"The boarding procedure was ABYSMAL. It is infuriating to be asked to "social distance" and wear masks when the airline is unable to conduct boarding in an organized and efficient way. The crew was totally incompetent in informing waiting passengers. No microphones. No digital display of boarding order. No staff assistance. Waiting for WAY too long with no explanation. It was perfectly awful. Food was eatable but completely tasteless. Not nearly enough liquid distribution."

When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told."

I reached airport 4 hours before departure and I get treated like this, horrible service."

Khuyết điểm: "Emirates baggage on board policy is a bit strict compared to most of the other Asian and American flights I've been on. Usually I'm allowed a regular carry-on and a personal item (i.e., a small backpack), but Emirates was very strict on the personal items. Personal items are limited to only Business and First Class passengers. Also, they were extremely strict about the size of my carry-on. As someone who has been on 20+ flights in this year alone, few of them being budget airlines (which are generally very strict), I had no issues whatsoever with the size of my carry-on until I flew with Emirates."

We ended up spending 18 hours in Istanbul for the next flight. 1. The personnel at the transfer desk were rude and unhelpful when we asked questions. They seemed like they could not be bothered with our problems. 2. Turkish airlines did not even bother to help with accommodations, instead giving my wife and I a small bed to sleep in vs a hotel room. The only way to get a hotel room was to leave the airport, and we could not get Visas because we were American citizens. Turkish airlines was a very bad experience. Overall this was a poor experience, and I will not fly Turkish Airlines again. I will make sure my friends and family know that this is a poor airline with poor customer service."

I don't know who to blame in the first wrong text, I don't know why and how the suitcase was lost, I don't know who torn it, but in general it was all very wrong and inefficient."

Khuyết điểm: "Worst airline I have flown, avoid if at all possible. We saved $400 each on a long haul flight from LAX connecting through IST and we should have spent the extra money. Flight attendants are extremely rude, not helpful, the food is terrible, the planes are all old Boeing 777-300 likely purchased second hand and seem to be falling apart on the inside. I saw flight attendants kicking, punching, and body slamming carts and other items to get them to fit in their racks in the kitchen areas, I hate to think what that means for safety of critical items. Just stay away for your safety and sanity"
Ưu: "The flight was good. The food was good and the air hostesses were courteous. There was fair leg space in the economy flight and entertainment was also good. However, the negatives far outweighed these positives."

I along with other passengers were stacked in dorm style non barricaded rooms in 1.5ft wide beds like animals. It was in total poor taste. Half the Turkish Air employees I approached at the Airport for help with directions and clarifications were dismissive to the point of being obnoxious. Walking through the airport, all I could think was what a disorganized and hard to navigate airport it was. It was an unpleasant experience and I will never recommend Turkish Airline to anyone. It was my first Turkish air, and it will be my last."

Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

"ergonomic" seats: uncomfortable, narrow, really close to the one in front of you. - Normal (exit row): just give up. There's like 6 of these and they're taken immediately. - Normal (middle of the plane): are you kidding me? These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."
