Economy seats are smaller compared to other long haul international flights. Entertainment was awful. No digital monitors, bad audio ( no good ear phones) and worst of all most of the movies don’t have subtitles ( image you watching with poor quality headphones with noise from flight .

When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

I travelled several times in Qatar, but never had this kind of experience."

We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."

Hour delay taking off due to missing crew member
The power outlets did not work at all, the wifi was spotty, there are no TVs, and the seats are way too narrow. As a positive, we did get in pretty much on-time.
Boarding and flight was smooth. Arrived 35 minutes early. Crew pleasant.
Delayed for 2.5 hours, ending up awitching planes. As we left Charlotte at 0035, no services were offered. It was not a full flight.

The all experience was truly insulting, the crew laughed at as for misunderstanding what she said. I sincerely hope no one would go to the same experience we did."
Ưu: "Excellent piloting (good driving) and communication during a torrential downpour. That's important. The two hours on the tarmac were unavoidable, so appreciated occasional comments about the storm and circumstances. Interesting parking. I didn't know a plane could pivot like that. Also, flying through cumulonimbus clouds was thrilling. Thank you."
We were in business class and had to go and find someone to get a drink a couple of times during the flight. Meanwhile, the lady in front of me slept for the first part of the flight and had her dinner later (making a lot of noise) and the steward treated her like royalty. Deplaning was also extremely odd as they spent 15 minutes letting all people off first that had to catch other flights. We were only 15 minutes late. I’ve almost never had to do that before, and only when we were extremely late. Almost seemed like this crew was new and/or inexperienced. Im sure they are going to blame Covid!

Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC"

Khuyết điểm: "I used Kayak to find my ticket and fill out my information (all kayak logos on top of the page and so on). However, when my confirmation email and e-ticket came in, they were issued by Budgetair.com. I had no experience with them and took it to be a reliable website since they were working with Kayak. However, I had to change/cancel my flight because of delayed passport delivery, and this is when everything turned very Ugly! I had to spend an hour over the phone to get connected to an agent with BudgetAir, who disconnected the line within 2 minutes saying: “please hold so I can pull up your information”. This game went on for 6 hours. I tried to connect with the airline directly to make the change, which was not possible since Budgetair had placed a restriction on this ticket. After 6-7 hours, which meant no work for me or lunch because I was sitting behind my desk with a phone on my hand, I got through an agent who was rude and impolite. He took 15 minutes to find flights for the new dates (I did it in 2 minutes on their website), and then told me to pay $315 in extra fess. When I inquired that the prices on your website for the exact same ticket is way cheaper than my original ticket price, he got angry and aggressive. Basically implying that I have no choice to take their offer as is, or let go of my original ticket price of over $2000. Long story short, DO NOT buy from BudgetAir if you like having a peace of mind!"

Ưu: "There seems to have been improvements to the check in and boarding for disabled disabled passengers like myself at Pearson. Much easier to drop off luggage and move quickly to the wheelchair pickup area. Staff were courteous and efficient."

Because I was travelling alone, I was asked if I would move to accommodate someone with a pet carrier that would not fit under the seat they were in. I declined but wondered how they were allowed to board with an oversized case. Also seemed strange to ask a disabled passenger to move."

Our plane left 45 minutes late from Phoenix because of a gas spill so when we got to Vancouver from Phoenix, we had to go through customs which took extra time. When we first landed in Vancouver and before we even got off the plane, we had 5 minutes to board onto our next flight which obviously was not going to happen. We rushed through customs and still might have been able to board our flight at the last possible minute except the staff at the airport led us to somehow get out of the secure area and have to go through security again before going to our gate. That took so much extra time. This never should have happened. When you get off the plane and have a connecting flight, there is always a way to get to the gate to board without having to go through security again. When we finally made it to our gate for our connecting flight, our plane had left and we were told to go to the air canada service desk. There was about 10 to 15 of us that had missed our connecting flight because of this so the 2 staff at the desk were trying to help us all but had to wait for their manager to come and confirm they could give us another flight which took quite a bit longer than I thought. We ended up getting booked on standby on a flight straight from Vancouver to Saskatoon in 2 hours which was our final destination, but never was told that because of all this headache, we should have grabbed our luggage. We thought our luggage was going to go on without us on the flight we missed but apparently if you do not get on your flight they don’t send your bags which makes sense. We also had thought for a second that maybe our luggage didn’t go on the flight from Vancouver to Calgary but if it didn’t then someone would most likely put it on the flight to Saskatoon. We should have asked about it but they should also have mentioned it when we were in a panic. And I understand you can’t put extra people on a flight that is booked, but what if the plane we were on standby for was full and we had to wait even longer .. could have taken us a day to get home when this wasn’t our fault we missed our flight, but was air Canada’s."

Crazy on bag drop at check in #5 lane in departures in Toronto. Perhaps one more staff at high volume to make sure the folk in the bag drop line actually have bag tags. Travel to same route last year at this time and it was the same experience."
Ưu: "Overall a good experience. Had to pay for food but it was quite good so I didn't mind. Supposedly the crew were short staffed but I found them attentive and helpful and to be honest I believe the people who complained may have been a little precious."

Then when you have final pushed it in then push back on the seat it falls to the full recline position, potentially surprising the passenger behind. I thought this was isolated to this flight but have now encountered in 2 subsequent flights in AC premium economy."

Ưu: "The employees recognized our needs, were polite, accommodated easily to french or english, and even told people to clear the boarding area if it wasn't time for their zone to board (a major pet peeve of mine)."

Yeah, you can pay extra for an ipad or to get food, but for most decent flights these days you get at least something to eat for free. Especially on a 7 hour flight from US to CAN. My knees nearly touched the seat in front of me. It wasn't that small of a plane, i just think they really wanted to pack us in. If they removed a row or two and gave everyone just an inch more space how much would that REALLY set them back?"

Khuyết điểm: "I tried to call your airlines to reserve a spot for humanitarian supplies. I run a rescue for dogs in Cancun. I could never get through to anyone and there is no info on your tickets about the cost of a third bag. I was charged an extra $500.00 for two extra bags that were carrying donated supplies to help the animals. But your airline made it a useless endeavor because they ended up costing more than they were worth. The people at the gate were unbending and I'm so disappointed that it is more important to you to make money than help non-profit organizations. I have run Isla Animals for 15 years and have had much help from kind airlines, I won't be flying yours or recommending yours to any dog lovers."

Khuyết điểm: "This is an old plan that desperately needs upgrading: it's visibly worn down, the seats are old and uncomfortable, bathrooms were gross, etc. I was also surprised to have to pay for food on a nearly 6 hour, international flight. But even with that said if you're going to make people pay have a decent menu and make sure you have everything available that's on the menu. Amazing how different this flight was from our Munich to Toronto flight."

Ưu: "I had a five year old and an eleven year old traveling with me and was able to board early and get them settled before everyone else got on."

Not even a light snack or a can of juice is too much to ask for, considering the cost and comfort cut backs to fly with Air Canada"

Khuyết điểm: "Despite having checked-in online, entered passport and global/precheck info, and used the kiosk at the airport to verofy passport, etc checking luggage was a huge inefficient mess. I've never seen this at a US airport on a US carrier."
Ưu: "I've been taking this flight for many years. The flight times, crew, and boarding process are all excellent. The food is always very good for a plane flight with plenty of options. When awake, the new seats are a pleasure and I especially appreciate the extra storage areas."
Khuyết điểm: "By definition, this flight is long-haul with the necessity to sleep on it. In executive class, they have recently changed the "seats". The old ones were too cramped (narrow) for a 6 ft guy. The new ones are not only narrow but the table that telescopes down restricts the vertical height when the seat is fully down. It is literally impossible to lay on your side. This was a horrendous design and unacceptable for a sleeping flight."
