Yet, at the airport and on the aircraft, the only explanation given was the overplayed refrain "Due to late arrival of the aircraft..." PLEASE, stop kidding us. Bad management is not the same as "late arrival". At 3 AM everybody was on board. No other arriving or departing aircraft in that CGK airport at that ungodly time. The pilot mumbled something about loading cargo. We sat an extra 50 minutes before taking off. This airplane has no screen of any kind in Economy. There were posters and a booklet describing the possibilities of entertainment. Again, who is kidding whom? Before going bankrupt, the old Philippines Air Lines used the acronym P.A.L. And everyone read: "Planes Always Late". The acronym is gone, but the delays are back, for sure. I am sorry that I did not go on a low cost flight."

It's not difficult to get blankets from the overhead bin and with the possibility of other passengers asking, it's part of your job. A male crew member was attentive to the passenger after he immediately recognized the passenger's request walking through the aisle. This was from MNL to NRT. Also on one of the connecting flights (could have been same as above), the flight departed late because they allowed another passenger through that wasn't suppose to be on that flight on to the plane. They need to have better boarding pass scanners and /or the employees should pay better attention to that main detail. Air was really dry in the cabin, suggestion is to add some kind of humidifier in the plane to decrease dryness to the nose."

The following day, knowing that I was departing back to the United States miraculously my bag showed up at the airport the same time as my minimum required check in time."

Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)"

I could go into detail but now I’m just ranting. Not happy. Won’t be doing that again."

The explanation that I got that "we need to balance the plane" is whitewash. It's clearly to push peopel to buying the premium service. As we hit the gate, she chased us down to yet again, say he couldn't board because of the same reason. She told him when he got back to Hyderabad that he would be charged as a criminal & be held in a cell all alone without a way to commicate to others. It was absolutely absurd!! We made it back to Hyderabad and like we knew the whole time, his VISA was fine."

Only one service officer was being bombarded with questions from passengers when it would save so much trouble just making a proper announcement in the first place. Boarding queue also merged with another flight departing at a similar time, causing a massive bottleneck. Whilst on board, pre-ordered food was not served with cutlery and it took another 15 mins to get the attn of the stewardess to get the cutlery served. Would have been faster to just get it myself."

Khuyết điểm: "I dont have checkin luggage. Web checkin did not give me straight to gate boarding even on FasT booth. Old system allows me straight to gate."
Ưu: "Nothing. No food no entertainment no good service. Nothing good at all and they also take alot money for there mistake"

Khuyết điểm: "Just don't make the mistake of booking a flight you don't want because you can hardly change it without paying a fee. In my case it's like buying another ticket. Better to buy ticket direct from airlines. Change is allowed within 24 hours without extra charge."
Ưu: "It’s a no-frills, budget airline. As such airlines go, this one is better than most. You won’t get any legroom and you’ll be nickel and dimes at every turn, but if you go into the experience with that understanding, you’ll have a reasonably comfortable, on-time flight without paying a lot of money."
Khuyết điểm: "There was nothing I didn’t like that I felt would have been better on a different budget airline. If you don’t like non-existent legroom and the lack of free frills, you shouldn’t be flying this airline."
Khuyết điểm: "Their website didn't work when I tried to pay in advance for the baggage and seat assignment. I tried more than 20 times, from two devices, two browsers from my laptop, with two different credit cards, wasting huge amounts of time. Then they had the nerve to still charge the offline service charge for paying at the airport despite my clear description of all the time and effort I had spent on their miserable website. And they only accepted cash which required an extra ATM trip."
Ưu: "Generally okay flight. Plane was small but it was a short flight so to be expected."
Khuyết điểm: "Arriving at Siem Reap without a bag. Luckily it was found, but it was hard to get onto the airline to ask if they did a delivery service, so had to drive more than one hour back to the airport to collect the bag."

Khuyết điểm: "I did not like the fact jetstar did not includ checked baggage for an international flight. i ended up having to pay about 55usd more. moreover no food no drink. i will never fly international with them again. after all i could of flew with some of the best airlines for the price i ended up paying."
Khuyết điểm: "Outrageous baggage fees. I paid over $200 USD for 2 bags. This was so much more than the actual flight itself. I was never told how crappy Jetstar's baggage policy was and I will never fly them again. In fact, it makes me bitter with Kayak even though it doesn't necessarily reflect on you. You should never recommend this airline EVER AGAIN!!"

Khuyết điểm: "I was just over 7kg but unless you pack well in advance Jetstar is always a pain in the arse. The old woman next to started picking the skin on her feet an hour into the flight- although that is probably more a review of China than Jetstar. With Jetstar, I am just waiting for what BS will happen, so generally avoid them if at all possible- whether it is your bag being 1kg overweight, or they inform you your flight was delayed- when it wasn't causing missed flight, as happened recently- of course they have good customer service though- not- you will be lucky to even get a reply, and that is if you manage to email them because they keep their customer service email a secret....What a joke of an airline."

Khuyết điểm: "Even with online check in you still have to do to the check in counter to show your passport. The wait was 20 mins! The space between seats is SO SMALL. I am only 170cm but my knees were up against the seat in front of me. And they are so narrow even the average size woman next to me kept elbowing me."
Ưu: "Because it is convenient , not too crowded , good service , professionall Pilot and crew . Always on time , always sit in First Class seat in Row One , many choices of destination and flight schedul. As I said my own Private Jet and the Chepest cost possible ."

Ưu: "For the price we paid, the flight was to be expected. A bit of a tight squeeze in tbe rows, but it was a short 2 hour flight so not the worst thing. Boarding and arriving were both a smooth process."
Khuyết điểm: "No entertainment on the flight! Again, because of the length, not a big deal, but I would imagine parents with a toddler would want to know that information ahead of time."

Khuyết điểm: "Jetstar has a max limit of 7kg for carry on. This forces people to pay for the extra weight. The boarding gates were far away, and required a bus transport to the plane, thereby nullifying any benefits from priority boarding."
Khuyết điểm: "Your flight attendants were very distant. Most of them did not smile or say hello. They tried very hard not to make eye contact. The women where very beautiful and well groomed, but their spirit was ice cold. Air Asia and Bangkok Air all have better flight attendants."

Khuyết điểm: "Even though I paid for both tickets at the same time, using the same card (the tickets were bought together) my assigned seats were NOT sitting together. When I approached the JetStar staff about this, they told me the flight was full and nothing could be done. When I asked again they told me there was no way to move my seats together for this flight. I (personally) asked other people on the flight to move, and everything ended up being OK. However this was not due to JetStar staff at all. All in all, I guess I got what I paid for: I bought a cheap flight and I got bad service. Kind of expected with a budget carrier like Jetstar ."

Ưu: "While staff was courteous and helpful Jetstar's policies and business model lack a lot to be desired. The extra security check to rid folks of water and such sold onboard was BS. Not to mention the checked baggage charge. Will finish up this trip but never use Jetstar again."

Khuyết điểm: "Meals purchased on board should be able to use credit card payment. Not everyone has the right currency. I saw a foreign trying to buy a meal but was on flight without food or drink because he couldn't pay by credit card."
Ưu: "By the time I checked in, they said the luggage is not included and had to pay another $120 dollars. I told them that I came with United Airline and that international travel allows at least one bag at 23 kg They did not care where you came from and how you got there. You just need to pay for your luggage. I have used tens and hundreds of airlines, but never had experienced one like this. Terrible!"

Khuyết điểm: "The process of checking in was very inefficient. They made us go from one counter just to check in and then go to a different counter to pay for the checked bags and another counter to check the bags in and then another counter to get our documents check. All of that could have been handled all at once at one counter. On top of that, their website didn't provide any details regarding how much it would cost to check bags in, which was very frustrating."

Khuyết điểm: "Maybe a mistake on our part but we were u aware we didn't receive any free luggage with our trip. We ended up paying $600 for 4 bags for a family of 4 at the airport counter. We had no choice and we were stuck. It was infuriating, the lack of knowledge and OUTRAGEOUS prices. Not only do you have to pay for your luggage but you pay insane amounts. You are offered nothing on the flight. We will probably never fly jet star again."

I purchased luggage allowance online via another website I purchased luggage allowance online via another website. But it did not get recorded on just are. & I have to pay enormous amounts for my luggage. I would rather fly full service airlines next time."
