(we arrived Langkawi airport around 3pm, we were told by the officer that our luggage will be sent to our resort at 7pm but it came at 11pm instead) The snacks could have been better. Besides the salted peanuts, it would be better to add biscuits or a slice of cake. The orange juice is good but maybe if we are given choice of warm drink (tea or coffee) it would be great."

Khuyết điểm: "We were first told to queue in the C counter for check in and baggage drop,after about half an hour lining in the long queue, when I reached the counter, the lady staff on scanning my passport talked to someone over the phone and told me that I should go to the counter Ĺ 16, as the fight is " 70% overbooked" and "not everybody can fly today". I told her that I was already checked in using Internet and that just needed to drop my baggage and get the boarding pass as I had not done that, she told me whatever you need to tell, go and tell tge staff at the L counter. Then I went to the L counter, they had group check in, display, I queued in and when I reaches the counter, they asked me where you have to go, I replied MH 114, Karhmandu, then they said no seat today, I again replied with whole story once again. I finally got my boarding pass and luggage checked in. During flight, when I once asked fir water, tge reply was " I can't give you whiskey as it is finished". I again repeated, the reply was we can give you water but no whiskey. I was shocked, my friend sitting beside me said " who has asked you for whiskey?". I am still thinking why he said and even mentioned the word whiskey?? I never drink an alcoholic drunk, am a teetotaller. We arrived Kathmandu airport on time. But i am still waiting for my luggage to arrive a day after. They said, 120 baggage didn't come in the flight.When I called the airlines Iver the phone today, local office and airport,I have been told to reconfirm thebaggage again in the afternoon, as sone of the 120 luggage are still not coming today. They didn't even record my baggage delay complaint yesterday as it was too crowdy at the counter.they took the tg no only on white sheet of paper. Overall the worst air travel experience of my life. I kept my coffee cup waiting, while of theflight till I landed, tge crew staff told me they couldn't serve coffee as tge weather was bad. I don't know what they meant by " bad weather", tge flight was overall without any major turbulence,."
