It is unfortunate that no pre-departure drinks are served anymore for business class. Even Emirates has resumed that service. Singapore uses regional aircraft for all flights under 8 hours now so this just made it in which means it is not a full business class seat but overall is comfortable enough.

Flight attendants perfect as always. Business class checked bag took 45 minutes to arrive.

Pretty slack. A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

TV Screen in front of the passenger (installed behind the seat in front) was very clear. it was the same as if watching movie on an iPad. The food was great! Both my wife and I like the dinner and the breakfast served. Also, the price of EVA Air’s Premium Economy is great compared to similar Asian Airlines from Vancouver to Manila. EVA Air was the cheapest when we started shopping for flights from Vancouver-Taipei-Manila."

Taipei was shut down, offices and shops were closed, residents were sheltering at home, and other carriers had cancelled essentially all flights during the 10 hours when the storm was projected to be over the island and had posted long delays (of 8 and 10 hours and longer) on their uncancelled flights. Only EVA stubbornly clung to the fiction that our flight and others would actually depart -- and depart on time. EVA's refusal to acknowledge reality -- and timely communicate that reality to its customers -- made planning impossible, stranding passengers at hotels without bookings, preventing contingency planning and forcing many passengers to make needless trips to the airport over treacherous roads made hazardous by heavy flooding, downed trees, blowing debris, high winds and blinding rain. EVA's decisions cost us money, inconvenience, time and anxiety. For the passengers and crews on inbound planes that EVA actually landed or tried to land in Taipei that day, the consequences were worse: head and other injuries from extreme turbulence and hard landings, and then hours on tarmacs unable to deplane because the winds were above the maximum level for the safe deployment of jetways. Getting out the next day with an upgrade to business class doesn't do it for me. I am a United 1K-Star Alliance Gold flyer. I fly a fair amount and I expect, above all else, an uncompromising focus on safety and clear, candid and timely communication. Never again EVA."

Kayak would not release his seats so we could not rebook, Eva said they couldn't rebook until kayak released. He did have to take another airline to Bali. After 7 days they finally released seats. After talking with them approx 8 hrs. Will never use kayak again."

Their egarness to be productive and their rush were NOT justified, especially on such a long flight; low professionalizm."

Khuyết điểm: "I did not like the boarding process. From starting at check in it took two hours to finish queuing and then to waiting for boarding it took another two hours. Additionally the plane was delayed. I felt cramped in my seat and I am five foot three inches and very petite so that's saying something."

There was no notice given so we arrived at the airport on time only to wait for almost 2 hours. PAL has a monopoly on the route and charges almost $100 for a 45 minute flight. I understand the pricing but not notifying passengers when a flight is going to be that late simply reflects a lack of concern on the part of PAL."

This was not disclosed when we bought the tickets. We got an email the morning of the flight telling us the arrival was delayed by one hour still nothing about a stop. We found out when we were checking in at the airport. Then, while stop on Guam, we got email saying the flight is 2 hours late! WTF"

In-flight entertainment: limited movie selection, even more limited tv shows selection. Music section was very poor, it needs more selection with variaty, known artists, more radio channels. And music tracks should be in a tracklist form with song information, not only 1 hour-long tracks of back to back music (with no info). Meals - Mains were ok, deserts were terrible in both of my flights. Snacks were also bad, a scone and beef and cheese sandwich. Very blend, white bread only and oily. We weren't served enough bevarages, so oily and high-carb foods made me very thursty. No water fountains, it'd be great to have some around since staff does not give enough beverage and I was forced to chuck my water before boarding the airplane (the water I bought in the airport after passport check!!!!!!!) It was extremely cold."

Anyway save your money and time and avoid this airlines."

The issue is that if you fly with this company you arrive at KUL. Steward was kind but rough - efficient like a robot... and the headphones are very poor, I could hardly understand what was said when watching the films."
