I always book an isle seat, especially for long flights (this was 12 hrs.), so that I can get up and stretch my legs etc. The couple sitting beside me were upset that I did not take the window seat. When it came time to sleep, the wife stretched out over her husbands legs, who was sitting beside me. This meant her feet were coming on top of my legs, and her legs were forcing her husbands legs into my space, touching my leg - I had to put a pillow between my leg and his leg. I asked the Qatar hostess if she could please ask the couple to change their positions, so that my seating space was respected, resulting in no body touching. The hostess replied that she was not permitted to ask the couple to change their positions and be more respectful. Fortunately there was another unreserved isle seat and I was able to move. Due to the fact that airplanes have become cultural melting pots, thousands of feet in the air, I think it would be peacefully beneficial too all, if a very discreet announcement could be made at the beginning of each flight regrading seating etiquette, respectfulness towards others etc. this could also be printed in the flight magazine. Thanks in advance."

Recommend hire international famous gourmet chief. Removing casing of my tablet for Qatar security airlines into usa was painful that broke 6 finger nails. Need to warn on the website or ticket security requires remove casing at Doha to usa. Had no issue from USA TO Doha which requires no removal of hard cover casing."

The flight didn’t take off on time and was late an hour. Upon landing at our destination we had to wait on board for another half hour. With two small children in tow, a huge inconvenience and totally not worth the extra money paid for a direct flight.
They should be allowed to select free seat
Everything was excellent, the boarding could have been done better as far as who is boarding first and so on..the lines weren’t organized well so even with business boarding there were lots of people who went in front and there was one kind of line that made things slower
Just average experience. Business class seat layout is less than par. 2 3 2 seating. Little outdated. The lounge at JFK really doesn’t exist. (Avoid JFK at all cost) But the lounge experience at Istanbul made it up. Overall average.
Flight was 20minutes delayed with no official announcements as such but not a huge deal. Smooth experience otherwise.

Khuyết điểm: "The crew at check-in & at boarding checked me in to fly to Tel-Aviv (transiting at Istanbul) without any comment on visa or passport at Washington D.C. In Istanbul, I was not allowed to board on the flight to Tel-Aviv. I was not allowed to stay in Istanbul. Crew (Erin Uler) who stopped me from boarding the flight said he would help, but disappeared. Othes kept sending me back and forth between transfer desk and sales desk with inconsistent advice every time. I had no way out, so decided I will fly to the closest European country. This was after I had been back and forth for 7 hours. I had to pay full for flight to Greece. I asked to be sent back to D.C. they could not even work that out. I have a return ticket to fly back to Washington D.C. with Turkish Airline on 1 Jan and they said they will need to re-ticket my paid return flight as well. Turkish airline crew did not would not help me fix my return flight back to D.C. They have asked me to contact the agent ( Kayak). Now I am stuck in Athens, a country I have never visited nor planned to. My tours & accommodation, all paid for in Israel, I have lost. I had a tour fully paid in Israel. I have no ticket to return back to D.C. even though I paid for ticket with cancellation insurance when I bought the ticket. The advice between Turkish crew who checked my passport (official) while I was flying out of D.C. vs the Turkish crew who stopped me from boarding was inconsistent. If I had been stopped in D.C. I wouldn't have had to face the events that followed. Now I have lost my tours, hotel in Israel. I had to pay extra for flight to Athens and I am paying for hotel and sundry in Athens while waiting for flight out. Turkish crew at Istanbul were not only unhelpful but rude and inconsistent. While I was waiting for 8 hours for a firm information, shouting matches between Turkish crew and customers went on at least a dozen times. Inconsistent information from Turkish staff has led me to be currently stuck in Athens. I am waiting for a way back to D.C. There should be a rule that fines an airline if they board people without accurate visa papers and they fail to check it. There should also be a fine to the airline if they stop people from boarding at a transit airport leaving passanger stranded with nowhere to go or return. I ask this issue to be looked at, as I am currently stuck in Athens. I need a ticket to go back to D.C."

It is a bit of a comfort to note that Turkish Airlines seems likely to refund us the price of our tickets. I appreciate it, because I don't think they are legally obligated, though it is the ethical thing to do."

I intended to take my nephew to Istanbul, a city I've never been to and always pined to visit, and had encouraged a local friend whose son, close in age to my nephew, is studying music in Istanbul at this time. My nephew is studying in Valencia, and we thought it would be a really fun and memorable experience for them to meet, and maybe they would have decided to do some traveling together in the future or my friend's son could have visited my nephew in Valencia at some point this school year. All these plans went down the drain when we couldn't get visas. We are having to content ourselves with southern Spain instead."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight from DXB was delayed, causing us to miss the connection to LIS in IST. 2 hours after standing at the transfer desk they put us on a flight to LIS via CDG. Luggage was kept in IST. Now we are in LIS with no luggage and no confirmation on its whereabouts. Lost and found staff at LIS (Portway) showed total confusion in claiming luggage was in CDG. Today two planes arrived in LIS from IST, none of them with our luggage. Screen shows my name with mention "Not loaded" regarding the luggage. This incompetence is unacceptable from "Europe's best airline". This title is misleading advertising and should not be allowed."
The flight info was a mess - I could not find any itinerary confirmation anywhere (except the email I was sent) and could not lookup status on the airline websites or anywhere else. My flights did NOT show up on the American Airlines app, and looking up my flight info departure gate etc was practically impossible. Check-in didn't work through app/web and we had to manually do everything with the check-in agent which took 30minutes. ANNOYING! ALSO: in-flight entertainment would only play the same two ads and quit without playing the movie. This happened over and over again.... I must have watched the Canada Tourism and Hyatt ads at least 30 times. ANNOYING! This will be the LAST TIME that I book through KAYAK, and definitely NEVER EVER EVER use chatdeal again!
Ridiculously long check in process. Late leaving. Luggage did not arrive at final destination. This after a delay in 1st half of trip caused us to arrive 14 hours late (the next day) to our destination. Staff refused to let us board our connecting flight even though it was 20+ minutes from taking off, offered no apology, and provided almost no help to resolve our situation other than sending us to the WRONG place to ask for help.
Vueling charged us for bags even though we paid prior to flight. Avoid them if booking Iberia and they are operating flight.

The airplane seems to be in good shape. The crew member aren’t as welcoming as they’re in other European airlines. It’s hard to understand the flight attendants when they speak English.
There is less room for legs each year. is smaller and smaller in economy. No reclining seat. They don't even move at all. Very uncomfortable.

At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Iberia allows two back, since American Airlines was ha delving the flight, they did not respect I arias policies and charged me for the second bag. the new fly was many hours later than what I was expecting. I had pay for preferable seats and in new fly the assigned me whatever was available and when I asked for original seat they told me I had to pay again."

The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat"

Khuyết điểm: "My fare did not include a checked bag. I find it hard to believe that anyone would take an intercontinental flight without checking a bag. The fee to check a bag at the airport is $150. This sounds like something a shady company would pull off. Was very disappointed, not what I expected from Air Europa"

Just add $3 to the flight tickets but don't charge us money for stupid made in China headphones for God's sake ! Next time British Airways or Air France for me no more Air Europa. Moreover: In Madrid just before boarding to Miami, a guy from Air Euopa asked me some questions regarding my stay in the U.S.. That is NOT his business ! "How long are you going to stay in the U.S." ? This is NOT his business ! His job is to check if my passport is OK with my boarding pass, that's all ! Abuse of power or he has no clue what he was doing."

Khuyết điểm: "The entertainment center requires you to download an app before departure but nobody tells you to do so until you're onboard and might not have access to the Internet. Then it requires an update that never gets installed... It's over all too complicated. Dinner wasn't very generous."
Ưu: "The aircraft was new, Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Was quite roomy. The toilets felt more spacious and not cramped like on other aircraft. Crew were friendly enough."

However, two passengers had bags that appeared regulation, but apparently were not. These two people were treated like criminals. I’ll never fly Air Europa again."

Khuyết điểm: "Late, disorganized boarding, group pf adolesccentes traveling behind me were very rowdy and on an early morning flight they have to be asked by the flight personnel to be respectful to the other passengers"
Khuyết điểm: "1.5 hrs delay in arrival. there were 9 people at the departure gate. The plane was at the gate two hours before departure; but the flight is delayed due to 'late arrival' of the equipment??? Air bus 330, circa 1970. toilets were worn out; tv screens were flickering (can't even see what's on the screen on the walls), wifi cutting in and out, meal was poor; main dish, bread and desert, that's it. In Madrid, after the flight from Zurich landing in terminal E, it was a 45 min walk to terminal A, international terminal. No bus, no assistance, no one to ask how to get there if one is in a hurry. no info desks to be found anywhere. I can't even imagine for a disabled person. THe airport crew with a cart would not give a ride to an old lady with cain. Wow. It is the worst airport anywhere I have flown out of. The check in process was less than good or efficient. I would not fly this airline nor connect through Madrid."

Ưu: "The plane was a newer 787 Dreamliner. The interior was clean, the flight crew friendly and professional. The meals were a notch above average for airplane food. That means a lot when it is a nine and one half hour flight. A free glass of wine served with the meal was a nice bonus. Boarding and disembarking was as it is with all airlines, but the staff were very helpful. Each seat had it's own entertainment screen with games, music, movies and TV shows in many languages."

Ưu: "In miami and in Madrid The flight Was delayed . The rest was excellent . I didn't have any problems with my luggage not charges at all that's why I am not very upset with the delay problems the crew was superb !! I will flight again with AirEurope !"

Khuyết điểm: "The flight was 1 1/2 hours late. Large person in the seat in front of me and when she reclined I couldn't cross my legs. And I am only 5'2", I can't imagine a tall person coping. Not very clean aircraft (fork and wrappers from earlier flight lay at my feet). Cheap fair, but you get what you pay for. We did not receive the upgraded seats on any flight we booked. Poor customer service."

Seat assignments split us up, including our children When we were finally able to be seated together it was 3 in last row an one in 2nd to last where attendants kept bumping into seats, making noise etc. 9 year old son's monitor didn't work after we bought headset. Took many hours and multiple requests for assistance and refund. Crew left 9 year old son off of flight manifest resulting in his detainment by homeland security st JFK."
