Khuyết điểm: "Although for some technical reasons the flight was considerably delayed, there was no action taken either by Qatar Airways or Geneva airport authorities to make the waiting more confortable!! The passengers of economy class and business class were all stacked in the same space (it looked more of a hangar...) Access to this space was only possible by stairs (No elevator - No escalator !!) No drinks offered, not enough chairs to sit and wait......etc The main blame is to put on Geneva Airport Authorities. This airport is a total mess From the moment one arrives at the airport area (access - parking - ..) till the moment of boarding... It should be boycotted by major and quality companies such as Qatar Airways and many others."

As a Qatar airway member I feel let down and am disappointed with the lack of interest shown by the airline in relation to an apology of any kind. What can be done about it. I've booked a trip to be a part of my friends special day and instead get to the reception as guest start leaving. I also get fined from the car hire company as they cancelled our hired car due to a no show and have ended up with a less inferior car as that's all they had left. No real apology given si is like to know what are you doing about it?"
Khuyết điểm: "They cancelled our flight without informing us from Doha to Miami, so they were going to fly us to Doha at 3 a.m., take us to hotel, and then have us fly the next day. This was the third time this airlines cancelled a flight on us for the same trip. The first two times were traveling from Miami to Delhi, we had to change our itinerary because they cancelled the flight, and we had to fly on different dates. This caused a series of hotel changes and cancellations costing us a lot of money. On the flight that we finally got from Doha to JFK, the man sitting next to me SMELLED LIFE THE FUNK OF 40,000 YEARS. It is unbearable. Thirteen hours of pungent body odor that even the flight attendants acknowledged was horrific. It was a miserable experience flying with this airline for what was to be the trip of a lifetime."

The crew is polite, well kept, and dare I say very good looking. All my flights with them departed and arrived as scheduled, always!"

However, it's impossible to get a e-visa to allow Americans to leave the airport to take advantage of this. There is one hotel inside the airport, however it's extremely expensive and booked well in advance. While the service was decent on the plane, inside the airport the TA employee's were very rude and not at all helpful. So be prepared to spend the night on the floor or an uncomfortable bench. Won't fly on this airline ever again."

If you have a layover longer than 10 hours in Istanbul and are flying Turkish airlines, they will take care of your accommodations and wil treat you wonderfully."
Khuyết điểm: "The seats and space were TINY for an eleven hour flight, and I am a small girl. Nearly impossible to get comfortable. The exceptional service was my reasoning for the good rating. I would fly again but will probably pay for an upgraded seat"

We got there safe and on time...what more do you need? Oh, and the price for my route was amazing; the next airline was $1000 more and the one after that $2000 more."

I had an injury and surgery to my right foot, and as a result was using a walking can for m9bility. One my return flight to UK one cabin crew member decided in their wisdom to place said cane in the overhead bin. I advised her, I didn't like nor think this to be a good idea. Things move when taking off and my fair was if one wasn't aware the cane was there it may fall and injure someone. She insisted, and put the can into the overhead bin, and surprise, one of her fellow cabin members opened this b8n, and down came the cane on a passenger's head. For her injury, they offered her water and proceeded to hand the cane back to me. On flight TK 603 or TK 1983 we were assigned seats in economy row 20 A and b, well my son was seated in 20B, almost sliced his palm on the armrest, because the cover that should have been there wasn't, thus exposing jagged metal. I had to insist that we be moved and they should NEVER allow the cabin be loaded with such dangers visibly exposed. They didn't seem to show much concern, since the flight was full of "blacks"...! On our maiden flight on this airline, we had a 15+ hour layover. Couldn't get assistance from airport staff on simple questions such as where could one rest for the 15 hours, airport staff are busy riding around on automated wheel chairs, and when we asked them to assist an elderly lady who obviously could not walk the distance to her boarding gate in Istanbul, we were met with glares, or look of "they don't know English" or simply being miss directed, whilst my son carried this ladies heavy bag, including his own, and I on my walking stick, until we located the infraction desk, where a true gentleman, by the name of Mahmet came to our rescue, or more importantly took over the matter and assisted this lovely lady who was heading back to new york, to get her water for her medication, a chair to sit on until a wheelchair was brought to her. Honestly, in the many years that I've traveled, I've never seen or encountered a group of unprofessional, disrespectful and just downright prejudiced to visitors to their country! You couldn't pay me enough to visit Turkey or ever fly Turkish Airlines again in my life. So, so disappointed and disgusted by the whole experience it begs the question, how was this airline voted the 2nd best airline in Europe? You must have a very low ranking requirement, or my expectations are just too high for this airline, airport and the people I encountered."

Khuyết điểm: "We were told to go to the gate. However, there was no room for us there, another flight to San Francisco was leaving earlier and given precedence. So it was crowded, chaotic and we had to stand around unnecessarily, when we could have been drinking coffee or sitting comfortably elsewhere in the airport. On the flight they ran out of one of the meal choices and we just had to take or leave what they still had."
Ưu: "Turkish Air flight from Istanbul to NYC was fine but Turkish Air flight leaving Tashkent 8:15 am to Istanbul, May 29, was terrible. Although we had all been up from 5am to get to early morning flight and Tashkent air port has no services, stewardess ran out of coffee and repeatedly refused to get me, the person skipped, coffee, despite repeated requests for a first cup. Each time they refilled coffee, they started run from beginning of plane, and ran out by the time they got to the middle. Usually if someone gets skipped, they just go back and get a single cup, but this lady was determined not to. Never had this happen in 55 years of flying. Serious caffine deficiency."

Ưu: "The staff was always prompt when you needed help and the food was always served in a timely manner, as was any beverages. The staff was friendly and the seats, though small were also comfortable. The best part of the flight was the in unit entertainment with a great movie selection."

Khuyết điểm: "Display panel for one of our seats was broken and after asking to have it reset, staff was not attentive to make sure issue was resolved before moving on. If you're going to be on a flight that long...you want to have your entertainment, and don't want to keep bothering someone to have it work. Also seats were cramped compared to other airline planes and staff seemed to not have an issue that there were some other people on the plane drinking bottles, getting drunk and loud."
