I was late to board the flight. The crew were very accommodating. Very caring.
Flight comfortable but the de-boarding upon arrival at Pearson was dreadful: Crew told us that we would be called up row by row to exit and then did not follow their own instructions to passengers. The result was a chaotic mess like an episode out of Black Summer.

Khuyết điểm: "I want to seriously complain about Air Canada and Kayak booking systems. I reserved the tickets to Shanghai but there were no place reminding me that I need Canadian VISA to connect flights between two Canadian cities. I am a Chinese citizen who is working at USA and not allowed to change flights in Canada based on the newest government rules. However, in both booking systems, there is no reminders. In my opinion, either Kayak or Air Canada can add a simple checkbox to let the potential guest choose his or her nationality status, then this kind of trouble can be mitigated. We talked and called Air Canada people but no buying. They kept saying this is our responsibility. We bought United Airline tickets at the last minutes and cost us about $2,400 because we cannot wait to get back China to prepare our wedding ceremony and US Visa interview. We are very very disappointed with Air Canada and will keep complaining about this issue. As a service supplier, how cannot you think on behalf of a customer? The air company definitely knows more about government rules than a customer. We did have mistakes of not researching government rules. However, the biggest mistake was we trusted Air Canada and Kayak who we thought had taken care of those kind of issues for us. Thanks."

Ưu: "These were all LH code shares with Air Canada. Checkin and boarding at CDG 2A is the best you can do there. Only a short walk from checkin thru immigration and security to the gate. Also Air Canada checked my bag to HNL. There were US immigration and customs, small scale and quick, in Vancouver but no requirement for baggage inspection unlike awful LAX. For future trips between HNL and Europe, I am flying Air Canada via Canada."

Khuyết điểm: "The long-haul transcontinental flights haven't been upgraded with wifi just yet, so a 12 hour business flight without internet. Also, it was hard to know how to upgrade my seat on the return flight; I would have paid for it but couldn't figure out how to upgrade when checking in."

Khuyết điểm: "My headphone jack didn't work so it was hard to use the entertainment system as I had to hold the headphones in the right position for the entire flight - not a huge deal of course just inconvenient. My flight was also delayed and I could not make my connection..I understand delays happen but I don't understand why there was such little time between my first flight and my connection...seems silly. Luckily I was put on the next flight which I am very appreciative of."

Khuyết điểm: "cost of luggage fees. You collect excessive fees for luggage and when you loose the luggage or it arrives on a later flight you should refund the fee. I was on a hunting trip and my firearm didn't come in on my flight necessitating my rebooking a later flight. You didn't mind collecting an extra $100 to handle the gun case but you didn't deliver on your end. I will never fly to Canada again on Air Canada."

Khuyết điểm: "flight cancelled due to "crew sick" 5 min after boarding. chaos at the gate. most disorganized ever. no communication. no concern for customer satisfaction or basic needs (sleep, food). the flight itself was standard. food was disgusting. only one option and nothing healthy. one flight attendant spoke to other customers in rude tone for most basic instructions."

Ưu: "Boarding was relatively painless. Flight was on time. What i didnt like was the crew. The flight from Toronto to Los Angeles was five hours. They had the fasten seat belts light on the entire trip because they said the turbulence was bad. I have been on alot of flights and let me tell you that the turbulence was not bad at all. After three hours prople decided enough was enough and started going to the restroom. The crew would get all bent out of shape and get on the PA yo please stay in your seats and not use the restrooms at this time. Really!! Well that didnt happen. The only thing they give you is one free drink. No penuts, cookies or pretzels. If you want food you have to pay for it. I sat by the window and my window was all greasy. I couldent really see out of it. I did use the rest room and it was pretty clean."

ALL overhead compartments were empty. Both flights - Quebec to Montreal and Montreal San Francisco were late. As the result, we have to spend 1.5 hours in the baggage claim area, because "there are no baggage agents in SFO available". THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON WE ONLY HAD CARRY-ONS! By far, one of the worst flight experience in the last 10 year."

Ưu: "I flew Air Canada from Copenhagen to Toronto in June of 2016. Air Canada personnel are friendly, polite, treat everyone as a welcomed guest. Of all the major airline carriers, Air Canada demonstrates consistent exceptional customer service and have set a standard other carriers should yake note and master."
Ưu: "Flight crew was friendly and helpful. Montreal is a very manageable airport. Staff there was also courteous and efficient. Food was very good for airline fare. Renting an IPad for $10 to watch movies in-flight was a reasonable option for distraction on a 9 hour flight. We were quite pleased with Air Canada and will not hesitate to book with them again."

Ưu: "I'm happy the flight did continue and I arrived late but not cancelled. I have had numerous bad experiences with AC in last couple years with cancellations, being bumped, flight changes - you name it. A mechanically sound plane is worth the wait"
Khuyết điểm: "Arriving to the airport thinking flight is 30 delayed only to have been dropped off and then find out I have a 2 hour delay. I live 3 minutes from the airport and then I have to sit in airport for 2 extra hours."
