But they tell you, you have to make it there on your own. Another CRAZY information is that I thought at the very least the baggage will be transferred. But nope! You have to pick up the baggage and ride the train across town to the other station. Whoever made this itinerary should be really fired and no longer work at this company. Ưu: "My 96-yr-old father was given an airport wheelchair after we checked his own transport chair. He was wheeled through security and to the departure gate. We were advised they changed us to a bulkhead row w/an unoccupied seat adjacent to his. Twice during the flight one of the flight attendants came to tell him that she would help him off the plane so to wait for her after the rest of the passengers disembarked. The meal was very tasty.Chicken karaage was not crispy but I wouldn't expect it to be. The rest of the items were well seasoned with the right consistency. Dessert was a flan custard with passion fruit sauce (very Hawaii!), even including a few seeds from the fruit as garnish."

People queue up, then they swivel the pole round so I'm in the wrong queue now. Try to move, lose place in queue, they swivel it back the way it was... Good airline but boarding especially for domestic is disorganised with poor signage etc."

We took off late (which, personally, at this point, I had just been on a 14 hour flight plus the 2 hours layover) - a delay just added to the exhaustion. Also, the plane was very old and very hot...even though it was only a one hour flight, it was very uncomfortable and outdated."

I arrived at the check in counter with 52 minutes to spare and they told me I could not board. The plane wasnt even boarding passengers yet. I even went as far as to say that I would leave my luggage as I had to get on the flight. They did not allow this either. They said that I would need to get on another flight. To add insult to injury they did not credit me with ANY of what I had purchased for my previous flight since I ordered through Kayak. I am 100% dissatisfied with ANA and I am asking kayak to rectify what they have done. I have already emailed ANA upper management and will be taking this to social media, the news, and any other outlet I can find. I had to pay for a hotel, miss 2 days of work and pay for a 700 dollar "premium" seat ticket since that was all they claimed they had. I find that last part funny, since I saw about 12 empty seats on my flight. I am hoping to hear from kayak so they can explain why they do business with a company that clearly does not care about it's customers."

After 5 mins, I pushed the service button and nobody responded. After half hour, I ordered the food from another crew passed by. After I landed, they suppose to return my stroller set at the airplane gate. But they said it is not there, ask us to wait at the airport gate. We walked outside and they broadcasted again, I didn't hear very clearly but followed most parents to walk out. We wait at the baggage claim for almost 1 hour and finally, the baggage crew came back to the gate and found our stroller."

My overall experience with this airline was horrible! I won’t say I’d never use them again because you never say never BUT they will be my last resort!"

Also the flt was delayed as we waited almost an hour for people trying to connect which made me more upset since I was rebooked on that later flt because although my previous flt was there half hour before departure, we didn't have a gate to use which caused me to be 15 mins late for my original flt. Did they wait for me?! NO! I was rebooked. It's unfair that they stole an hour of life from every other passenger to accommodate a few. Back to the guy who puked, an hour after that he started shaking and grabbing his head and asking me why am I hurting his heart. Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. It was three separate incidents from this one passenger and not one flt attendant noticed? Yeah it was bad piled on worse stacked on top of never United ever again."

Ưu: "Delayed 3hrs due to awaiting the aircraft. Was given the option to change flights with no more flights to HNL tonight"

Ưu: "We flew in comfort the entire trip! Plenty to drink and eat. Too much actually. The business class cabin was clean, seats ample and comfortable. It definitely made the 6-7 hours of flying more bearable."
