In the end she did help but i did not appreciate her attitude and felt disappointed my whole flight."

Khuyết điểm: "I started my journey from JFK with Emirates and before booking ticket I checked with customer care representative regarding the baggage allowance and I was told that I am allowed to carry up to 55 inch . I just carried 43 inch tv weighing 19lbs and one check-in baggage weighing 21kgs and they made me pay 175$ saying that tv size is not in allowed limitations. I have also filed complaint but didn’t get any response so far . Last year my husband carried 55 inch with ethihad from same airport JFK and was not charged single penny. so I can say there is no airport restriction as well."

Unfortunately, the ICE video center was broken on the way to Dubai also. In addition, the flight crew lets people stand around in front of you which reduces the extra leg room you pay a hefty price for. What’s the point of charging over $700 for this added “luxury” on each of your flights from JFK to Male, Maldives when you can’t use it. Emirates is nice, but didn’t reach the expectations they set."

We all expect to have to wait our turn but it's incredibly frustrating when 1) the system isn't fair (eg splitting a queue into two then allowing those behind you to go to the front of a new line) and 2) treating us like second class by drawing a curtain in front of our faces so Business class people don't have to see us when they disembark."

Half an hour. Standing up, to get from the plane to the airport. We landed an A380 at the Emirates flagship airport on-time for a normally scheduled flight, and it seemed to take everyone by surprise."

The in flight entertainment was also amazing. The TV's all worked and there were plenty of movie/ TV show options. It helped pass the time. It was also free which was great. All and all it was a wonderful experience. I loved flying Emirates."

This meant the seat was in that position until time to land. So I had to make a choice to sleep or eat, horrible for CX."

I bought from you air tickets with Scoot airlines from H.K to Singapore on 30 December and back to H.K on the 3 January. when I came to the H.K airport to check in with scoot airlines they said to me that I can't go to Singapore because my passport expired on 2 of June and it's less than 6 months if I want to go to Singapore I need to have in my passport more than 6months. sow in the end I lost the ticket to Singapore and not only this I went back to H.K I toke a room in the hotel 150$ and the day after I went to the embassy of Israel to extend my passport and I bought a new air tickets with Cathay Pacific 350$ to go to Singapore. its mean that I lost my ticket +500$ .and all this because you never informed me that my passport needs to be valid more than 6 months . you can see also in your letter its written there that my passport need to be valid there is not any thing about 6 months. if you was telling me that before I could change my passport. sow pleas I insist that you will pay me back half on my ticket that I lost + my expenses 500$. if I will not get it back my story will be all over in the internet about you I suffered a lot"

Ưu: "Customer service is excellent as usual. The plane is very well outfitted and modern. You can generally trust the Cathay standard. The pilots are good, and even though departure may have been delayed, we arrived ahead of schedule."

Was put on 2 lay overs instead of just 1 (hongkong to Aussie then Aussie to Auckland. With no compensation at all. Sorry is not enough."

Khuyết điểm: "i had a surfboard bag that weighed 11lbs and my daughter had a surfboard bag that weighed 21 lbs and we are being charged $200 each both ways for a total charge of $800 round trip. This is an outragous fee for surfboard and other airlines specificly Alaskian Air, Quanties, and Virgin Australia have been letting us travel with surfboard bags for free that weight 3 times that much. I will never take Cathay Pacific again as we paid more for these flights because we had heard they do not charge for surfboard and they have great service. I had a total of $1200 fspending money for food and transportation for my trip to Bali. That leaves me with $400. Never again will I travel with Cathay Pacific and I will be spreading the word through social Media! Not a Happy Customer!!!"

China Airlines screens are VASTLY superior in their hardware, their speed, and the quality of their UI. And running an ad before EVERY movie --- in business?! Talk about an airline having no sense of class. That's a cheap, stupid move."

I am a pure vegetarian & in all my flight the crew made sure that I got the correct food tray & it was not mixed with wrong mean (non veg.) by mistake. Unlike other flight where meal is just an obligation, Cathay made sure that the taste was very nice too. Full points to them. The quality of seats was good & nice leg space as well. The layover was way shortest as compared to other competitor flights. Overall the experiance was very pleasant & I highly recommend Cathay Pacific."

One attendant (I believe she is from Hong Kong because she once emphasized that she does not understand Mandarin and she only speaks Cantonese and English) she had different faces and attitudes towards foreigners, people who are Hong Kong citizens and people who are from the Mainland China, which made me and my friends really uncomfortable..."

Sitting in an overcrowded Airport in Turkey was so uncomfortable and miserable. Boarding was very long lines and went through so many check points. But the staff was very friendly on board. Praise God I made it home safe."

The Airport was severely overcrowded all night and day. I was going to use Turkey monthly to go back to Germany but I probably won't now."

Four point checks and manual screening."

By the time, we get off my shirt was soaking wet. Imagine flying for so long under these conditions. What an horrible customer service!"

There were two lines where passenger did line up in than others cut the line claiming they had connecting flights. Those in charge never verified whether they were connecting to another flight. Never asked for their boarding pass. I heard some laughing saying they did no have connecting flights. I better job and method of handling this situation is needed as long as the ban is in effect. Otherwise, Turkish airlines is fine. My wife and I have traveled most airlines and travel extensively. So, we are aware of good service and bad. Your service minus the electronic equipment is good."

Business class had already been filled with other double bookings!). They did their best to accommodate everyone though and the remainder of the flight was very pleasant."

I feel I could've easily missed my flight even though I was sitting right there at the gate that had been listed when I first arrived to the airport."

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."
