The seats also didn't technically recline. The lower seat cushion merely moved forward, emulating a recline, but the seatback didn't actually move. It was not quite comfortable."

When the turbulence died down, the flight attendants did not bother to complete the food service for snacks or drinks ordered. I had to get up and ask twice. They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. Kisha"

My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told."

Economy response -- Pressing the button takes a lot of time. Collection of shawls/earphones -- Please wait for the plane to finish its flight."

I was surprised to see that the short-haul flights had better screens than the long-haul flights. I was on a 3 1/2 hour flight each way from Dubai/Delhi with beautiful screens but the long-haul each way from Dubai/Seattle had the crappy screens."

Ưu: "The flight was ok. We had very little lay over time which meant. We had to run across the airport to get to our flight. This also meant that some luggage got left behind. It was frustrating but atleast the airline ensured that it was delivered in one piece to our home addresses. Give them a plus for that"

Khuyết điểm: "Emirates has applied EasyJet seat ramming techniques to its A380 business Class product. As a result even the spacious upper deck of an A380 feels cramped. The seat width in business Class is the same as economy so lying on your side to sleep is an impossibility for all but the diminutive or children. It’s hard to justify 4-5 times the economy fare to sit in such cramped ‘pile em high, sell em cheap’ seats. Breakfast served just before landing at LGW was honestly the most revolting meal I’ve ever been served onboard an aircraft, and I’ve flown Monarch. Less scrambled egg than puréed egg slops with gristly undercooked chicken sausages. Ryanair would blush at serving up such lousy fare. Emirates are paring back the ‘overheads’ in business Class and its starting to show. Cheapening the product (in every sense) might work for some but if I’m going to stump up thousands I think I’ll choose an airline that treats me less like self loading cargo in future."

Khuyết điểm: "On an 18 hour flight I was offered 1/3 of a cup of water or liquid about 3-4 times. They even rationed ice cubes. I had to ring the assistance bell any every 1-2 hours in order to stay hydrated the meals Consisted of a reheated TV dinner and 5 plastic wrapped versions of bread or processeed foods (bread sticks, cracked, cheese stick) normal you just overlook this stuff but when it's 18 hour flight you need actual food and water or else you'll risk dehydration."

I understand you guys try to give out food similar to the place your visiting, but I wish you guys gave out an option of non spicy food just like you do for vegetarians. I would also like to suggest that your crew members come more frequently to give out water. And the last thing I want to say is the most important, Boarding the plane was such a hassle. I would like to suggest that a crew member should come out and organize the way people are going to be boarding. They can say something like, "seats # A-C can you place stand on the left and Busniness Class on the right" instead of having everyone crowd to the front and be pushing each other. Or have those rope lines like they do at banks and make the people form a line."

Khuyết điểm: "In my flight from Milan (MXP) to New York (JFK), I had a seat on 63C (aisle seat). A woman seating on my sided asked me to change my seat with her son who was on 74F (middle seat). I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."

Khuyết điểm: "After traveling for 19 hours from Washington DC to Karachi, , They lost by luggage. They asked me to come and collect it after 6 hours. Went to the airport could see my luggage sitting in the trolley but still made me wait another 3 hours. NO COMPENSATION / NO APOLOGIZES Going back from Karachi to Washington DC, passenger besides me had a child in his lap throughout the flight. That passengers arm and legs were in my part of the seat throughout the flight. I could not sit or eat or relax. The child in the lap kept on touching me and the food I had on the tray as was unable to eat it. I weigh 165 but the seats are so small that one has to struggle. When back Dulles airport, had to weight for 1.5 hours for the bag to arrive @ thanks to big jumbo A380 aircraft. First class were priority. They checked in first, got their luggage first on a different belt, rest were treated like third class people. Never wasting my $ in this airline."
