Very crappy crew, very uncomfortable, but good food.
Three hours late to leave, and a disaster getting our luggage after landing in Washington.
Because of the departure delay from Cluj Napoca to Istanbul was 1hour and 20 minutes, and time between flights 1 hour and 30 minutes we were running between terminals. It could be great if someone will wait for us with a golf cart to transfer us to the other termimal.
It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. By email the survey demonstrate that you had no idia about the cancellations. Shemful indeed. Please don't put your incompetence on the Turkish aireiles You can call at 786-285-6755. The food and drinks were sub par.. the crew onboard was terrific, awesome bunch and so helpful.. check in could have been better as I did not get my boarding pass for connecting flight, this was a nuisance as I had to get to another desk at Istanbul Airport before transitioning to the International flights terminal. Insufficient ground staff at the Business class travel services desk. Ground staff at Istanbul airport are not very helpful and can be quite rude. But 10 thumbs up for the flight crew, thank goodness they made our flight so comfortable.
I will never change airline company the best
I've traveled with all major European airlines, Canadian and United States. Turkish Airlines is my favourite by far.
Rude staff and very complicated boarding experience. Had passport checked 9 times.

Khuyết điểm: "Flight to Istanbul was fine. The flight back was a terrible experience! During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

The plane waited for 45 minutes to park at JFK and when we deplaned the down escalator was stopped and the elevator didn't work so we had to carry our carry ons in our hands down 2 flights of steps-some people were elderly and could hardly do it."

Ưu: "The seats in economy were very comfortable, food was excellent (and surprising given it was a short flight), crew was friendly and accommodating, entertainment selection was excellent"
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding was slightly chaotic--no one boarded according to group number and people who were not priority used the priority line anyway once all of the members had gone through."
Ưu: "Cabin crew is well trained and very friendly. They take their jobs very serious and professional."
Ưu: "Everything except they always arrive late. The food served was actually good. They have cut back on the food and beverages which they serve. But unlike Delta they serve more than water."

Khuyết điểm: "This flight was a standard deviation below the usual quality. The crew seemed inexperienced, and the service was slow. The business-class cabin was only about 40% occupied, and yet the crew seemed unable to provide quick service. As I say, this is not normally the case, but it was a little disappointing."

Khuyết điểm: "The space on ALL airlines now are so claustrophobic it is not that fun to sit squashed into a tiny space. Air travel companies in general has teally made people who can't afford to go first class feel like livestock. But the trip was pleasant due to the crew's nice attitude."

I really appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and hard work to ensure I was comfortable and that my luggage made it on board. The food and entertainment was great. I really loved the goody bag, it was very thoughtful and included everything to make you comfortable for the flight."
Ưu: "It was an excellent trip with THY. The crew was very attentive for the requests and the needs of the passengers at all time (regardless of inconsiderate traveler). Since it is usually too expensive for me to travel with THY, one still can get a great deal if looked for deals in advance. Some of the best things about traveling with THY are being able to check 2 bags, unlimited drinks and food at all times and more leg room. Max"

Turkish Airline changed my connection time without notifying me such that I had 5 min left for my cooection in stambul. They gave me no other option and blamed this on Kayak and kayak blamed it on the Airline leaving me with no options. I had to stay in Birlin at my own expense. Complaint filed with Turkish airline resulted in nothing. I made several calls for update and only repose I got was we will send an email to the complaint dept. and you will here in 24 hours. This has been going on for over 5 days with no contect, update or resolution. Once back in the US, I plane to file a formal complaint with FAA and more. DO NOT take this airline. They are worst airline I have ever used and will never use it again."
