Worst experience, slow boarding due to bus transports, crew are rude and flight was delayed for more than 1 hr and nothing was offered during the wait. One of my worst flights.
Ưu: "On March 4, my wife and I made a flight from New York to Sydney with a transfer in Doha, Qatar. We flew the Qatar airline business class. Everything was great despite a very large flight. New plane, very clean. Wide comfortable seats turning into a large comfortable bed. Great menu and good wine list. All staff are professionally trained and very friendly. All this made this flight very comfortable and we were not tired."

FINALLY one lady asked if i had been helped! I said no and she was clearly less than thrilled to be the one to help with my question. i literally just wanted to ask if my seat assignment was a window, middle or aisle, but it was like i was the bane of her existence and i interrupted their social hour. On my outbound flight (ORD to DOH) I also watched three staff members be beyond rude to guest after guest at the check in counter regarding baggage when they came forward to "re check-in" which was a new requirement for most people. There was a lot of general confusion on behalf of the consumers and the staff was NOT the least bit patient or helpful in explaining what they needed from us or why this flight had different procedures than normal. I still don't know why they were so fussy about baggage and made everyone re check in at the gate in fact. And they didnt do it to my baggage so i have no idea why they were so rude to some and completely left others alone. (didn't seem to have to do with size, carrying of electronics, i don't know?) 2. the physical flight - you changed my original flight time to something that was REALLY close for my connection from DOH to CDG, so you instead bumped me to a later flight without consulting me. it would have caused me to miss a connection flight I booked separately through EasyJet from Pairs to my home airport BIQ. I had to figure that out on my own. RUSH through Doha to make my 35 min connection and barely was allowed to board my onward Paris flight by the Qatar gate staff which was only cutting it close as a result of YOUR changes! Yet i was treated like i was somehow "late" and wouldn't be able to board ??? Again incredibly rude staff. Subsequently you lost my luggage because the connection was too tight. i landed on Friday and it didn't catch up to me until Tuesday. Not one person has said sorry or offered any restitution. And this is honestly what upsets me the most. I doubt anyone even reads this. pathetic. I work for a travel club and since Monday (so in 4 days) I have actively reached out to 4 clients to cancel and re-booked their Qatar airways flight to another carrier to get them to Johannesburg. They will be doing the same safari experience I did, but I will NOT recommend and book my clients on Qatar after my experience."

Would have been nice to know that upfront. It was a madhouse going through that final security check and my husband's wallet was lost for a bit. No one really tried to help and we were told to move aside. Finally someone saw that it had fallen beside one of the counters. It was all horrible. Because of all this our 5 hour layover was a hassle with no time for food, etc. The whole airport experience was confusing and badly handled."

I like that they respect that it is a night flight and serve the meal quickly so it can be dark for the whole flight and you can sleep as much as you can. I like how efficient the layover is in Doha - only 40mins!"

I don't like that they can't tell you the gate of your connecting flight and how long it will take to get you there - including if you will need to take a bus and the train. I think this could reduce a lot of anxiety. If they could do this, it would also be helpful to let people who have a connecting flight that is boarding in the next 30 mins off the plane first. This would save pushing and shoving in the aisles... and would also reduce anxiety about booking a flight with such a short layover."

We were excited to take Turkish airline yet we were a bit disappointed by their food, seats were very small & the flight changed two weeks before the trip at a much later time. We have two little kids and we’re supposed to get to Tirana at 1:30pm but we didn’t get there until 12:30am which was way too late for our little kids. Same thing with our trip back, initially our flight was at 9:30am and it was changed last minute to 6am which means we need to get up at 3am to get to the airport 2 hours before. Not cool especially having to travel with two kids. Will not fly with this airline again.
Everything was very good but I was disappointed from the bathroom they were not clean from the middle of the flight from la to Istanbul no soap
I like the efficiency and punctuality . But all passengers were put in 1 bus for boarding and it was very crowded and no social distancing

They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment."

Turkish airlines put us crammed in a window and middle seat for a 9 hour flight. It was absolutely un-doable. Everyone around us realized this and tried to help as we asked the flight attendant to help us and she said that I should ask other people to move around not her. We had to go around the plane begging people who were sitting with a bassinet and no baby to trade seats with us. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It was the airline's mistake, and we were the ones forced to try to fix it. Yes, we got a bassinet eventually, but not before we saw how mean and selfish other passengers could be pretending not to hear us and ignoring us. And no help from the crew."

I can confidently say this is the worst flight I have ever been on in my life. The staff were unbelievably rude, condescending and hypocritical telling people to keep their masks on when they don’t wear them themselves (brunette woman with ponytail and blue hair band spending the whole flight not doing anything and socialising? Yes I’m talking about you.) In premium so thinking of going to the bathroom in front of you? Don’t bother, you’ll get snapped at by the taller gent with greyish hair and told to go to economy. This one is in real need of an attitude check. Wi-Fi broken so you need to keep paying for 1 hour slots? Don’t ask for help, you’ll just get snapped at again by the other tall gent working in premium. Basically don’t fly with Iberia, at least with Ryanair or a budget airline they don’t try to be something they’re not.
3 of us 4 could not check-in online and were suggested to do it with the airline at the airport. When we arrived to the Iberia counter it turned out these 3 people were not on the passengers‘ list, simply did not have a ticket. We had to buy 3 tickets on the go for more than 900€ to take that flight and avoiding to lose other trips from Madrid. PLEASE, CONTACT US for discussing this event and returning our money.
Considering I paid over 2000 dollars one way .worst seat on the plane 53 next to the toilets...check in was over 2.5 hours so slow .....then going through customs they was blaming us ? Was there 3 hours before ....food was terrible. I have flown many times with BA also Iberia worst value for money worst check in ever. I do this trip 5 times or more in a year will not use this services again I dont mind paying but expect some service was the worst I have experienced in 5 years travelling this route.
This flight made me miss my flight due to the delay and now I’m out thousands of dollars and a hotel stay.
We were waitlisted for unknown reason. Was resolved a hour later. The supervisor was professional and kind. She kept offering to down grade us to economy. Finally, after we said no, no and no, she miraculously found us seating in Business class. After that it was smooth sailing
The flight was overbooked by 40 people. We waited for 2 hours after the flight to get news of rebooking. No communication from the ground crew.
Could have newer entertainment
I requested a special meal 2 weeks ahead of my flight. It was impossible to find a way to do this on the website so I filled out the request form and today (the day after my flight) I receive an email that you are working on my request. While the crew was nice and apologized I think there should be an easier way to request a meal. Please review your website. It is not clear how to go about requesting a special meal. The rest was ok. Had to do an all out sprint to the gate since the 50 min layover was not enough to get to the different terminal in Madrid to my connecting flight. I went straight there. No bathroom stop or time to refill my water bottle. Not sure how less mobile passengers would cover this distance in 35 min before the gate closes, especially when also having to show Covid test etc. at the Gate. American Airlines could also do better on sustainability. What’s with all the single use plastic? Other airlines are able to provide silverware and reusable cups. Why can’t you?

Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

Ưu: "Iberia has started upgrading their planes and this one was quite comfortable for a long flight with good legroom and comfortable seats."
Khuyết điểm: "We boarded 20 minutes late with no explanation, then took off another 30 minutes late with no explanation or communication at all. The flight attendants were not friendly or helpful. The food was mediocre. Our entertainment system was not working at all for half the flight, they reset it about four times to get it working. Once it was working, my husband's screen was not responding at all. Flight was smooth and pilots made up some time in the air which was appreciated."

Khuyết điểm: "Hard to see how anything could have been done about this, but on my flight every seat was taken (except the one next to me) so I thought I'd have a little extra leg room....NOT!!! Then a 300-lb guy sits in the seat next to me. So for 11 hours I'm trapped by this guy's huge bulk and it was difficult to move my legs around any; very unpleasant. And I paid $45 to get that window seat instead of my original seat that had been randomly assigned!! I wish that airlines provided a couple seats for tall people, because our height is a kind of disability given the cramped seating (which average height people complain about)."
