Dubai airport: Endless taxiing from aircraft to terminals, endless shuttle rides between terminals. You feel like a rat scuttling through underground tunnels and dismal byways through a wateland of darkness to be spat out at ugly, uninviting entrances somewhere in the bowels of Dubai International. No signs, no knowledgeable personnel to explain anything to you. No attempt at making travelers feel comfortable, no attempt at making the surroundings look pleasant. Must be the culture. The flight itself has wonderful staff, but the airport makes me not want to fly Emirates again!"

I know this is the section for good comments, but I am very disappointed about the demeanor and the service provided this time."

To my surprise, none of them were met according to the commitment. The seats were not the ones that were asked for. I mentioned that there was a medical condition with the leg and my mom would have to get up and move during the flight, but still they allocated seats which are extremely inconvenient to both us and the fellow passengers. We expect better from Emirates!!! I hope they can improve this in the future!"

I was sick and needed hot water, even after calling for ur for more than 4 times , the crew constantly forgot about it. Food was alright. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

NEVER BOARDED THIS FLIGHT!

American Airlines is the worst. Every time I’ve flown with them, there’s constant delays or cancellations. This particular flight was delayed four times

Sold out flight. Attendants were busy and forgetful. Probably stressed like all of us.

never made this flight, Iberia abandoned us.

Food absolutely disgusting. Seats rigid and not comfortable. Aisle narrow so constantly getting bumped by everyone passing and I’m normal size person. Like flying Madrid to US direct.

Khuyết điểm: "Was actually RyanAir. Won't be flying them again. The checkin experience was a nightmare. Only had three very long lines. My line closed when I was almost to the front. When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv."

Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to."

We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Khuyết điểm: "A porter checked our bags at the gate without asking us whether we were traveling beyond London, so the bags were never transferred to the transatlantic flight nor did they arrive in SF. It wasn't necessary to check them because there was plenty of room in the overhead bins when we got on the flight. We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. They don’t give you so much as a glass of water for free and the luggage took 45 minutes to appear after landing. I certainly wouldn’t chose to fly them again if I had an alternative tho they are better than that horror Vueling whose seats were so close together that I was unable to sit with my legs straight because the leg room was so little."

Khuyết điểm: "About halfway through the flight got diverted to drop off a critically ill passenger, so instead of it being an 11 hour flight, it was a 16.5 hour flight. Not anyone's fault, but still incredibly inconvenient."
