Airline didn't help with finding a hotel for stranded passengers."

We did not receive any compensation, but Singapore/Silk Airlines told us they were able to get us a flight home to LAX instead, but that it wouldn't be until the next day. We spent money on a hotel and food and waited until the next morning, got to the airport early for check in only to find that Singapore/Silk had in fact, given up our seats that they had promised us. They said that we now would have to wait another day just to get a flight from Singapore to LAX. We asked to speak with a manager, and eventually were able to get two seats due to cancellations. This was intended to be a very special and romantic trip that was essentially ruined. Since no one could have anticipated that the volcano would cause cancellation, we should be refunded for our flights. We are so crushed that we did not get to go to Bali, and now we may NEVER get to go because we are out of money. At the VERY least, the leg of our flights from Singapore to Bali, and Bali to Singapore, should be refunded. We are extremely disappointed."

Ưu: "Excellent seat and pillow cushion... The krisworld in-flight entertainment was extremely easy to use while still having a wide selection of films. The touchscreen was also very simple and did t require a great deal of force to press a button...the steamed towel given before take off was extremely relaxing and set a high standard of expectations during this flight. Almost all of the those expectations were met. The toilets were extremely clean and the service of toothbrushes was the icing on the cake. For my meal I ordered Indian fish curry which could have been a little more spicy (I am Indian so I eat foods with many spices)."

We had a very short connecting time (1 hour) at Doha. They put a ground staff to receive all the ten passengers who needed to make that connection."

I’m a lean guy and even I wasn’t full! The quality of the food in the second service was awful. My rice wasn’t cooked all the way & the bread was clearly stale."

Also I liked the plane but I wish there were some foot steps and more comfortable head support on the seats. I didn't like also strange option for Golden members in economy seats to be able to "order" food before regular people. There were only 3 options and everyone had the same choice. So basically all that crew does is just asking which course gold members want an hour before serving. It seemed silly with no actual benefit."

I contacted Web jet hoping that I would be rescheduled after I renewed my passport but unfortunately they would not allow me to rebook or to be reimbursed. I was traveling with my young son so I ended up loosing over $2,000, and now I have to start looking for other tickets which are extremely expensive at this time. I have waited all year for visiting my family and now I can't anymore . It's a nightmare!!!"

We came in a large plane and had to deplane very far from the terminal onto buses, down a long set of stairs. They did not send enough buses so we waited on the hot outside stairs for about 15 minutes. It took us a full 45+ minutes from landing to get to the actual terminal. We were grateful we had a long layover or we would not have made our connecting flight!"

Ưu: "The plane was wonderful. Even in Economy, the seats were very comfortable with lots of room, both leg and seat. It felt like I was in Business Class of any other airline I've been on."
Khuyết điểm: "My flight had a luggage limit of 30kg, which sounds good, until you find you pay per kilo, not per piece when you're over."

On my first flight I wasn't even asked if I would like to drink something even though not sleeping and waiting to be asked (I think my complete line was forgotten), there was no smile and kindness, when entering the plane 2 people in front of me did not need to show their tickets so I put mine away - of course I had to show mine a 4th time then and look for it. So annoying. They all look pretty but could definitely be more service orientated."

Ưu: "A selection of recent find on the in flight entertainment, relatively comfortable seats, and generally good care whilst in board."
Khuyết điểm: "I don't understand why cheese and crackers or orange juice are removed from the lacto-ovo vegetarian meals. Sometimes it seemed i was getting half a meal compared to my mom-vegetarian girlfriend's meals."

Ưu: "Seats are way better than other airlines and the entertainment systems is way better. Finally, someone decided it would be a good idea to provide power outlets in a plane. Why was that so hard?"

Ưu: "I chose to upgrade with a great offer made on the internet when I checked in online. The crew were superb. The cabin is the best there is for business class."

Khuyết điểm: "Sitting for 16 hours. Airlines should provide some seating option where you can stretch your legs in a horizontal position"

Ưu: "I. Had bulk head seat 45g, the seat was stuck and could not recline ,the tv was stuck too so could not watch anything was boating and it was not comfortable at all"

Khuyết điểm: "The food was not good but for a short flight, I was ok with waiting until I landed in Kathmandu to eat."

Khuyết điểm: "Not happy with Etihad Checkin counter desk at Ho Chi Minh Airport. The person at the baggage drop off desk wasn't helphul at all. Being ignored for 30 minutes. I believe that this person needs to be trained in order to know who needs to be helped first as he worked at that particular counter for people who already Checkin online."

Ưu: "The flight was very quiet so I was able to lie down and get a good rest - I know this isn’t possible on every flight but it made the long flight a lot more comfortable. All of the crew members were very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and tasty (lamb curry I think it was) - best plane food that I’ve ever had. Good choice of new movies too."

Khuyết điểm: "Crew members did not care about anything, unorganized. actually tripped and fell into the aisle hit my shoulder on the arm rest of another passenger’s seat because of a crew members luggage was in the middle of the aisle and it was dark. Food was terrible. The in flight entertainment was lacking entertainment. Crew members told us we needed to hold our carry on’s, on our lap then to store it under the seat because other people have bigger bags. Even though I got to the seat first and was trying to get settled in. Crew members were eating and on their cellphones in the back the majority of the time. It was hard to get a cup of water. Flew from Chicago O’hare to Abu Dhabi."

Khuyết điểm: "We have cancelled the trip on some personal problems online on kiwi.com, called twice also but till date no action is taken. Neither we got refund nor tickets got cancelled, eventhough we have cancelled tickets 3 days prior to start of our trip"

Ưu: "Nice meals, good entertaintment, comfort sleep"

Ưu: "Having two seated aisle was fantastic for me and my partner because it meant we didn't feel like we were disturbing anyone if we wanted to get up and go to the bathroom and have a stretch. The chairs and leg room was okay, much better than our previous flight. You are fed lots of food so you never go hungry and the entertainment was good. Having USB ports to charge your phone or other devices is fantastic."

Khuyết điểm: "The worst airline experience overall. AVML food was requested but I have never had worst food than on this flight (ever in my life). The crew to abu Dhabi was Ok but I had the worst experience ever on the flight to Ahmedabad. I actually got yelled at by an air hostess because I accomodated an elderly couple to sit togather and I sat on next seat over. Not a common sense airline. The Abu Dhabi airport was hot as hell. Yes, inside the airport terminal was super hot, close to 90 degrees.... Emirates is far superior Airline than this."

Khuyết điểm: "Customer service in Abu Dhabi was terrible. The flight itself was average at best. It was nothing like I expected. I will not fly Etihad again."

Khuyết điểm: "The information desk had a terrible attitude towards me - the customer, and when I tried to explain to them how disrespectful they were being they continued to disrespect me once again. Also, the worker at the counter was lazy and wouldn't do his required job. Also, the new update towards the tv makes it harder for me to pause the movie I am watching or to finish the movie altogether."

Khuyết điểm: "This flight had the potential to be good as the entertainment and food options were good, but I felt cramped and the volume of the surrounding passengers was awful. There were three crying babies, which I know neither the airline nor the families themselves can control, as well as one child with special needs who was making a lot of noise the whole flight. I wasn't able to sleep at all for that reason. Additionally, I was disappointed that the flight was late and that the deplaning process was so long – we taxied for a long time and there was only one staircase, so we were very late."

Khuyết điểm: "Overall the flight was okay. What was disappointing was that our luggage didn't reach Prague at the same time. I have a meeting tomorrow and really wanted to take a bath upon arriving at the hotel. The problem is, all my clothes were in my luggage. Add to the fact that I have an early meeting tomorrow and I don't know what time my luggage will arrive."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew attendant who checked me at Delhi airport informed that the flight to Abu Dbabi to Istanbul was a full flight and therefore the only option was to have a seat in the middle. However, near the end of my flight I went to the bathroom and noticed there were MANY open seats with more than a handful of people that had a whole row to themselves. I wonder where she got her information because what she shared with me was totally false and I am totally appaled. Also, very, very long lines to check in taking more than one hour to get boarding tickets. It is freezing on both planes."

Ưu: "Great staff, very responsive. I was upgraded - i feel that Etihad Gold members are really respected making it well worthwhile showing loyalty to the airline"

Ưu: "I didn't like baggage handling. Took too long (over 1 hour 15 mins) to get bags onto conveyor belt."

Ưu: "Good value for money. Everything was fine."

Ưu: "Everything was lovely."

Ưu: "we like the services....coming from LA to ABU DHABI time between flight was only 50 minutes but security check was really fast....overall We liked ETIHAD very much...a hassle free experince"

Khuyết điểm: "We did not get our bags (total of 6 bags) - It was extremely difficult with an infant and a toddler to manage without clothes and meds. Staff was extremely arrogant during the flight, not helpful at all. Boarding process was a huge disaster - no planning, no zone boarding and unnesessary panic. Lastly food, worst frozen food. The portions were too small and very limited service. We won't use ETIHAD again."

Khuyết điểm: "I got violently ill after getting off the flight. The only food I had in the last 24 hours had been from Etihad. I threw up for two days straight."

Khuyết điểm: "They took close to one hour to check us in and give us boarding pass. Once it was delayed, with no time to get things in time for security and boarding we had to rush with two kids. Although there was one checked bag allowed for infant according to the reservations they charged us 100$ for additional bag. Despite them delaying the Check in process they said if I don't pay for the checked bag I will miss my flight. This is becoming more and more of a problem with American Airlines and looks like Etihad cares less for this and they simply told me in Chicago that it was American Airlines issue and not theirs! This is totally frustrating and I will avoid American Airlines connections And future flights with Etihad as well. International travelers watch out for connections with American Airlines."
