They were also curt trying to rush us off the flight as my daughter was trying to locate a lost item as we arrived. She has limited sight and we need time to get off and to find things.... given she has lost an iPad, and very expensive reading glasses and other things on the trips that span 24 - 36 hrs."

There were two lines where passenger did line up in than others cut the line claiming they had connecting flights. Those in charge never verified whether they were connecting to another flight. Never asked for their boarding pass. I heard some laughing saying they did no have connecting flights. I better job and method of handling this situation is needed as long as the ban is in effect. Otherwise, Turkish airlines is fine. My wife and I have traveled most airlines and travel extensively. So, we are aware of good service and bad. Your service minus the electronic equipment is good."

Khuyết điểm: "All information was incorrect. Passengers were told to go to gate very early and then were uninformed about late departure. We stood in a line for more than an hour because of this incorrect information. Additionally, the passengers were forced to stand in cold, windy rain because bus shuttle service and boarding was inefficient. Business class ticket holders were afforded no advantage while checking in either."
Ưu: "The food was amazing the best I have had in any airline and I have flown in truly many also staff were great only suggestion is to add Turkish delights to menu or as a welcoming gesture which would really put your airline over the top"

Khuyết điểm: "I was not able to check in online within the 24 hrs prior to the flight as the Iberia system kept flashing and "error"message. Therefore, I was not able to pick a seat, which I would have paid to upgrade if necessary, but instead I was assigned a middle seat as a last option, at the counter, and paid for an exit row which, except for the leg room, was just as uncomfortable!"

Ưu: ".My flight left on time ,smooth landing and the cabin temperature seemed more normal than the usual cold interior. Cabin crew were friendly and helpful from JFK to Helsinki and Helsinki back to JFK . Overall a good airline but far from premium."
Ưu: "The shortest flight time between NYC and St. Petersburg Russia. Good connecting time, smooth transition in Helsinki."
Khuyết điểm: "I have never used this airline before and as it was highly rated, I was glad to give it a try. The seats were crammed together very tightly, even for me, a short person! So, the flight was uncomfortable. Then the food was poor. The selection of films was uninspired. The service was indifferent, disinterested, ungenerous. There was something meager, miserly in the whole experience. They are obviously maximizing profits at the expense of the customer, who seems totally disregarded. I would not choose this airline again!"

Khuyết điểm: "We had a very rude male flight attendant that argued with us when they didn't have a vegetarian meal for my wife even though we checked that box when buying our tickets. My wife ate two bread rolls for dinner before the next meal 7 hours later. Later, when the second meal was served, he muttered a smart assed reply to my wife after he handed her food to her. After that meal service he offered everyone coffee except us."

Khuyết điểm: "Experience was totally let down by the airport; nothing to blame the aircraft staff though. Avoid Helsinki airport like the plague for stopovers: bad signage, woeful information how to get to the city efficiently in English. HORRIBLE experience when trying to get lost property: you got to PAY for your initial email or pay top dollar just for a stupid and aggravating phone call!!! The number of exclamation marks is not exaggerated here. You can't even ask if they even have the item in their possession. Rarely had such a bad experience at an airport, and I travel a lot for work. This alone makes me think thrice about EVER getting Finnair again. Same company that manages the airport, so I'm giving this flight a bad review."

Ưu: "The Airbus 330 is an improvement over the Boeing 737 that took me to Europe (via Milan) on this trip. Unlike that flight, this plane is equipped with an updated on demand entertainment system. I attribute the upgraded airplane to the fact that this was a direct flight from HEL to JFK. Still no wifi though... Their magazine says it's coming. Upgrading to Economy Comfort is worth the fee especially if you get a bulkhead seat. Otherwise you are still pretty crammed in with maybe 6" more leg room. But the bulkhead seats are set well back from the wall to give my long legs plenty of room to stretch and get in and out of my seat. My friends in Economy looked miserable :( The chili con carne with rice was an improvement over other airline meals but still room for improvement - mostly in presentation I guess. Lingonberry 'salad' though a bit sour for me, was a nice Finnish dish to sample. Like the cheese and crackers. Departed and arrived on time. Liked the flight tracking that showed you very detailed what you were passing over and even gave us a bit of info and photos about highlights of each region flown over. Nice touch."
Khuyết điểm: "This plane was such an improvement over the "bucket" that flew me to Europe that it has restored my faith in Finnair as a valid carrier for my yearly trip to Europe - like I said, probably because it is a direct flight to New York rather than connecting to another European (not Scandanavian) city like Milan. I would probably not use Finnair to access other parts of Europe for this reason. (On the departure end, the regional Finnair flight from Milan to Helsinki was also sub-standard.) I do think the check-in procedure is still cumbersome - self check in with bag check, though started at kiosks, still results in a long line just to hand off your bag to a counter agent. A few more agents would likely solve that problem... But it was better than going the other way - JFK was a nightmare! Helsinki only slightly better."

Ưu: "I was a bit surprised by cabin crew 's welcoming words that were my native language ,which ware very familiar and joyful . I didn't feel well at that time with a severe cold and I endured during the entire fly . I know it's kind of bad but I made it to my country safely. The food was Korean food and I really enjoyed and loved it so much .The Helsinki airport is great with smoking booth and warm ."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew moved me to another seat on the return flight which allowed me entertainment but I hadThe entertainment console at my seat location on both flights to and from London did not work. That's 10 hours! to move away from my companions."
Ưu: "Flight was operated by American and they really absolutely need to update their planes on the JFK-CDG route. It is the only airline that does not provide individual screens, the seats barely recline and the air quality on board on board lives a lot to be desired as the plane odor is just not good."
Ưu: "The fact that this is the only daytime flight from Boston to Europe."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight staff on this particular BA flight was not as accommodating and friendly as I am so accustomed to on BA. Perhaps the flight attendant in charge of our seats was having a bad day. Also, the food on our BA flights to and from NYC was not up to scratch and rather bland and ordinary, compared to their usual. that was a huge disappointment."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendants were noisy, walking back and forth, so it was hard to rest, more like stomping. Was not pleased with flight attendant who served me, was kinda cocky and not friendly, which spoiled the customer service experience. Not enough leg room, cramped. Wish they had decaf tea. Other than that we arrived safely, so I'm very appreciative."

Khuyết điểm: "When I arrived at CMI no ticket was issued for my second leg, so I could not use the internal transit bus to at Terminal 5 at ORD ("for ticketed passengers only). I had to exit use the external train (which was delayed) and go through the very slow Terminal 5 security. Almost missed my ORD-LHR flight (arrived at the gate after the official closing time)"

Ưu: "I was so bummed about having a middle seat, but it really wasn't that bad! The crew did a great job of explaining which custom forms needed to be filled out in advance. I like that they did this early in the flight so I could relax and sleep the rest of the time."
Khuyết điểm: "I asked for a eye mask and socks and it was never provided, although the toothbrush kit said I could ask for it if needed. I didn't like that the TV controls were on the arm rest - the person next to me kept putting him arm on mine and my movies kept starting from the beginning over and over again! Not the fault of the airline, but small annoyance."
