The company went out of its way to give me an aisle seat. A window seat would have resulted in a badly hurting elbow. The seats in Economy Premium are OK, nice pitch and width : 2+4+2, instead of 3+3+3 in Economy."

This is OK for short people with short legs, like average Vietnamese customers. It is a pain for taller people with longer legs. It takes a lot of strength to push the footrest into its former position. In my seat, two attendants came to my help and could not do it. Something apparently was broken. I spent 13 miserable hours without being able to find a comfortable position for my legs. I strongly suggest to Vietnam Airlines get rid of the footrests altogether, or find an easy-to-manage model."

We were offered seats on an earlier fight which we eagerly accepted. Knowing that this route is often cited as one of the busiest in the world it was no surprise to find ourselves on a wide-body jet, Airbus 330-200 even on this 2-hour flight. A small snack was served. The flight was uneventful."

Ưu: "The leg room is one of the best in economy class. At six feet tall, I was able to stretch my legs and not have my knees against the seat in front of us. The personal entertainment console worked perfectly with clear picture and sound, though the free headphones were uncomfortable. Boarding crew allowed us to cut in line since we had a 2 year old. Very appreciative for that, and appreciative for their sternness with those customers who were trying to slip in in front of us."

No fluff flight only I can see the different is the baggage weight you can take is only the extra. Seem we stayed on the tar mac for a while flying out and flying in Ho Chi which, the air movement in the cabin was not that great at all and little stuffy and warm. One thing leaving out of Term 3 at Singapore if you go thru Immegration and want to eat the food is not great all and stay away from Burger King and for the 3rd time got sick again! Worst Burger Jiont in the World ever! From no soda, the chicken nuggets tasting like fish, and the Burgees did not taste like burger very sickening! Thier are a rip-off to still wanted everyone to pay full price for the a meal and without no drink and pay extra for water and wanted people to pay for ice. Burger King Co. really need to take hard look at this Joint for very bad foods serving people and getting them sick and ripping people off with money. Seats are small and compact and the seat belt for the airline is small for a bigger person and not meaning over weight."

Cons: workers know little English compared to ANA from checking in to the flight attendants. I think this was the most disappointing because the language barrier was frustrating when needing help going the right direction and having questions about checking in. The food was OK. The fruit tasted rotten and the food didn't seem as fresh either. The customer service was also mediocre. When I was on ANA airlines all the staff were very helpful and they seemed statisfied with their jobs. When I travel to ASIA again I will try and avoid Vietnam airlines."

We had to queue an hour and a half for our boarding pass and check in, which makes it unbelievable how is that possible. We were there early since 815am, and only got our boarding around 10am. We nearly missed our flight as there were queue all around for security check. I guess this is the first and the last time i will travel with Vietnam Airlines."

Apparently our small backpacks also counted toward the carry-on limit, which would have been fine if not for the following two contradictions: this was our THIRD flight with VietJet Air (one from Siem Reap to Hanoi, Hanoi to Da Nang, Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh) and we didn't have to check baggage the first two. We also saw at least half a dozen people get on our flight with either bags larger than ours, or carrying three pieces of luggage. Either enforce all the rules for everyone, every time they fly the airline, or not at all."

It was funny to see the billboards announcing: "On time", then "Boarding" when there was no aircraft in sight. On the Arrivals billboard, it showed the in-coming flight as "Landed", when it most obviously had not landed, and there was no information about when it might eventually arrive. With slow operations, we boarded 40 minutes mate and arrived a full hour late. The schedule had been 9:00 PM; days before flying it was pushed back to 10:00 PM. We actually were at the gate at 11:00 PM. VietJet Air is unfortunately the only airline operating a late flight from Pleiku to Ho Chi Minh. No competition means no pressure to be on time."

I found her again and she told me to switch. To another long line next to me and I had enough. I had to yell at her and make it clear that I was not going to wait another minute. I said I am going to the front and I’ll be next. I asked my ONE question about weight. It took 15 seconds and she should have handled it for me from the start."

Khuyết điểm: "Kayak allowed us to book a flight that was impossible to make. We had two separate VietJet flights (one from Da Nang to Hoh Chih Minh and the other from Hoh Chi Minh to Bangkok). When I booked through Kayak, I searched from Da Nang to Bangkok so I thought they were booked on one ticket but they weren't. We had to get my bags in Ho Chih Minh and completely re check-in for our flights to Bangkok within a 30 minute period after deplaning. Luckily the flight to Bangkok was delayed and we had a nice counter representative that bended the rules and allowed us to check-in after check-in had closed but this was a very disappointing experience with Kayak. The representative said that had we booked through the airline website, the system wouldn't have let us knowing we didn't have enough time between flights to get our bags and re-checkin. I would think that Kayak would know this."
