Also, boarding passes had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"

Everything is excellent eventhough our flight was cancelled. They provide us accomodation in the hotel and food. I understand why the flight was cancelled and I’m glad they did cause it’s for our own safety.

I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."

Khuyết điểm: "They only had this tasteless shrimp slop leftover by the time they got to me for dinner. I didn't eat it and asked for a snack after and was refused. Other than being hungry it was great. The next meal was fine also."
Khuyết điểm: "Flight delay was not announce until boarding time. Such chaos!! at 1:00 AM. Rescheduled the next 24hrs. I was lucky to live within one hour of the airport. Next day, after boarded the plane, had to sit inside plane for 2 1/2 hours until the plane takes off. It was not a good experienced, even though they gave us a voucher for 75.$"
Khuyết điểm: "The check in crew were not very helpful. I was asking for help but he didn’t even suggested a solution. Instead he kept ok saying he can’t do anything which is really disappointing. He is in a customer service area, he should be more accommodating."

Ưu: "Being upgraded to premium economy was one of the best surprises ever in my life. Wide Seat and leg space, great food selection, baggages not misplaced, up to date email notification of flight status very much appreciated!!!"
Khuyết điểm: "Upon arrival in Hong Kong, Cathay representatives automatically re-booked my connecting flight to Taipei assuming I would miss the connection. This was not the case. I was able to get to the connecting gate on time. Cathay representatives in Hong Kong were rude and unhelpful in re-issuing my boarding pass for my originally scheduled flight to Taipei."

Khuyết điểm: "The child sitting behind me keeps kicking my seat and never stops making all kinds of noise, that really sucks! One attendant (I believe she is from Hong Kong because she once emphasized that she does not understand Mandarin and she only speaks Cantonese and English) she had different faces and attitudes towards foreigners, people who are Hong Kong citizens and people who are from the Mainland China, which made me and my friends really uncomfortable..."

Ưu: "We were told by terminal staff in Istanbul that the fkught was on Turkish Airlines.We waited in line at the first ticket counter and then we were sent to a second ticket counter where we waited in line again. We were sent to a 3rd counter where the Supervisor was chatting with a lady for 20 minutes. When we reached the counter we were told it was too late to board and we had missed our flight even though there were still 35 minutes to flight time. Turkish Airlines staff would not help us any further and we had to go purchase another ticket."

Khuyết điểm: "People were made to wait outside in the cold airport bus for half an hour. The ground crew gave no explanation for the delay. After heavy protests, they let the waiting passengers back into the terminal. Supposedly the pilot was sick, but there was no communication at all from the airline about the cause of the delay or how long it would last."

Khuyết điểm: "Didn't happen. My first leg to Athens was canceled which created a humongous headache since it ended up canceling my return flights. Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Khuyết điểm: "Flight to Istanbul was fine. The flight back was a terrible experience! During our connecting flight in Athens our boarding passes wouldn't print at the self service computers and there was no one to help us so we had to go back out to the front desk. The airline representative was extremely rude. There was 5 employees standing around the computer with NO customers and when we asked if this was Turkish Airlines and if they could help, the woman (manager) responded "this WAS Turkish Airlines" as if they were done helping customers for the day (it was 9AM and our flight was leaving in 45 min). We explained that we couldn't print our passes and she ROLLED her eyes as if it was an inconvenience to help us. THEN on our flight from Istanbul to Chicago, a passenger died an hour into the flight and they placed the body on the seats behind us for over 10 hours! Nobody even told us what happened! We didn't know if they died from natural causes or if it was something else! They didn't offer to seat us somewhere else or even inform us they were placing the body there. We were completely shocked and uncomfortable the whole flight home. We couldn't eat or sleep. We're completely disgusted and scarred from this overall experience."

Khuyết điểm: "No vents at seats on Airbus 300, AC was set at high temp so I was frequently way to warm to be comfortable. This is on both our main flight to Istanbul and our short transfer to Athens. Drink service did not start until 2 1/2 hours into flight. You get what you pay for I suppose. Still 10.5 on a hot plane!!! I usually need a jacket. Food was ...awful."

Khuyết điểm: "The first delay during my trip was due to an emergency but my layover was delayed again. I'm not sure if this is an outlier event or if this is a pattern."
Ưu: "Having every single person I spoke with pass me on to another party. Apparently customer complaints is really no one's job. They're extremely motivated to have you find someone else to correct your problem. Rest assured it is "your problem" I was told quite explicitly that my missed connection flight and lost luggage was not their problem."
Khuyết điểm: "They lost my luggage. Couldn't even tell me when my bag was checked despite the scan tag they attached to my boarding pass when they weighed it and checked it in back in New York. They legitimately had no idea if my bag ever left the United States. It took 3 days to locate my baggage while I was trying to celebrate my anniversary with my wife in Athens. being without your luggage for half a week in a foreign country is not even remotely fun. I had to wait around missing tours and reservations trying to find our luggage most of our first 48 hours in Greece. After giving up on getting our stuff we had to waste a chunk of time shopping to replace our clothing and toiletries. Despite having purchased the travel insurance I'm still fighting a month after our trip ended to be reimbursed for the clothes we had to buy just to begin our vacation. Again they continue to stonewall by transferring our complaint calls endlessly and forwarding our emails with "new" case numbers each time. Basically what this accomplishes is they can't ever find the case number they updated it to and insist that the prior case number is listed as resolved. Since they say it's resolved there is nothing anyone can do to help. Not sure if I'll ever get any satisfaction out of this debacle."

Khuyết điểm: "We ordered regular vegetarian food without any meat, fish or poultry. We had reserved it at least 2 weeks in advance. Again reminded them at the time of ticketing. Agent went to some one, there was some nodding of heads and we were told to tell crew member in advance. We did it in a written request to head crew. When time came other crew member served us completely ignorant of our request. We were served flash of some animal. We did not want to make a scene but people around were were also bothered. We came out hungry at the other end"

Khuyết điểm: "In contrast to my trip from SFO, this was a delight. They use Airbus A330s, which are huge and very comfortable. The food was pretty good and the service quite warm. The boarding was again late --it is becoming a theme with this airline and of course, we were late taking off and arriving,"

Khuyết điểm: "Staff was incredibly rude. There was no last call made for the bathrooms, I'm 6 1/2 months pregnant, before they announce our descent I get up to pee. I get yelled at. I sit down, 10 minutes later the guy comes up to me and asks me if I really need to go. I said of course. He opened the bathroom for me and as soon as I sit to pee a girl is knocking bloody murder telling me they're going to land the plane and I'm taking to long. I had been in there all of 30 seconds. I finished quickly and returned to my seat. We didn't land for another 30 minutes. Worst service EVER!"
