The staff were very friendly. Love the legroom space even in economy. Staff were friendly and onboard entertainment has a lot of good choices!

All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

The soups and meat appetizers were outstanding, I've always preferred a 3 hour layover in Europe when India bound and I found the Turkish Lounge in Istanbul surpassed any expectation I had. It had a mini-movie theatre, a shower and sauna, a whiskey bar, bright coffee and the choiciest Turkish sweets. The library of rare books of Turkish art and construction was a treat. The flight itself was comfortable - nice bed - and uneventful."

I flew Tourist priority, it was great. The Indian vegetarian food was delicious.

You can call out a passenger for all you want and still miss passing out the message."

The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

Ưu: "Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good."

Khuyết điểm: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Khuyết điểm: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."
