Flight was late because our pilots were late. Also the air vents above our seat didn't work.

Due to previous flight not getting to Dallas until two hours after it should have, I missed my connecting flight. Then I was on standby for last flight out for the night. Originally I was 6th on standby list, but by time it came to board I was 14th on list somehow. When boarding I was last to be able to board and was walking towards the plane when someone with ticket showed up very late causing me to get booted from flight. I ended up having to stay the night in Dallas and hope to get on the next days flights as a standby passenger. Worst travel situation in quite a long time.

Delayed flight, missed all my connections. They re-routed me on a 20 hr series of flights, charged me $230 for one extra bag, because of all the steps in the new flight that THEY set up because of THEIR delay. Absolutely unhelpful/unempathic counter help. This was easily one of my worst trip experiences, and I fly a lot.

American's movie selection is not great and the user interface for selecting a movie is really not easy to use.

Khuyết điểm: "It seems like American Airlines has lived up to its reputation. More seats in a plane and less comfort. On top of that, the entertainment system has not been upgraded since the 70's. TV monitors in the middle and everyone has to watch the same thing. Of course, the sound system did not work for one entire side of the plane so I could only watch the movie and not hear it. If you are not going to have individual monitors for each seat, allow your passengers to what from their mobil devises like almost all other airlines are doing."

Khuyết điểm: "My flight IB 4190 from DFW to Paris on 11/11/17 @ 17:55 was operated by American Airline. I was denied to pay for my second check in bag for the simple reason that I didn't buy my ticket with American Airline!! According to American Airline agent (Danielle) at the counter, a ticket purchased with Iberia only allow 1 check bag for free and you are not allow to check in an additional bag. I called the travelling agency and Iberia customer service agent (Jose) while I was at the airport. They both told me that I should go with the luggage rule of American Airline which allow passenger to pay for a second bag. Danielle refused to talk to both agents I called. I need someone to tell me how my luggage can be send to me to Paris please. I had a very bad experience with this trip. Please help clarify the discrepancy!"

My husband and I are both enrolled in the AA frequent flyer program and had at least 6 people cut in front of us while on-line. When we finally approached the AA representative, Dayana Gómez, She was rude and not helpful. Our seats on the UIO-Dallas flight did not even recline. We sat completely upright for the duration of the 6 hour overnight night flight into Dallas."

They just unloaded my bag allready checked to MIA.. After two hours standing at LAN counter they changed my flight to Lima and than to Miami. I came to Miami 12 hours late, very disappointed by this service. According to AA my ticket was never confirmed by the airline !! How can you sell it to customer ??"

Ưu: "The guy at the check in counter was awesome, even though his English wasn't great. He upgraded me to the exit row seats since my legs are long; usually you need to pay for this. The seats were huge and comfortable, though the arm rests didn't move, so you could stretch out (the flight wasn't that full)."

She refused to explain to us how the emergent slide worked. We asked because the visual instructions on the door were different from those in the seat back pamphlet. It was a hassle trying to get our bag tagged all the way to Baltimore but apart from that. Everything was good

Iberia abandoned its own passengers by delaying an earlier flight. About a dozen of us missed out international connecting flights and the plane was still on the tarmac in "delayed" status. Uneeded headache for Iberias own screw up. Booking through Kayak added extra layer of complexity when trying to make changes.

The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane.

Khuyết điểm: "Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom). Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

I had 1 hour between the flights and I asked the assistant at the passport control to help me to get through, she said that everyone needs to stay in the same line. I pushed myself through, which I never do, and run all the way to the gate, and hardly made my flight. It is very hard to get any information because most employees don't speak English. I will never fly with Iberia again. I would rather pay more and fly with another company. I was very upset about my flying experience."

Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

Finally, the temperature was freezing & the bathrooms were disgusting."

On time departure and arrival. Good Polaris One lounge at Newark, but the friendliness of the staff is not consistently good. Two out of the four business class meals were not available. Scotch not available. But, plane was clean and cabin crew were friendly. United is consistently forgetting that paper disembarkation forms are required when landing in Delhi. In fact, they tell you no paper is required so passengers get a rude shock when they are standing in the immigration line!

The plane had no entertainment. There was kids screaming from the 4 hour flight. All jet blue planes have entertainment. I don’t understand

I understand that low level employees can’t do much but at what cost does one get empathy?"

That way people would not have to get up from their seats after they have been sitting down to get back up to allow the people in the inner seat to get to their seats a pond boarding the plane after the people in the aisle seat are already sitting!"

Ưu: "An eighty-five mile an hour tailwind got us from Los Angeles to Denver twenty-five minutes early. At LAX, our departure gate was only three gates from the arrival gate of our connecting flight, so no long trek through LAX. Seats on our 737-900 were tight and didn't recline far but, hey, United is the Wal-Mart of modern air travel. What do you expect?!"

Ưu: "The food was better than I'd expected because it was a codeshared flight operated by United, so I'd got prepared for worse food )."
Khuyết điểm: "My personal entertainment system just kept shutting down by itself from time to time. A attendant kept talking some of the passengers on the plane, which was a bit noisy."
Ưu: "The attendants were absolutely wonderful and made our flight tolerable. Thank you again to the crew for working so hard and making our flight so much easier."
Khuyết điểm: "Lack of communication - after we had checked in at the airport (under 2 hours before our international flight time) we were notified that our flight was delayed by an hour and 45 minutes. After waiting about 4 hours everyone started lining up in their respective rows and that's when the terminal United employees decided to inform us all that all passengers need to get in line at the desk first in order to get their passports inspected and get an approval stamp before lining up. Could have easily been done in the hour and 45 minutes of delay time we had. It's now 11:30 am, 2 hours past the original flight time and 15 minutes past the original delayed time, and we were all still in our respective lines to board the plane. The delay was due to the catering cart that had not yet arrived. So we were all waiting for about 30 minutes in line just to board the plane. During this time United decided to promote their Entertainment onboard and alcohol available for purchase once we are airborn. Finally when we were on board and about to be airborn is when the first apology was heard from the crew. This could have been managed much more effectively and professionally."
Ưu: "Helpful staff - I was carrying a bag that didn't fit in the overhead bin because of the numerous other roller bags in the big. Flight attendant moved my bag and assured me they were not going to check it. Instead they put my bag in the overhead bin in First Class where there was more room. I felt that they cared and took care of my concern. Great movie/tv selection which helps on a long flight especially when I cannot sleep."
Khuyết điểm: "Landings were rough. We got there in one piece, but noticeably HARD touch downs."

Khuyết điểm: "United has squeezed its Economy class customers into seats that are tolerable only for the shortest. If I were an inch or so taller, I would have found the space intolerable. As it was, my knees were against the seat in front. For a flight as long as this one (over 5 hours from Anchorage to Denver), it was uncomfortable to say the least. The middle of the plane was nearly empty, because United charges $75 per seat for an upgrade. For the round-trip for two of us, that would have added $300 to our bill. The fact that so few are willing to pay the upgrade fee indicates that the increment is too large."
Khuyết điểm: "From Chicago to Frankfurt table on my place was broken and I have to hold food and drink on my lob ( knee ). it was not comfortable with food and drink. Otherwise every think also was good."
