Singapore air ticket, first flight on Singapore, connection on Scoot. Could not get boarding pass for Scoot flight at checking though booking was the same ticket and Scoot flight had SQ flight number. Transfer desk near arrival gate would not issue Scoot boarding pass. Only in terminal 1. Transfer desk in D gates was closed. Had to go to the beginning of C terminal to get boarding pass. Between bad directions and distance I lost 35 minutes getting a boarding pass. Flight had started boarding when I finally was allowed in the gate. Bussed onto the tarmac, not ideal but manageable.
Kayak will not refund tickets for my traveler who’s passport had time issue. Never again kayak

I travel a lot, I usually fly Qantas and they are very good at providing seats closer to the front. I will be reluctant to fly Singapore Airlines again due to the fact that they were not accommodating at all."

The entire Turkish airlines team at IST is the biggest joke for a customer service team I have ever encountered in any line of business. I have never met a group of "professionals" that are so unprofessional, rude, void of empathy, and overall customer service knowledge than the turkish airlines team at IST. I will never conduct business with Turkish Airlines again and will ensure all my friends, family, and colleagues try their best to avoid them too."

Ground crew was short and rude. The concourse lack food and shopping, we did not get the seats we requested and to which we were assigned. The flight crew was pleasant and helpful. Although we are members of the star alliance.. the woman at the desk wouldn’t admit us into the lounge. We also pay for entry into the lounge. It was a very disappointing trip. I’ll probably look into another airline next time I travel,
The airport shuttle drive ran into a wall, causing a 20 min delay to a connect flight. He only spoke German and most if the travelers in the shuttle bus were non German speakers. The air hostesses were mostly brusk or downright rude.
The business class lounge was chaotic. Too many people. Not enough seats. In flight entertainment was limited. Not enough options and not many english versions
I know it’s covid time, but a small dry snack and a bottle of water would have been nice: ons doesn’t always have rime to buy food while transiting!.

Khuyết điểm: "It was one of the best flight of my life. Thr crew was absolutely super professional. Very clean aircraft, flight on time and excelent service. This flight proofed that everything is possible. Kidneys and smile were key factors"

Khuyết điểm: "Frankfurt Airport is awful! Finding how to go thru immigration and being sent to three different places. Trying to figure out how to get to baggage claim. And the. Sorting out trains into the city. Worse than Charles de Gaul and I thought that was the real rock bottom."

Ưu: "The service by the flight attendants was very good starting from the welcome to the end in spite of the fact that it was quite late night flight. Also by fortunate luck I had the chance to sleep as the next three seats to me were all empty in the middle block, which made the whole trip less exhaustive."
Khuyết điểm: "If the seats next to me weren't empty and I couldn't lay down across all of them it would have been a difficult flight as the economy seats are not even close with economy comfort levels of other international airlines like Turkish Airlines especially the seat pitch size. Entertainment choices could be improved by more recent movies. There were very few selection."

Ưu: "We had a very kind crew! We traveled with an infant and while boarding was a mess, the crew on board was kind and helpful and did all they could to make it a good experience."
Khuyết điểm: "Air Canada Rouge operated our flight rather than Lufthansa or other similar airline. This meant that there were no tvs on board, which means the nearly 9 hour flight got very long. Boarding and check-in were also disorganized and many people from lower zones boarded before zone 1 and those with children, m among we had to stand on the ramp for a very long time holding ort baby."

Ưu: "Food was very good, super nice crew. Good selection of movies. Boarding was great, we are seniors, we didn't ask for assistance beforehand, but the person at the gate called us over and had us board early. Much appreciated!"
Khuyết điểm: "Seats were just too cramped. We chose seats and paid extra to do that, but the seating charts really didn't give a very good idea of what to expect or how to choose. Announcements were to difficult to understand. Also in the gate area, I couldn't understand names at all. Need to slow down and speak more clearly."
Khuyết điểm: "So you book in advance, used the tarif that allows you to book your seats (row 9), check in and.... When you board you get new tickets with seat row 36 and family not together. Lufthansa has done this twice to us. My kids 8,10, 12 year old girls are well behaved and used to flying, so don't disturb anyone."

Had to tortow away stuff because a couple pound over British allows up to 50 pounds on a carry on Asked to switch seats and hot terrible service Tried to get boarding pass 24 prior could not They lost my luggage got it 3 days later And other things that I was not happy about"

Khuyết điểm: "Almost missed flight from heathrow to Newark. Previous flight was delayed. No airline personnel at arrival gate in heathrow. Finally had to run from the after the multiple security and passport checks, for about 15 minutes and we were the last to board, before they took off. Huge risk of missing the flight altogether."

Khuyết điểm: "Very slow boarding process. A lot of the boarding crew just standing around waiting instead of moving the passengers thru to board. A half hour delay ensured due to the slow boarding process. Seemed to have no clue how to board efficiently. Seats a little cramped in economy. Passenger who was disabled - could not stand on his own - was seated in an aisle seat and passengers had to climb over him to get in and out the entire flight. Should have been seated in a different seat since he never stood up."
Khuyết điểm: "Overall it was great experience. Although it was not Lufthansas fault, I just wanted to request Lufthansa to request/require Ashgabat airport to treat the luggages kindly because Ashgabat airport scratched and threw my luggages."
Khuyết điểm: "My son Adam is in Mekele Ethiopia having flown most of his journey with Lufthansa. For two days now, his luggage with his nebulizer and asthma medications has gone missing and not ONE person at Lufthansa is willing to help on their end. Since his last leg was with Ethiopian Airlines, Lufthansa is unwilling to help in any fashion or form in helping to track the luggage that flew with them over two flights. They DENY they have any responsibility to help because it's not their "policy." They wouldn't even look into their computers to see where the luggage was last seen. I am so angry that "policy" is more important to Lufthansa than actual human caring about their passengers."

Ưu: "Don't expect to be ontime, or have announcements when there is a gate change. Airport employees are more annoyed that you are visiting then what you would expect. Air doesn't run on the plane until your 10k up. HOWEVER, we got there safely and my bag showed up so all in all its fine."

Ưu: "The guy who sat beside me was flying with a baby. The flight attendants were attentive to the needs of the baby, especially safety-wise."
Khuyết điểm: "Boarding is very unorganized, and takes so much time. They could probably improve by assigning certain rows to use the front/rear door of the aircraft. For example: rows 1-15 use the front door, and 16-30 use the rear door. That way there’re not too much congestion and waiting on the aisle."

Ưu: "Unexpected charge of $450 to transfer planes in Vietnam. Worst purchase ever."

Khuyết điểm: "Crew at check-in counter was not friendly or helpful. Even though our pregnancy was documented a week earlier by Vietnam Airlines, she made us go through the same process, though we showed her we had the same form already in our possession."
Ưu: "The leg room is one of the best in economy class. At six feet tall, I was able to stretch my legs and not have my knees against the seat in front of us. The personal entertainment console worked perfectly with clear picture and sound, though the free headphones were uncomfortable. Boarding crew allowed us to cut in line since we had a 2 year old. Very appreciative for that, and appreciative for their sternness with those customers who were trying to slip in in front of us."
Khuyết điểm: "Crew on board came across as a little unfriendly, though professional seriousness might have been mistaken as annoyance. The food was passable, but definitely not quality. Sufficient amount of beverage was served."

Khuyết điểm: "Ticketing desk chaotic with apathetic staff; no sense of first-come-first-serve; you have to be firm about people cutting in front of you and be sharp when they open or close the stations. On the plane, crew performs responsibility checklist, not a smidgeon more; no sense of hospitality or gratiousness; cattle car mentality. Blanket received not in a wrapper and smelled of another person. Plane from Singapore late. Bus transit instead of jetway. Bus late; long time standing on plane waiting to exit."

Ưu: "Overall my experience was good. Pros: seat are comfortable. The jet seemed more spacious than ANA airlines. Cons: workers know little English compared to ANA from checking in to the flight attendants. I think this was the most disappointing because the language barrier was frustrating when needing help going the right direction and having questions about checking in. The food was OK. The fruit tasted rotten and the food didn't seem as fresh either. The customer service was also mediocre. When I was on ANA airlines all the staff were very helpful and they seemed statisfied with their jobs. When I travel to ASIA again I will try and avoid Vietnam airlines."

Ưu: "The flight had many open seats, the crew helped to board passengers efficiently, the food was plentiful and they even offered wine on a 3 hour flight. It was delightful."

Ưu: "Notifying customers of why flight was holding for over an hour in the air (due to heavy rain)."
Khuyết điểm: "No food or drink offered during holding period..this more than doubled the flight time and was quite frustrating."
Ưu: "Very attentive to handicapped passengers. Which is me. Yhe flight is short yet they served a light lunch we seemed like a waste to. I had a coke. The plane was clean I love the hostess uniforms. Beautiful and very feminine. Refreshing in today's world"

Ưu: "Did not have food so can't commen. This airline reminds me of Cathay pacific I really liked it. I have down Vietnam airlines several times Good English and on time. They know how to deal with people in wheelchair. I will fly every time I can"

Khuyết điểm: "It wasn't possible to check baggage through to Yangon despite it being advertised as a connecting flight. Very annoying to have to collect and re check in at HCMC airport while in transit."

Ưu: "Great set up and options for entertainment. Felt like the seats were a little bigger than other planes and plane was either fairly new or still in good condition. Was on time and the boarding process went quickly."
