Boarding crew should be knowledgeable; Buses seats are more comfortable than Qatar air ways..

However I did not arrive in Johannesburg because a flight delay (even though our flight was set to let ontime) caused probably 40 people to miss their connections. To their credit, Qatar Airways did find accommodations for us and gave us food vouchers. Otherwise it'd be a zero rating."

This is very upsetting and it appears that Qatar Airways is too slow with boarding, there was no explanation given for why it took so incredibly long to board."

I flew with United Airlines not Lufthansa from San Francisco to London & same coming back. UA domestic flight from San Francisco to Honolulu could do better, it was delayed & once on board, passengers need 2 purchase wifi connection to see inflight entertainment. Terrible!!!

I don’t understand why I was one of the exceedingly few passengers pulled out of the queue to have luggage checked in. Food was sad."

Seats in front of toilet cluster lit up every time door was opened. Crew were slow to react. Wasn't a priority. Ruined the excellent first leg of had from Philadelphia to Frankfurt. Do they run inferior planes to South Africa compared to USA?"
Ưu: "The service by the flight attendants was very good starting from the welcome to the end in spite of the fact that it was quite late night flight. Also by fortunate luck I had the chance to sleep as the next three seats to me were all empty in the middle block, which made the whole trip less exhaustive."
Khuyết điểm: "If the seats next to me weren't empty and I couldn't lay down across all of them it would have been a difficult flight as the economy seats are not even close with economy comfort levels of other international airlines like Turkish Airlines especially the seat pitch size. Entertainment choices could be improved by more recent movies. There were very few selection."
Ưu: "Great service everyone was very accommodation. Enjoy the flight and the met some very interesting people. Althoght my flight to Kiev fro Frankfurt was delayed 20 minutes, and to take a bus to another plane, it wasn't that long of a wait."

Khuyết điểm: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

The same baggage I brought from US is the same weight but hostile to removed down all my clothes. The weight used in Nigeria is not acceptable to many people and it can make passenger run from them"
Ưu: "The crew was very kind and made their beat efforts accommodate our requests or help us with the issues we experienced in our seats. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food served during the flight."
Khuyết điểm: "The entertainment system in my seat was not working. The crew was very helpful in terms of trying to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was not fixed. The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. Unfortunately the flight was not as comfortable for her as it was for the rest of my party traveling with me. For such a large aircraft, Lufthansa should consider boarding economy by seat section. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

When I was finally rebooked on a Swiss Air flight, the flight was invalid, Swiss didn't accept it. I was send to various different lines, and they didn't even understand what my problem was. Finally after spending 2 whole days at the San Francisco airport, I could take off with a 30 hour delay. The Swiss Air flight was wonderful."

Khuyết điểm: "Boarding occurred from two doors which caused long delays because people had to try and get by each other in the narrow isle. If they want to use two doors to load the plane they should at least direct the passengers that have seats at the back to go to the back and vice versa."
