They never explained what the issue was - it was a bit unsettling. Like, was it a meintamice issue? Should we be worried for our safety? Or was the aircraft simply late/delayed? Upon taxiing and take off the pilot finally said they were delayed from a previous flight and the plane needed to be “checked.” Would’ve like to know that an hour earlier when we first got kicked off the bus."

One thing leaving out of Term 3 at Singapore if you go thru Immegration and want to eat the food is not great all and stay away from Burger King and for the 3rd time got sick again! Worst Burger Jiont in the World ever! From no soda, the chicken nuggets tasting like fish, and the Burgees did not taste like burger very sickening! Thier are a rip-off to still wanted everyone to pay full price for the a meal and without no drink and pay extra for water and wanted people to pay for ice. Burger King Co. really need to take hard look at this Joint for very bad foods serving people and getting them sick and ripping people off with money. Seats are small and compact and the seat belt for the airline is small for a bigger person and not meaning over weight."

We had to queue an hour and a half for our boarding pass and check in, which makes it unbelievable how is that possible. We were there early since 815am, and only got our boarding around 10am. We nearly missed our flight as there were queue all around for security check. I guess this is the first and the last time i will travel with Vietnam Airlines."
Khuyết điểm: "We booked the flight for family of 8 Despite informing them over counter in Narita international airport that to place us at 2 together in the same because we have kid of 8 years and 12 years , we were all allocated separately. We could not do online check in even we log in 24 hours before flight ,all seats shown available is individual. Being in the airport early does not help too. I will definitely not consider taking Vietnam airlines in future n will cautious friends to be aware of such service."

Ưu: "On time. Bought extra luggage so no issues. Noticed Singapore end was a lot more efficient at Departure n had a real person at counter. KL end had no one and was self check in. There was a young lady to assist the self service kiosk but only if you knew the process. Some people lined up for the baggage drop off without getting boarding pass n luggage tags as they were new to travelling n just joined the queue."

Khuyết điểm: "- My attempt to upgrade my seat online resulted in my existing paid ticket being put on hold 'Pending Payment' which took nearly an hour to sort out. - Gate was change at the last minute from 5 to 2 sending everyone scrambling. - Once on the plane I was never offered water, coffee or a drink despite being seated in an upgraded seat in the front row. Passenger beside me was showered with attention though...i was essentially ignored. - Plane was nearly an hour late departing resulting in even further delays into Singapore circling waiting to get in the landing Q."
Ưu: "It’s a no-frills, budget airline. As such airlines go, this one is better than most. You won’t get any legroom and you’ll be nickel and dimes at every turn, but if you go into the experience with that understanding, you’ll have a reasonably comfortable, on-time flight without paying a lot of money."

You should never recommend this airline EVER AGAIN!!"

Khuyết điểm: "Even with online check in you still have to do to the check in counter to show your passport. The wait was 20 mins! The space between seats is SO SMALL. I am only 170cm but my knees were up against the seat in front of me. And they are so narrow even the average size woman next to me kept elbowing me."
Ưu: "For the price we paid, the flight was to be expected. A bit of a tight squeeze in tbe rows, but it was a short 2 hour flight so not the worst thing. Boarding and arriving were both a smooth process."

We asked one lady at rhe counter if we needed to tag our carry ons and she said no. As we got to security, a rude lady walked us back to the counter to weigh each and every item we had, including our purses. Since we were over the limit, we were told to pay $60 for an additional check in and we couldnt pay the online price. We told the manager we checked in way before the 2 hours about the lady we asked regarding our bags. She even confirmed but insisted we still couldnt pay the online price. Each person we approached had a terrible attitude and wasnt willing to help. If we knew about the carry on bags, we wouldve purchased it online before the 2 hour cut off time."

Khuyết điểm: "You must pay attention on what kind of ticket you bought, because some kinds have no baggage included to drop, so you must pay extra money to be allowed to do so (and it's really expensive if you do it last hour at the counter)."
Khuyết điểm: "They robbed us on the checked luggage fees. They were more than the flight itself. Was told it was cheaper to pay online, but when I attempted to do so, it informed me that it was not available on this booking."
Ưu: "Flight crew was awesome. They were very professional and caring. Wish they worked for a different airline. The operations side of the business is broken."
Khuyết điểm: "Was diverted due to mechanical issues. Had to stay the night. Although we were provided with accommodations this came about after 3 hours on the ground. During that time we were left in the dark as to what was going on. Next morning we were taken to the airport where once again we were left in the dark. At no point did anyone from Jetstar step up and communicate with us. They left it up to the staff at the airport who apparently did not work for the airline."

Khuyết điểm: "Even though I paid for both tickets at the same time, using the same card (the tickets were bought together) my assigned seats were NOT sitting together. When I approached the JetStar staff about this, they told me the flight was full and nothing could be done. When I asked again they told me there was no way to move my seats together for this flight. I (personally) asked other people on the flight to move, and everything ended up being OK. However this was not due to JetStar staff at all. All in all, I guess I got what I paid for: I bought a cheap flight and I got bad service. Kind of expected with a budget carrier like Jetstar ."

Ground crew claimed decisions were made by the Jetstar Singapore office and there was nothing they could do. One crew member responded to a request for information with a dismissive "Later! I have more important things to do now!". This is indeed a low cost airline, so beware, you get what you pay for."
