As it is a long flighg, would appreciate if flight crew regularity asks passengers if they would like refreshments
There is not much good to say. Boarding process is time consuming, food should improve a lot and entertainment choices are limited and outdated.
Business class. Staff service was PHENOMENAL. Seats/beds were spacious and comfortable (I had the seat in the middle section which can become a queensize bed with the next seat. I have had more satisfying food in economy, however traveling with an infant, the spacious seat/bed allowed him to sleep for a few hours. The staff were very good to accomdating him too.
Delayed flights!!!!! Had to rent a car from JFK and drive home to Syracuse $225! Have to be to work at 5am Monday NOT HAPPY

My diabetes meal was the same on my earlier flight from Hyderabad to Singapore. The breast of chicken was 3-4 oz piece. It was difficult to cut it on the smaller pieces in the tray. Prefer pre-portioned chicken breast cubes. No need to make it a chore. I could manage to handle, but be considerate to seniors who might have limited mobility etc.

(we arrived Langkawi airport around 3pm, we were told by the officer that our luggage will be sent to our resort at 7pm but it came at 11pm instead) The snacks could have been better. Besides the salted peanuts, it would be better to add biscuits or a slice of cake. The orange juice is good but maybe if we are given choice of warm drink (tea or coffee) it would be great."

The issue is that if you fly with this company you arrive at KUL. The plane managed to be loaded relatively on time but removing baggage from a customer who chose not to fly took almost an hour as compared to the 10 minute estimate. By the time we taxied, I was certain that I was in danger of missing my Hong Kong connection and asked the flight attendant to have the pilot radio American to inform them, I got the impression that my request was a low priority for the disinterested crew and, as feared, I missed my connection which forced a daylong wait in Hong Kong. The plane was a 737-800. Malaysia, unlike it's peers, flies mostly narrow bodies inter Asia as they disposed of all their 777's after the second 777 was shot down. I lived in Malaysia and Singapore for eight years in the late '80's and early '90's, at which time I thought that Malaysian was the best airline in the sky. Sadly, their present service is US airline quality at best without the general ability of US carriers to keep to schedule which makes them one of the worst in Asia."

Khuyết điểm: "I was detained at the ticket cutting counter because I carried extra plastic back for purchase at the airport. Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight delayed by around over 7 hours. Only discovered this when went to check in. This has meant we are currently stuck in KL airport awaiting a morning flight having already paid for a nights accommodation in Penang. Airline has refused to take any responsibility for the situation."

Khuyết điểm: "Departed from KL with a carry on, never asked to weigh it or check its size. On the way back from Langkawi, I was asked to weigh the bag since they suddenly implemented a policy of no more than 7kg on board. Told the rude creature that it was ok when I left KL, he said: here in langkawi we are implementing the policy and have nothing to do with KL!! Was asked to check-in my bag, and paid RM79 for the extra 3 kilos. Never flying with them again."
Ưu: "Great overall economic airline to travel with considering the price paid. I am glad to have the options to NOT pay for the food and entertainment since I never used it during a flight less than 6 hours. I am sure the food and entertainment is good for many passengers paid for them. The flight is on time, the boarding is well organized, the crew is courteous and bathroom is clean."

Normally you can take a small suitcase plus rucksack, not so, there is a extra charge for the rucksack. On board I was sick and tired of listening to useless information in 3 different languages about duty free, meals, safety info that was repeated many times.. get on with the flight turn off the light and let people sleep!"

Khuyết điểm: "-fee to check bags -changed gate without updating status board and delayed boarding -though none could be found, cabin smelt like vomit -no food included, charged money for water. Yes, water. -constant (and unnecessary) updates on PA system -often attempted to sell AirAsia branded paraphernalia during flight while everyone was trying to sleep -sprayed an unknown substance into the cabin to "sanitize" just before we landed (insecticide?!). We were given a warning literally 10 seconds before they sprayed it."
Khuyết điểm: "They lost a passenger after the boarding pass was presented. Seems impossible but they managed it They charge you for luggage but only allow you 15 kilograms which is too little for a standard suitcase"

Khuyết điểm: "Delayed for more than 9 hours, which ruined a complete day of my trip. When inquired from local office, they were clueless and was really rude. We could not do the web checking as there was a error in the site and we ended up paying more than 3 times what we were supposed to pay for baggage."
Khuyết điểm: "Flight was delayed by over 9 hours out of Colombo. Missed our connection to Ho Chi Minh city. Colombo ground crew and customer service didn't have any idea about the status of the flight."

Khuyết điểm: "Bag fees not clear and totally unreasonable, no way to check in or check bags online unless you register with their nosy BIG Points. Late by 1.5 hours! Can't get ANYTHING to eat or drink without paying in local currency cash, not even water. Seats squished together and really uncomfortable. Baggage takes a long time to come out. Poor wayfinding at Kuala Lumpur Airport."
Khuyết điểm: "I was charged $300 for a carry on because it was determined that my carry on was too large (which it was NOT) . charged $18/ kg."
Khuyết điểm: "Air Asia not only charged me for luggage at check-in, but charged me TWICE for the same piece of luggage, stating that since I was flying "two segments" they had to charge me two times, though my luggage and I were going to one destination (with a layover in between). Never again will I fly this airline."
