I am very aware about the stress created upon pets from air travels. Yet, it is upon each pet owners to decide which pet might travel on board. This particular pet owner chose to let his/her pet cry out pet's stress + discomfort throughout the flight and annoy all passengers. Pet owner took no action, for example, gave no sedative to the pet or hold the pet to provide comfort or safety. I personally find such behavior irresponsible."

Also had a problem with transfer at Bangkok Airport. Fortunately I had adequate time for the connecting flight but the transfer area was not opened until 7pm. The transfer process is all new to me and not really easy to understand until the first experience. The Arrival and departure boards rotate airline information which was initially difficult to understand. The headsets were a problem in reference to fitting, volume and quality of tone."

As for entertainment, the flight includes several movies, tv shows, music, and games for free. I would definitely recommend Korean Air to a friend, but I would recommend that friend to bring a custom neck pillow."

The chairs do not support the human body, they only offer rollercoaster type padding. There is no neck support, and the pillow handed out by the crew is too big to be used as a back or neck support. Even lying back, the chairs are uncomfortable. The food could have had some warning labels in English on them. Since I'm lactose intolerant and unable to read Hangul, it's difficult for me to pick food I can eat without problems."

Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
I am request a total refund and suffering. Fight JL7519 from Miami to Los Angeles on June 9. I paid my Covid test $300usd (antigen then PCR). I also booked three Hong Kong Hotels. W's Hotel, then Homy inn North point. The last Hotel was with Japan agent, he said Regal Hong Kong is "fine" but after I booked and paid the Hotel. Then the Japan airlines said "no". the biggest disappointments was, we were not informed of all the information we need, on our scheduled trip coming back to US.. We've tried a lot of times calling and send an email asking about any procedures that we might need to know upon our return trip, but unfortunately there was no response either at all. then came the horrific day of our return trip to US. after an hour and a half being in the long line, we are surprised when one of the airline staff announce that we need to prepare all documents needed including ANTIGEN TEST. This was the start of our horrific experience on that day. Were told different information from other sources, but heard nothing from JAL, as mentioned earlier that we tried calling them to ask for any info for our flight. Long story short as a result of this horrific misfortune caused by this airline, aside from the unexpected huge expenses that we incurred, as of this moment this problem is not yet resolve as we called them letting them of the situation happened to us in our recent Manila trip going to Seattle May 31, 2022.

The one that was suppose to fly out at 12:50 on 1/6/18 delayed until 17:25 (with acceptable communication the first delay) but then later delayed till 00:10 after I’ve already arrived at the airport early for the 17:25 departure. The screens with arrivals and departures posted that Checkin was open but there was no JAL staff to answer questions. Then getting an update “maybe” the 00:10 flight is cancelled? What is maybe cancelled and JALs phone messege still said the flight would depart at 00:10. So I go back to JFK because after all “maybe” isnt a definitive and according to all the direct JAL sources the flight is suppose to depart, I get to JFK the second time only to be given a printout saying the flight is cancelled with no rebooking, and to call for assistance. The same number is been calling for hours trying to get answers. coukdnt reschedules because I’m calling outside of business hours! I spent $200 on cab rides going back and forth to JFK to go nowhere, get no apology, no new flight booking, and no reimbursement for transportation."

The crew told my brother and his wife to wait for another12 hours which is the next morning, for next flight. My brother decided to just take a rental car to KZO, and was going to just take their luggage from the airline, but the AA crew would not let them did so, and was really rude. It was very traumatic experience for the both of them and other passangers of how bad they treated this plane delay/cancellation issue. One passenger with baby was having a panic attack, but nothing was done. So far, no compensation, or apology email has been sent. Will never take this airline anymore. We are done."

It turns out the system is not fully in place, and eventually I was issued a 10 year multiple entry visa by way of apology. JAL did not waive cancellation fee, and I suffered considerable economic damages."

During boarding, I asked one of the staff if I can have a window seat because I have motion sickness and aisle seats make me feel ill. She looked at me flustered and said all seats are booked and that I'll be Ok with the aisle seat. On a different CP flight, a different staff was helping a couple switch with other passengers so they can sit next to each other. That would have been nice if they did that for me when I asked for a window seat."

Frankly, if I buy a window seat I should have the option to look out the window if I'm not disturbing my neighbors."

What a way to ruin our London vacation by Cathay Pacific."

They passed me when serving the food just because the aisle seat passenger next to me was served his special meal earlier, so they did not notice that the passenger at the window seat (which was me) had no tray in front of him when running the regular meal service. Isn't this sloppy !? Problem is that once they passed you, it's hard to get their attention, as they are always in a hurry, and not looking over the cabin just to check if someone needs something or wants to call on them for any reason, and there are no attendant calling buttons available. So you have to wait until they come by your seat again. Finally I got my meal with apologies 15 minutes later, but the experience was already ruined and the negative impression built.. Also, when departing from Taipei, the boarding process was a bit disorganized, compared with the one we had in Vancouver. As for as the entertainment, the LCD monitor at my seat was pretty worn out, with very poor contrast, making it difficult to watch a movie or read information. Same airline with two opposing experiences: Vancouver-to-Taipei very good, Taipei-to-Manila: poor."

I was told this as the flight was boarding, so I had to spend $$ on a last minute flight in a panic to anywhere - that I couldn't get a refund for just so I could board the plane."

Somehow a very tight connection still was met, but my baggage did not make the connection. So far (one day later) they have located one of my bags and said it will be delivered soon. The other is still missing."

Horrible plane and very uncomfortable..
AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Missed a connection and had to to reschedule flight., because flight attendant didn't show up
The person sitting next to me took my storage space under the seat but other than that was pretty good service and the food was not terrible.
Ưu: "My flight was canceled and I don't know when or how much I will be refunded. The flight was canceled due to "maintenance" and they booked me on a new flight...for 16 hours later on the NEXT DAY. That was not acceptable for me and my travel companion since we have work today. There were no other flights and rental cars were scarce. I was able to book us tickets on a bus, and incurred costs for the bus tickets and the transportation to the bus stop. I want to be compensated for those costs AND refunded for the price of the ticket."

Once I got back to Austin, my husband had to drive all the way out to the airport to retrieve my bag because they were not able to give it to me in Dallas. It was a huge inconvenience all around."

I had to upgrade my seat to avoid this as I was in those horrid seats on the trip over. Crew from the late arriving flight should have announced the connecting flight delay well before landing at DFW. The flight should have been held for 20 minutes, as it appeared that the majority of the passengers affected were able to clear customs and arrive at the gate in time."

And only one small snack for a 6 hour flight?"

The flight was operated by AA, and they told me I wasn't on the flight, but after many phone calls LATAN assured me I was booked on the flight. When I got to the airport, I was not allowed to board my direct flight from GRU to LAX, instead I was sent to Miami then Charlestown , I took me an extra 12 hours to get home. I lost a day of work. Who's going to reimburse me for that ???"

Khuyết điểm: "AA failed to allow me to check in at initial arrival in Grande Prairie airport so I had to rush to get a boarding pass in Calgary where the AA agent told me it was not an AA problem and sent me back to WestJet. WestJet discovered that it was an AA problem and returned me to the AA counter where it was resolved. Then I had to rush to catch the flight and missed any opportunity to have a decent lunch between flights. Then there was no food offered on the AA flight to Dallas."
