Khuyết điểm: "Entertainment system is way too old. Screen is small and very poor quality. The seat is also looked old. Service is below standard. I got my drink after I finish the meal. And don’t even think about refill or coffee. The flight attendants never come back before collecting the tray."

Khuyết điểm: "The plane developed a fault 1h out so we had to fly around for half an hour dumping fuel before returning to Bangkok where we were kept in a transit lounge till a replacement aircraft was found. Missed my connections too"

Ưu: "Ho Chi Minh City- Bangkok flight was good but BKK-Kolkata was uncomfortable. Look like very old business class set up. Overall is average standard."

Khuyết điểm: "Board was troublesome and wasted alot of time as the tube was not used.had to walk down a flight of stairs then wait for mini bus (with very limited seats), then take it for around 5-7mins drive to reach the plane. Then wait for the previous minibus's crowd to clear then walk another flight of stairs up the plane :( I can accept this from a budget airline but not a commercial airline at a usual well-equipped airport especially when it's at its own home country."

Khuyết điểm: "We arrived plenty early at terminal 2 like the confirmation said. Only to find that over night they changed departures to terminal 3. No signs. No one there to give instructions. Just a security guy saying “take sky train “. We had plenty of time so it was more annoying than anything. So we arrive at the gate and the are having a party to inaugurate the new gate and terminal. I’m glad they celebrated. Haha. Got to laugh. The big crowd at the celebration were passengers who were delayed bordering so they could have a celebration. Part of the adventure."

Ưu: "Just like on previous domestic flight experience, I love how Thai Airways is able to promote and provide for customer comfort and service on such short flights - something that US airlines are so incapable of providing. Not only was the A350 comfortable and spacious, the fact that they also served a meal on such a short flight is so much appreciated."
