Food for Dinner was repeated in the next lunch too.

serving food w.ith heavy air tubulance is not advisable especially with hot drinks. Late serving may irritate some passengers but food can wait and safety of the crew is more important..

Flight attendants perfect as always. Business class checked bag took 45 minutes to arrive.

Both flights SIN<-->MAN had very cold cabins. Why does it have to be very cold?

Ưu: "It's not the cheapest way to fly but it's a great way to cross the Atlantic. Seats are big enough for 2, really. Lay flat beds make the night crossing east tolerable. You really can get several hours sleep. The cabin crew is outstanding, patient, and extremely responsive to requests. Two meals served were excellent. Entertainment choices were complete. After a number of flights in Economy on other airlines I'm spoiled by Singapore Airlines and also by Business Class. And their fares seemed much less than others for the JFK to FRA route. Had no idea this level of luxury existed on an airplane."

Ưu: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

No new movies unlike on the way there :( dont really like being woken up for meals though, would be nice if they left a note to get a meal from them once ive gotten up. Coz i was trying to sleep so i dont get jetlagged back in sg. Which i did unfortunately :( not jetlag when i arrived in rome though :)"

Seats are comfortable

The air hostess was really kind and friendly. Seats seem to have gotten smaller, it felt almost like a domestic flight seat, not as much leg room as I remember. Maybe it was just an older plane

When I suggest to a staff member that perhaps they should keep customers informed, they said they couldn’t because they didn’t know. They helpfully suggested I google for information! Seriously!"

Khuyết điểm: "I was booked on flight QF 74 from San Francisco, connecting in Sydney (3 hour connection) to Queenstown, New Zealand. When I went to check in I was told that I needed a transit visa for Australia because of my Indian Passport. When I booked the flight back in September, it was not a requirement to have a transit Visa. I was told by the Qantas supervisor that this was a new requirement as of October for Indian and Chinese passport holders even with brief connections. 9 people were in a similar situation the day before and denied boarding. I understand that things change, but I am very disappointed in the service provided to me. Of course, they could not help me get an evisa for Australia, but they were not even willing to help me search for it rebook a Qantas flight connecting in a different city/country. They did not even connect me with online reservations directly to quickly do something to be able to continue on my journey. They only gave me a phone number to call and sent me away. I tried the number and was on hold for almost an hour. Luckily, my friends were on a different flight on Air New Zealand that had seats leaving in 2 hours, and I almost missed that waiting to talk to someone from Qantas. I booked a ticket with Air New Zealand (by talking to their checkin agent, who was able to connect me directly with a reservations agent via a direct line, which was something I was hoping Qantas would help me with at a bare minimum) and I was able to purchase a ticket for that Air NZ flight and continue on. I’m VERY disappointed in the way that I was treated and not provided with assistance in a timely manner. I would have almost missed that flight and have to miss out on pre-arranged travel plans losing out on an additional $2000 in tour / accommodation bookings."

Khuyết điểm: "ruin my seat arrangement for no reason! We were traveling as a family of 7 (2 grandparents from each side, my husband, my 4 year son and myself). We paid $30 per person per seat so that we could sit together and watch out for each other because some of the grandparents are in their 80's. However, when we checked in, we found out all our seats were re-arranged and in the worst possible way! Our 4 year old child was assigned in middle seat no where near my husband or myself. In addition, the family was divided in half, separated by the service station. I had switched seat so I can sit with my son but my husband had to sit at the other side of the service station to take care of the other half of the family because they do not speak English. I was left to attend to my 4 year old son by myself, which was hard to do. what bothers me the most is that there seem to be no obvious reason for them to re-arranged seats in such a devastating manner - it was not a full flight at all. I saw quite a few empty seats in the back. We spoke to the woman who was the head of the stewardess about the problem upon boarding, she said she would try to see what she could do, but she never got back to us at all. The seats were horrible seats for a few reason. First, there were a lot of traffic and noise from crew and other passengers because they were next to the Service station. Second, we were always the last one to receive food service because of the location. This is a problem when you have 4 year old and 80 years old who were diabetics."

Was frustrated with the poor response of Sydney airport go manage an obvious failure of their baggage handling system. No fallback procedure was activated(manual for eg) to actually progress baggsge hangling even for those with connections to make. Disappointed and embarrassed by the defensive attitudes of staff who were given no Support by mgt of either airport or airline."

Khuyết điểm: "I’m not sure whose fault it was but we arrived late in Brisbane which caused multiple flyers and myself to miss our flight to Perth. There was no one at the Brisbane airport that attempted to help us solve this problem. No one ushered us through long lines or anything and just told use that, ‘oh well, you’re just going to miss your flight.’ Highly disappointed and in similar circumstances at other airports and with different airlines, I have had much better experiences."
Khuyết điểm: "American Airlines cancelled a flight because of ‘weather’ from Msy to dfw, all other flights from Msy to Dallas operated on time but were sold out. We were re booked flying through San Francisco, missing out on flying on qantas, which is what I had paid for since they are a premium airline. We were booked on virgin America and then United for the international flight. United charged us each for 2 bags totalling $150 each, despite we booked a ticket with qantas which allows 2 bags each. Virgin America honoured our 2 bags, but united refused to. United also has service and aircraft which do not match the levels of qantas which I has specifically sought out. I could not eat some of the food because of the poor quality, and this is something I’ve never done before on an international flight. Additionally their were a lack of amenities on both flights, and no food vouchers despite our travel delay of over 5 hours. This whole ordeal has cost me money, worktime, and created a lot of stress to where I have had to cancel meeting on my arrival in Sydney."

Meanwhile as we boarded nearly every passenger had an overhead bag that most certainly weighed more than 15lbs. Not sure what was going on there...also the seats are a little tight when reclined. Once the seat in front of me reclined back I had my knees in the back of the chair the entire flight and I am not a particularly tall person- made for a pretty uncomfortable 15hrs."

Ưu: "the flight left on time which is always a boon, and the crew were efficient, altho i got the sense that they had done it all many times before, and they were only going thru the motions. the flight was incredibly full, so little room to move around, and leg room is a definite challenge! the bathrooms were good, they didn't smell like most airlines do! Food was generous in portion size, and there were yummy snacks also."

I saw one of the old, battle ax stewardesses actually physically shove an elderly Chinese woman who was wandering the aisle before leaving the gate. I mean, the woman should have been in her seat, but that was no reason to body-check her like Wayne Gretzky (or Ron Barassi, take your pick)! Totally unprofessional."

No entertainment at all and any food or drinks had to be ordered and paid for...crew was ok as they looked more worried about Covid rules and restrictions instead of the well being of myself as a passenger...

Khuyết điểm: "I had to claim my bag between Jetstar flights and then go through security again to my second leg....I flew from Hobart to Auckland today. So at Melbourne I spent several hours in the process Of going to claim my bag, going through security again and rechecking it. Horror...terrible experience. I will never fly Jetstar again....they do not transfer bags between the flights on their own airlines which I booked under the same ticket."

Khuyết điểm: "I paid $75 for checked baggage when I checked in on line. I had to guess the weight of our bags. When we got to the airport to drop our bags we were over what we had guestimated (who travels with a scale?). We had to pay another $75 because once the airport kiosk opens you can’t do an online purchase. On the previous flight we overpaid weight but they wouldn’t give us a refund . They are thieves. Most airlines charge per bag. This is the first time we have paid by weight. I certainly won’t travel Jetstar again! And they don’t even have free water on board."
Khuyết điểm: "Checking in was a pain, when there were too many people, the staff didn’t really make any effort to speed up the process, they didn’t care much to prioritise whoever came first, just mixing up those who have problems with their luggage with everyone else."

Khuyết điểm: "Crying kids on flights drive me nuts. Not much can be done about it though. Also it is really mean of Jetstar to charge for inflight entertainment. I can understand charging food food and beverage, if they have lab our and procurement costs but running an entertainment screen costs them nothing. It is outright opportunism. Also while I'm on the topic, my continuing winger is luggage charge calculation. Why do I at 72kg with 10kg of luggage have to pay extra when a 150kg person doesn't. Air travel cost is directly proportional to payload. This has to change."

Khuyết điểm: "When I booked the flight, I saw no information on the luggage policy, so my partner and I were charged $100 at the airport for two bags. In order to avoid the problem on the way back to Sydney, we prepaid the luggage for the return trip. When we got to the airport for the return, we were told that our luggage was overweight - this even though it was weighed on the way out and we left many things to a family member in Hobart and didn't add anything to bring back. The result was that in order to avoid additional luggage charges, we had to remove a couple of pairs of shoes and carry them in our carry-on's - a computer bag and pocketbook. The attendant was both adamant and discourteous when we tried to explain that we had paid ahead of time in good faith and had lightened our luggage in Sydney. I traveled the world for many years for business and this was among my top-ten worst experiences with any airline - I will never fly Jetstar again!"
Khuyết điểm: "We showed up to the gate for the flight from Sydney to Tasmania, and found out that because our backpacks were over 7 kilograms, we'd have to pay $50 AUD on the spot to check them. We weren't the only ones who had no idea that was coming, and several people were dismayed to find out that had we checked them in online prior to arriving at the airport, it would've been about half that price. My backpack was barely 12 kilograms, and has never required checking on ANY flight prior to that, including small jumper flights. The person working at the gate was really short with everyone who was confused about the charge. On the return flight, in anticipation of having to check my bag again, I checked it in online ahead of time and paid the $27 AUD, only to arrive at the airport and find that they weren't weighing anyone's bags, so it was probably unnecessary. Not happy. They don't offer any complimentary drinks, even water, on the flights. It's like the Australian version of Spirit Airlines: a rip off."
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was 4 hours delayed. The seat was small and I am 5. Ft 2 inches (about 103 pounds.) Not sure how anyone can fit into the seat. There was no leg room for me. First and last timeflying with jet star."
Khuyết điểm: "Our flight was delayed as we were all standing in line for a bit. They finally gave us word that there was something wrong with the plane. I will give them Kudos however for finding us another plane and we finally made it 2 hours later.."

Ưu: "Boarding was reasonable except that passengers were allowed to take too much carry on luggage which caused delays on boarding. Why not enforce the guideline. Food was terrible, a stale sandwich, however the voucher compensated somewhat. Service was good, the lady pills was very informative."

Khuyết điểm: "My husband had a heart attack (two weeks before the flight) and was not allowed to fly until he was cleared by his cardiologist. We had to cancel our planned trip. I was hoping to get some money refunded from this ticket for compassionate reasons. Unlike some other airlines, this did not happen."
