly Air Europa again."

Khuyết điểm: "We were not allowed to check in online and we had to be at the airport hours to check in physically but there was no counter with airEuropa, so we had to wait until the people arrived then we had to make line which was long! We had issues with our bags so we had to check them in, which was okay since it was free. The space in the airplane was so tight that it was not comfortable at all."

In fact the whole thing, including the newspaper holder and the screen were broken. The flight attendant was not shocked by this at all, simply suggested to use the seat next to me if no one was using it. The entertainment on these flights is awful! Only a few very old movies, and you have to pay 3 euros for the head phones. The planes they have are quite old and broken all around."

Ưu: "- I like the economic price. - I like that I was flying in economic class and I was allow to carry two luggages. That makes the difference with any other airline."
Khuyết điểm: "There was one hour delay because the Madrid airport was foggy and they never told the passengers what was going on. When the airplane was almost landing at the Madrid airport with the normal low speed, then suddenly accelerated and start going up to flying around Madrid, then they put music and they never told the passengers what happened or what was going on again."
Ưu: "I book this flight 1 hour before take off because TAP Portugal screw me over and didn't want to put me on the next flight since I missed my first one because of a delay due to the storm in another airport. SCREW TAP PORTUGAL NEVER FLY WITH THEM:"

The flight was delayed 13 hours, they did not gave us the connecting flights passboards up until boarding the plane, my baggage was checked in only until Madrid, when we arrived I was told the bag will go to Mallorca, I asked again at the connecting gate and they told me the opposite, I had to go out get the bag, check it and go in again (changing terminals 3 times in the process walking almost 1 hour and a half), the connecting flight left also one hour late"
Ưu: "787 was nice. Individual Tv with movies was nice"
