This is in human and no airline on international route is allowed to do so"

Khuyết điểm: "Flight delayed coming in therefore late departure of over an hour! My outgoing flight was also delayed that I missed my connection at Kuala Lumpur and was put on next flight 4 hours later arriving into Singapore around midnight!"

Ưu: "A mediocre flight is better than an awful one? At least we *had* an entertainment unit. And there was a USB outlet so phones/ipads could remain charged throughout the flight."
Khuyết điểm: "Mine was a cramped experience in an old airplane, sadly normal for the industry. Food was bad. Entertainment unit was one of those press-the-screen-and-maybe-10-seconds-later-it'll-react types. Crew wasn't very communicative about what each cart rolling down the isle was for. Not a terrible experience, just not particularly good."

Khuyết điểm: "Poor quality food especially the breakfast "snack". Unable to take water on board and tiny serves of water and other drinks left us dehydrated. Far too many ads at the start of entertainmen. Repeated for each selection."
Ưu: "Flight was on time - to the detriment of my late connecting MAS flight from DAR"

Khuyết điểm: "Plane was 45min late departing and I was meeting my partner connecting in KL. There was supposed to be a 2 hour layover - instead we almost missed my flight. Fortunately, he was able to hold the plane and I made it. My baggage didn't though - and was only delivered to the hotel at midnight after a convoluted process claiming it at Tan Son Nhat Airport. Not really good enough given we paid extra in order to be able to travel together. Pick up your game MAS - 2 planes out of the sky and you won't regain customers like this!"

Khuyết điểm: "As usual, the flight was completely full. Everyone carries on as many bags as allowed and there is no bin space for all the luggage. I bring only my briefcase and had to search for space."

Ưu: "Whilst I realise this is an Asian airline the warm roll was very doughy & tasteless & the breakfast wasn't at all good."

Khuyết điểm: "Check in counter personnel were very slow. They did not know proper immigration rules. They made me wait for 30 minutes while they verified with immigration on something I had already told them. I had to rush through immigration and security to ensure I made the flight on time. Added stress as a customer."
Ưu: "Flight was full ...so felt cramped. Towards back of plane so only 1 toilet. The Veg pie was slightly warm and unappetising , took 1 bite and left rest. Steward saw this and gave me extra peanuts instead. The brekkie was awfulll, the supposed scrambled eggs was congealed into the shape of the holder and again lukewarm the grilled tomatoe looked washed out....unappetiising...so ate the squahed croissant , yoghurt and fruit. What happened to international food standards . Crew was nice...though if wanted water later on had to get yourself.They didn't come around much offering water before Brekkie. No game option eg Sudoku on Entertainment site. My bag come off carousel more scratched than with other Airlines, so poor handling. Disembarked by stairs at Sydney Airport near Cargo plane area and had bus to Airport. Never had that before on an International flight , so took much longer to get into terminal....last thing you want after a long flight."
