Plane got too warm when flying to Narita. Plane was older model.
Highly efficient and great service
Japan Airlines should have done better incorporated with other codeshare airlines (JetBlue) to make sure our reservation doesn’t get mess up and that’s one of the reason why we stayed in Newyork for the whole day to wait for the next flight. Could have been much better experience but it wasn’t and worse. My flight got delayed in Newyork causing us to miss out our flight on the outbound from Narita to Vietnam. On the way back, the agent from JP airlines messed up our reservation and separate our name into 2 different reservations making us running around to figure out how to get the boarding pass for my partner which is ridiculous.
The delay was 6 and half hours… They didn’t provide any comfortable space to stay. We needed to worry about PCR test and everything, so at least they could provide reasonable offers which is that we could use JAL lounge or somewhere we could relax and stay.
Ưu: "The flight never occurred. The first leg of my flight from Ho Chi Minh was cancelled and I was not informed. I discovered this when I went to check in. I called Kayak to resolve this since I had confirmation of the booking and was placed on hold. After 2 HOURS I hung up. At roughly 4:00 am I spoke with someone at Kayak who confirmed the flight was cancelled and that I was not contacted. An offer was made to put me on another flight a day later but that was impossible because of needing another Covid test. I was able to arrange another flight that was more expensive."

Ưu: "JAL lounge at Haneda was the best I've ever been in. The Business Class configuration is terrific -- as private as can be on an airplane, without going First. And the JAL staff, on the ground as well as in the air, are Grade A diplomats, counselors, and -- in a word -- professionals. Which is sorely lacking in US air carriers, who don't seem to understand that air travel is a service industry, and to excel in a service industry, PEOPLE are most important to the customers. Specifically, having enough people: US airline employees are well-trained professionals too, but "corporate" consistently under-hires/deploys, which leaves employees juggling far too much at once, which degrades the service experience for the customer. Yeah, I get "the bottom line," but service industry customers will always go to businesses that offer better service. Ok, rant over. JAL is tops."

One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight"

If I hadn’t asked one of the workers there I would have missed my flight."

Entertainment does not work , remote also not working . My wife flew back to NTC from Seatle on first class and the chair can not recline , sitting straight up for the entire flight.
Why you have as a matter of the length of the customers do not understand what should be inconvenienced, and child's mother, for one day delay forced the plane to their airplane all at the airport to cancel. you can't sleep at night.And inhospitable to really disappointed in the Delta holding a microphone in front of boarding, employees.Be inconvenienced like this you have to ask why we are paying.
Delay caused my layover to not work out in Atlanta. Did catch later flight but got home later than I wanted to.
The flight attendant read all of the directions off his phone, with a mask, and in a low, uninterested voice. We heard little to nothing of the directions and weren’t even motivated to try.
Boarding too slow. Crew could be more helpful. Flight was good, on time.
The plane was hot. my seatbelt was too small; of the 4 planes we were on on this trip, this was the only belt I had a problem with. The in-flight entertainment screen was not responsive so it was stuck on one movie the entire flight. This experience was very much unlike any other Delta experience.

Ưu: "We got almost an absurd amount of food and drink on the flight, which was great. A meal, two snacks, a bottle of water, and several passes of the drink cart. The flight staff were all great, the entertainment options were plentiful. Really just a great flight."

Our 1hr45minute layover was completely taken up just waiting in random lines to have someone look at our passports, or ask us to pull up our full flight itinerary email (teh boarding pass was not enough for her....). I appreciate the security attempts but it was really over the top, and the staff had no idea what they were doing (were bad at directing people to the right place or explaining what they needed). Note that NONE of this was the fault of Delta or KLM, completely teh airport."

I am a Delta frequent flier, and despite logging on and checking in, was told at the airport counter that I would be assigned a seat at the gate. Of course we were assigned to the last row of the antiquated MD 88, right next to one of the engines. As if the lack of reclining seats was bad enough, the engine noise and vibration was almost unbearable on the flight that was delayed one hour on the Tarmac. The crew was understanding and we did get to Orlando safely...a big plus."
This was delayed nearly 2.5 hrs for no reason. This is absurd.
Head flight attendant was wonderful.
The captain’s announcements were succinct, coherent, and brief—unlike the chatty confusing communications from the pilot on April 23, ORD to FCO. The flights got attendants were all very good, helpful, efficient, and friendly: I would single out as excellent an older white-haired lady, on both trips, for her cheerful and helpful attentions. The food was not as bad as it often is. Boarding in Rome was efficient and unstressful, and the over two hours going through immigration at OHare were the worst I have experienced in thirty years of frequent flights abroad. Can’t the airlines put some pressure to insure that the people at OHare can speak English at least as well as the personnel in foreign airports? My wife and I have agreed that we will in future foreign travel avoid returning to America at O’Hare.
Too much delay at every step of the travel. Even after landing, had to stay at tarmac for a long time due to unavailable gate. Overall a bad experience of 3.5 Hr delay for one Hr flight. Families with children and mask were struggling to be there.
The flight was delay more than an hour
I’m not a fan of small planes. Not enough leg room. There was a man that would keep his mask on. He and his partner were disruptive. He/they should have been arrested upon landing. Or at least inconvenienced in some way.

Ưu: "The only good thing on that plane was the crew. We where grounded in board for three hours because of a water leak in the kitchen... My seat had a hole were the ashtray used to be filled with garbage, the tray was filthy when I pulled it open, the overhead light didn't work"
Ưu: "Multiple delays. Ended up taking off after my initial anticipated arrival time. No snacks or food available on the flight either just made for a very poor experience."

Khuyết điểm: "They overbooked every flight of the day (total of 4) and offered us no solution except what as standby and try to get on next days flight. Very bad form and they were not helpful in finding a solution. we finally rented a car and drove home over 8 hours- still trying to get the rental car cost reimbursed....and oh yeah they completed tore apart my METAL GUN CASE!!!!"

Khuyết điểm: "Although a BA flight I had to pay AA charges for checked baggage. Agent at AA counter was trying to help by offering my bag as carry on. I paid the $100.00 charge as I am handy capped and did not want to wrestle extra weight. Under BA there should have been no charge but the AA counter staff acted ignorant of that fact. Not sure why I am telling you this as I expect nothing will be done by anyone."

Also, pilot or crew did not tell us what gate we were deplaning at and with short tomes between flights, I need to plan where my next gate is and fastest route there."
