I understand this carrier needs to cater to a broad cultural and geographic audience, but I think they make it too complicated. Giving meal service a decidedly Japanese angle results in main courses that are mush, and sides that are OK. Good yogurt, decent fruit, delicately prepared salads, delicious cookies and hagen daz are pretty simple and make the meals fun. (especially since chop sticks are always included), but the ovens turn the main courses into a stinky and kinda nasty thing. I wish they would simplify."

Khuyết điểm: "First, I did an online check-in and was able to secure a seat for the first leg of the flight, but was able to get any information on my second leg. So when I arrived at the Thai Airways counter to load in my bags I asked the Thai Airways representative about the missing information. His response was that he could not get into the ANA system and that I have to go to the ANA counter to ask for that information. Given that my layover in Narita was only about 45mins landing to going to the gate, I was not comfortable with not knowing if I would be on that flight or not. The Thai Airways representation at the boarding counter did help me a bit and got in touch with a guide in Narita to help me get my luggages and get to gate properly. I wanted to note that we did not arrive in Narita on time due to the high air traffic so the plane had to circle around for 15 mins. When we finally landed I had about 15 mins to get through the custom and ran to my gate. When I received my ticket I was shocked that I got a middle seat on a 13 hours flight! If I have known this earlier I would have paid for a better seat, but since I was not able to check-in online and didn't receive any info about this flight prior to boarding I was not allowed to change on this full flight. In addition, the plane ride was awful. The food was disgusting and the seat was very uncomfortable. The seat did not even recline back! I don't expect much from a short distance flight but for a 13 hour long flight, I at least expect the seat to be slightly better than sitting on a rock against a brick wall. All in all, this was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I went through. The stress and the discomfort on the plane was an experience that no one should ever feel while traveling. It was an awful nightmare on an ANA flight. I would like a refund on this flight with no exceptions. Sincerely, Jessica Saesue"

There should be double the movies and music offered given that you can go through all of the offerings in one or two legs of a trip. I had four. BBC news didn't work on any leg of the trip and the Japanese news was in Japanese only, no English."

Biggest issue is the baggage claim in Sacramento. I flew business class with a priority tag on the luggage, yet my bag was the very last to come off the belt. Why don't they follow the tags and actually pay attention to the priority tags and get those off first as other airports are able to do.

Great service and crew from boarding to on the plane. Kind workers who were willing to help and make the traveling process better.

I don't have any complaints about the flight from Atlanta to New York except for being stuck on the tarmac at JFK for what seemed like an hour because of lack of personnel to taxi us to the gate. The plan had landed at 11:35pm but we didn't deplane until 12:25am. The crew handled it well even though they seemed incredibly tired.

Ưu: "Seats sized for a human and not a pencil or anyone under the age of 3, actual padding on the seats, (decision making executives may have possibly taken a flight themselves that wasn't in first class), amazing entertainment, friendly and professional staff. Overall this may have been THE MOST COMFORTABLE coach flight I've experienced since the airline industry started herding people like cattle. I think the armrests may have actually reached high enough to BE an armrest. Individual video in seat backs was perfect with touch screen and more movies than I could count, music, tv show series, and more. $2 headsets for sale if your forgot to bring yours. All in all this was a fantastic experience. Delta, keep this up and people will actually choose you over other airlines. I know I will."

Literally watched a guy sleep nearly the entire flight with his mask off and the FA walked by him multiple times without saying anything. Will never fly with American after their abysmal attempt to keep us safe. I did not feel safe for a second on that horrendous flight. Definitely getting a COVID test and I will know where I got it from if I test positive. Also the seats are uncomfortable and it was a very bumpy flight (I understand that part cannot be avoided). I don’t understand how you cancel flights and bump people to other flights only for them to be SUPER packed. I thought at the rate of cases rising airlines should be doing a better job at taking safety precautions. Not American. Why do they think it’s a safe idea at this time to have my wife and I packed in with a total stranger for four hours? No social distancing whatsoever! Overall I cannot say a single good thing about this flight. Worst in my entire life"
Khuyết điểm: "The flight was 2 hours delayed because there was a mechanical issue on the plane. We sat and waited on the plane for 1 hour while the Maintenance crew tried fixing the problem. After sitting there for one hour, they told us the problem wasn’t fixed and we have to change aircrafts. The other aircraft was all the way in terminal D (we were in terminal A) and the boarding process took a long time. Overall it was an awful flight and experience with American Airlines. I missed my mother’s birthday party because of the 2 hour delay."

I am not sure if I would bundle my travel plans again..,,also Thrifty car rental was short on cars in Liz Angeles on arrival"

Once landed, gate was occupied by yet another flight running late so we waited for 15 minutes to get to the gate."

No tvs on any of the flights too."
