I bought drinks inside the terminal for this 14 hour flight but they were all confiscated at the additional security at the gate!! WTF"

One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

I understand they are trying to squeeze as much money out of their flights as possible but it was to the point of such severe discomfort that my right knee still hurts half a week later. The reason that it hurts so much is that there was a post through the right half of the leg room under my seat, which was already super limited to begin with. DO NOT GET A WINDOW SEAT, WHATEVER YOU DO. It was a 7 hour flight and I was SO MUCH PAIN. Horrific. The flight staff was rude. I will never fly Qatar again under ANY circumstances. I would rather travel months by boat, or even walk for years on end then go through that 7 hour experience. Qatar's cheapness lost them a customer!"

When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."
Worst Airline in Customer Service and no respect for passengers traveling even in Business Class. Lost Baggage and missed connection with no help from agents
The particular set up in Business Class is not comfortable. The seats (Pods) are too narrow and it is difficult to sleep.
Was misdirected twice, also as a side note, RBC Avion rewards visa has the worst customer service when you need them. Switching cards as soon as I use all my points

It didn’t take me that long but the flight attendant knocked hard on the door but she didn’t do that for me with the other guy. I didn’t feel welcomed at all from the crew honestly."

This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time."

Well the seats weren't lay flat so I feel like I got played by Kayak and didn't have a very comfortable flight."

I had to wait for 20-30 minutes for a flight attendant to come and give my water. I also got spilled water twice by the flight attendant while serving meals. The boarding system was chaotic - the letter system does not work at all. Just go use the number system like most airlines. It's not rocket science. The passengers are blocking the main road leading to other gates with how you guys do it.
the pre-boarding area in Manila to Vancouver is terrible. Not enough space. I was flying business and the seating that was reserved for this was not monitored therefore no seats available. Upon boarding for business the area was packed with passengers and no separate line for frequent flyers to board therefore we were stuck behind stanchions permitting us to board. We had to crawl or climb over the stanchions in order to board.... WHAT A MESS!! This criticism is not because I was flying as a frequent flyer as there is not this MESS when flying from Vancouver to Manila. Improvements must be made as this sets the impression for the rest of the journey.
This trip was canceled by the airline and we have never been repaid or rescheduled despite many inquiries.

Ưu: "On the Honolulu to Manila flight the crew were attentive and pleasant. I was comfortable and had TV to pass some of the hours on board. On the Manila to Singapore, there was no TV and the crew were less pleasant."
Khuyết điểm: "The young crew on the Manila to Singapore flight could have seen the journey as more of an opportunity to actually do their job rather than a chance to sit at the back chatting. When I approached one for a hot water bottle as it was freezing, she screwed up her face at my request and turned and spoke to her colleague in a language I couldn't understand making me feel uncomfortable. One of the worst things though was the food. Throughout the whole flight from Oahu to Singapore, there were no vegetarian options (even the mid flight sandwich had ham and cheese). Further, you were served a hot meal almost within an hour of being in the air, then had to wait about six hours for the snack and then another hot meal was served within three hours of that at a very rushed pace making the experience very unenjoyable. This happened on the way to oahu also so it is something that they practice regularly. Terminal 2 at Manila is also terrible if you have a long layover!"

We went to bed at around 4:45 AM, only to get a wake up call at 7 AM whilst we were not leaving the hotel until 11:00 AM for a 1:30 PM departure! Horrible! The boarding flight is painful experience, starting from entering the airport (poor training to staff to verify the identity and ticket details), standing at the counter to check in the baggage (extremely slow). Once boarded, it’s a pleasant experience. The crew is polite and patient.
Perhaps providing a menu would have helped as it was my first time onboard and I did not know what was being served.

They were accepting credit card to be charged in US dollar or cash in Qatar Riyal for the food amount. I offered to pay through credit card but two cards has failed while third was accepted. There were many passengers who were not carrying case in Qatar Riyal and their cards work not successfully swipe,therefore they remained hungry. This is in human and no airline on international route is allowed to do so"

There were three of us travelling independantly through India and each time we presented the appropiate copy of the E -Ticket they wanted to see the credit card pictured on the ticket. Of course this was impossible because you guys made it up for some unknown reason. If you ever want us to use your service in future you're going to have to stop doing this practice."

Khuyết điểm: "When we booked the flight we were unaware the price did not include checked baggage. We called Kiwi.com and we asked what it would cost to add checked baggage. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

The backs of the seats were torn and spots from drinks and dirty hands on the backs of the head rest. All the magazines were WELL worn and one had gum between the pages. The table top had part of a meal left on it."
