Their behavior made the trip the worst I have ever experienced. As I was seated in the business class section, I can only comment about what I saw and heard there. In that cabin, the cabin crew served alcohol to people that were clearly drunk, yet continued to provide more alcohol. The finale was when the rear section of the plane broke out in vulgar and loud football songs; being picked up by the drunken holigans in the business class section. At this point I was fearful for my physical safety knowing the history of footballers fueled by alcohol. In addition, had there been an onboard emergency, a planeful of drunk passengers would have added to the potential for disaster."

I was emailed a confirmation that my booking had been accepted through the airline within minutes, and it was easy to workout how to check myself in. Then I had zero hassles on the flights, so I'm really pleased with the service. I was even lucky enough to have a whole row to myself on both of my flights from England to Australia, which on a +24hr flight can be an absolute godsend. Staff were all friendly even encouraging us to move to alternate seats given there was sufficient space. The air crafts were tidy and it was easy transitioning from each connecting flight. Absolutely no hassle at all."
Khuyết điểm: "The only points were that the inflight entertainment from Manchester to Abu Dhabi was a tiny step below standard but great choice in terms of films to watch, my second flight was on an A380 so there was an obvious difference in design standard between the 2 planes making the first flight less desirable, and the food was OK at best. On one of my flights I didn't eat the heated meal, any sides and only ate some of the dessert given the flavour was quite poor. An airline could do to raise the taste bar standard."

We ended up spending 3 days without luggage, and ultimately went to the airport ourselves in order to make our tour."

The fold flat seats are comfortable and roomy, the food and meal service, when you want it is convenient if you wish to dine on your schedule, not the airlines and the general high level and friendly service was much appreciated. The "lounge" space they have between the first and business class cabins is fantastic; its a small bar like area where you can get out of your seat and chat with other passengers, watch news, read or whatever, and not be confined to your seat. Overall a great experience, Arrived having slept, eat and drank well."

On arrival to Heathrow we sat on the tarmac for an hour and a half as apparently there was not enough staff to connect the plane to the gate.The computers to tell us where our connecting flights were down so they could not tell us which gate to go to. When we finally disembarked, I was not allowed to my gate despite it being in the same terminal and having 40 mins to go.I was directed to a BA desk to get another flight. After 15mins waiting here the staff were rude and announced they would be closing. I finally was directed to departures to be told the only option was the same time tomorrow."

Ưu: "nothing the plane got delayed four times with no warning and then got cancelled when we all got lined up at the gate for the plane (we stood in line for 15 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE TOLD US SHIT)"
Khuyết điểm: "I didn't like that the plane got cancelled after hours of sitting in the airport, I didn't like the lack of communication between British airways staff and (would be) passengers, I didn't like that it would've taken me literally three hours to speak to a representative, and I am going to get a refund. I ended up taking an 80 pound train to London that took two and a half hours, and I expect the airway to pay for that too. This was bullshit and I hate this shirt air line."
Ưu: "Service was fine, the plane was full but it was a pleasant flight."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was delayed, the gate was not announced at the airport n London until 15 min before departure which was irritating. This flight was delayed and my checked in luggage did not make it to my destination. Hope to get it sometime tomorrow (a bit inconvenient but it happens)"
Khuyết điểm: "British airways boarding always seems like a cattle call. Everyone thinks they're priority and it's not well defined who is, so the initial boarding call always just results in everyone rushing the gate."
Ưu: "This flight was very empty, which made for quick boarding and a comfortable journey. We were on time and luggage came out promptly. Overall a really easy flying experience (despite a bit of turbulence)."
Khuyết điểm: "The pasta dishes continue to be uninspiring, but at least the dessert was tasty! Also, my last BA flight had outlets for personal electronic devices, which this did not - I would have really appreciated having a way to charge my laptop and keep working."
