AA did horrible with the checking in. I was late my flight even though I got there 2 hours before my flight. There were bunches of people waiting in the line to check in and only had 2 agents at that time. More than half people in line couldn’t fly that day because the flight always took off before we checked in
Delayed flight, missed all my connections. They re-routed me on a 20 hr series of flights, charged me $230 for one extra bag, because of all the steps in the new flight that THEY set up because of THEIR delay. Absolutely unhelpful/unempathic counter help. This was easily one of my worst trip experiences, and I fly a lot.
American's movie selection is not great and the user interface for selecting a movie is really not easy to use.
The plane had mechanical issues which caused the flight to be delayed over an hour, which would cause me to miss my connection. I was unable to take this flight so I had to wait 4 1/2 hours for the next available flight to Dallas. I will try to avoid connecting through Chicago or Charlotte since there are limited flights through those cities. American did change my flight for no charge.

That’s in lieu of a 3:50 PM flight TOMORROW!"

We got stuck on the terminal in MSP and missed our connecting flight. When we finally arrived the systems were down and could not get new flights or hotels. We were told we could not get hotels and had to argue for an hour. Even though it was a maintenance issue. I arrived a day late and had to take extra leave. The plane from LAX to Tokyo was horrific. I booked a window seat, was stuck in the very middle. There was no way to charge outlets devices. The screen did not work. And my new luggage was also damaged with even more items destroyed."

My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

Some type of notification about needing a passport that expires more than 6 months after your retrun date would be nice, either from the airline or from kayak, since you already send so many emails anyway. This would be super easy for you to do and save a lot of people a lot of hastle, since many do not know about this pretty counterintuitive restriction. Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

Khuyết điểm: "The 8 hour flight had no entertainment. There were screens but the movie system was not working. Furthermore, there was never an announcement over the intercom about it nor did the airline apologize in any sort of way. I had to ask the staff what was going on. But the airline/staff just swept it under the rug. I will avoid Iberia flights from now on."
Ưu: "The flight overall was very comfortable and the crew were very accommodating and attentive."
Khuyết điểm: "About halfway through the flight got diverted to drop off a critically ill passenger, so instead of it being an 11 hour flight, it was a 16.5 hour flight. Not anyone's fault, but still incredibly inconvenient."
Ưu: "747 has smaller cabins so even economy doesn't feel like cattle class."
Khuyết điểm: "Standard food choices poor, chicken ran out after 5 rows. Mushroom risotto unrecognizable. Worth paying for an upgraded meal. Drinks service woeful, only 1 or 2 at seat services on 9.5 hour flight."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight in was delayed so we missed our connection. They took our luggage, split our group up and refused to give us accommodation or even a tooth brush or blanket. We asked a united agent for help and she suggested we can call customers service once we get back to LA. Writing this review as we are still stuck in DC. I understand that low level employees can’t do much but at what cost does one get empathy?"

Khuyết điểm: "The long delay seemed strange, as the plane had arrived from Costa Rica. Why would an airline schedule the same plane for an international flight and then a short hop from Newark to DC without adequate time in between? The departure gate at Newark was absolute chaos! Announcements were overlapping and not understandable. There was inadequate seating."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding could be done by letting people with window seats being seated first, then the middle seats next and finally aisle seats last! That way people would not have to get up from their seats after they have been sitting down to get back up to allow the people in the inner seat to get to their seats a pond boarding the plane after the people in the aisle seat are already sitting!"

Ưu: "Cancelled the first flight I was on. Then the second flight out of SAN to SFO was delayed so we sat on the plane for an hour. Of course i was fine but the way United treated people who were going to miss their connections was nothing but rude. I've had it with them!"

Ưu: "Awesome Illy coffee and stroopwaffel cookie for my flight to Guatemala for my first medical mission trip on a snowy cold morning was a welcome snack. It was so much better than the snack mix or nut packs that you usually get."

Khuyết điểm: "We had to wait over two hoirs for them to het us a plane. They allowed United Staff members to dead head to Scranton amd bumped paying costomers. They flight attended stopped her speech to make a mother keep her infant quiet. The The agent at the gate continued to give false information on the delays."
Khuyết điểm: "No food, just some pretzel, no entertainment for free, no space fir the carry on, the flight attendants were absents,e flight was delayed, they were no organized embarking the plane. United everyday is getting worst. I am gonna try not to fly with them anymore."
Khuyết điểm: "The boarding process is ridiculously slow. Why not load from the back row first? Then you wouldn't have 150 people behind one slowpoke. You could cut the boarding process time by 90%."

Ưu: "An eighty-five mile an hour tailwind got us from Los Angeles to Denver twenty-five minutes early. At LAX, our departure gate was only three gates from the arrival gate of our connecting flight, so no long trek through LAX. Seats on our 737-900 were tight and didn't recline far but, hey, United is the Wal-Mart of modern air travel. What do you expect?!"

Ưu: "The attendants were absolutely wonderful and made our flight tolerable. Thank you again to the crew for working so hard and making our flight so much easier."
Khuyết điểm: "Lack of communication - after we had checked in at the airport (under 2 hours before our international flight time) we were notified that our flight was delayed by an hour and 45 minutes. After waiting about 4 hours everyone started lining up in their respective rows and that's when the terminal United employees decided to inform us all that all passengers need to get in line at the desk first in order to get their passports inspected and get an approval stamp before lining up. Could have easily been done in the hour and 45 minutes of delay time we had. It's now 11:30 am, 2 hours past the original flight time and 15 minutes past the original delayed time, and we were all still in our respective lines to board the plane. The delay was due to the catering cart that had not yet arrived. So we were all waiting for about 30 minutes in line just to board the plane. During this time United decided to promote their Entertainment onboard and alcohol available for purchase once we are airborn. Finally when we were on board and about to be airborn is when the first apology was heard from the crew. This could have been managed much more effectively and professionally."
Ưu: "Helpful staff - I was carrying a bag that didn't fit in the overhead bin because of the numerous other roller bags in the big. Flight attendant moved my bag and assured me they were not going to check it. Instead they put my bag in the overhead bin in First Class where there was more room. I felt that they cared and took care of my concern. Great movie/tv selection which helps on a long flight especially when I cannot sleep."

Khuyết điểm: "United has squeezed its Economy class customers into seats that are tolerable only for the shortest. If I were an inch or so taller, I would have found the space intolerable. As it was, my knees were against the seat in front. For a flight as long as this one (over 5 hours from Anchorage to Denver), it was uncomfortable to say the least. The middle of the plane was nearly empty, because United charges $75 per seat for an upgrade. For the round-trip for two of us, that would have added $300 to our bill. The fact that so few are willing to pay the upgrade fee indicates that the increment is too large."
Khuyết điểm: "From Chicago to Frankfurt table on my place was broken and I have to hold food and drink on my lob ( knee ). it was not comfortable with food and drink. Otherwise every think also was good."
