Delays in boarding and takoff
Scoot doesn't have Business class which is fine . I was pleasantly surprised with my little care package given to me during the flight which I assumed is because I had flown in with Singapore Business and this is part of the offering instead of me buying my own food. Pretty good experience overall for budget airline.
Please update your meals plan for hindu nv. Also, I wish I had a foot rest for my feet. Great seat spacing/leg room.
Everything good accept food not good
I love everything about Singapore airlines excepted fact that you cannot reach a person to speak with anything with on the phone that is the only reason I may not use a Singapore Airlines again I tried many times to call someone and cannot speak to a person about some specific problems that I need to speak with an individual about

the wheelchair service was denied to me because they couldnt see it on my ticket but i had pleaded for it. the turkish airport and san francisco airport easily gave me a wheelchair without asking questions while delhi was being harsh about it.

This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."

The check in process was the most chaotic I've seen in recent times. No clear order, no clear counters. We bounced back and forth before we checked in our luggage. At the gate, another long chaotic line of multiple questioning and bag/body search before we boarded buses to our plane. When we boarded we found out we were split at 2 or 1 seat arrangements (out of 5 travelers). After complaining, there were able to seat at least 3 (with one lap child) together and 1 separate. The plane was uncomfortably hot all flight long despite notifying the flight attendants. The one restroom ran out of soap in the first hour of the 11 hour flight. They quickly ran out of a choice for lunch option and snacks. I fly Turkish Airlines frequently and I usually am satisfied, but this was exceptionally bad experience."

Turkish Airline representatives looked clueless and did not provide information or even look concerned. That was the worst handled delay in my over 30 years of flying all over the world on any many carriers. Once we boarded, the flight went well from there."

I found out within a out half an hour what would happen -- you had them delivered to where I was staying the next day. It all went smoothly and fortunately I had allowed extra time after I arrived ... no problems. And the people who handled your baggage claims were professional."

There is NO comfortable seat position with that footrest. Every Economy passenger would be much better served if the footrests were completely removed."

Therefore, it is kind of Turkish Airlines blame."

Khuyết điểm: "after the ooup d'tout there was a period of chaos and i had to stand in line for 11.5 hours straight to get a new flight boarding pass.l They could have maybe come up with a different system for this considering the 2 or 3,000 people who had their flights canceled. that was incredibly unpleasant...herded in like cattle for 12 hours with i don't know how many thousands of people trying to get a flight out. It was like being in a refuge camp."

She will even dismiss you without answering your questions."

More spacious seating than airlines in America. 5/5 experience"

The exception was satisfied by a tasty vegetarian meal. CSA has the widest selection of vegetarian / vegan choices of any airline that I have seen. All areas were clean, neat and cared for. Flight attendants were attentive and effective. An Engkish language newspaper was available."

Three hour delay on a 1.2 hour flight. Ground staff made us wait in the boarding area for around 2 hours even though the aircraft hadn't even arrived yet. No updates, no refreshments - not even water. Then we finally boarded to discover MH wasn't even doing meal service on this sector anymore. Just a bag of peanuts and tiny cup of orange juice. So close to five hours without serving water!

Really, like 5 checking points between the gate and your seat - quite exhaustive. Crews definitely lack language abilities and clearly follow the Chinese pattern of ignoring non-Chinese - you will never see a smile from a flight attendant, they'll address you as "hello" in any situation and will not communicate to you in English. Rather poor service-wise. Other than that, good flight for the price - just distract from the majority of Chinese clientele behaving loudly and violating your private space deliberately all the time - but it's a Chinese airline, after all. Americans are much louder. Entrainment is mediocre, not much information is offered in broken English at least"

The customer service agents on the ground at LAX still got me checked in on the flight and escorted me through security to the gate in record time. I am so grateful to them for that. The plane was newer and in great shape. Lots of entertainment and the crew onboard was very nice. My one complaint is that they expected us to keep our phones turned off the entire 14 hour flight! That really surprised me! Other than that one thing, I had a really pleasant experience and will feel confident flying them again in the future"

I was booked to do a stopover in Kunming on a travel visa (72 hr.) enroute, but China Eastern demanded a regular tourist visa! So I was turned away and no refund on the fare. Even though I have done this sort of thing -- 72 hr. transit visa -- other years on other airlines. My exasperation on this knows no bounds, especially since I don't seem to have any recourse."

I arrived while boarding was in process, not giving me any time to eat, use the restroom, or prepare before the flight. If the line was much longer, and if immigration didn't give me urgent priority, I could have very well missed my flight through no fault of my own."

We landed in another city without warning and then departed again without update. Will not fly again and will spread the word about this terrible airline."

Xian to Guangzhou - weak entertainment options, cut off two different movies in the middle."

But I would not recommend for anyone who has never flown with this airline, and does not speak Chinese. However, I am very disapointed with Chinae Eastern Air and I promise I will never choose this Airline again. The reasons are as below: 1. My HCMC-Shanghai flight was delayed nearly 2hrs and my current Shanghai-Narita was delayed from 8am to 12pm. I arrived at Narita on 3pm and my Narita - Sapporo flight was departed. - I lost 200$ for Vanilla Air + 150$ for Sapporo Hotel + 150$ Additional cost for Tokyo Hotel + some other cost. - The most important that my schedule is changed and I am so tired. 2. There are no actions and no appologies from China Eastern Air. There are so many people (International Transit) in same my condition but a few staffs to solve issues. All of us had to swim in problem and look for our own solution by ourself. I travel so much but this is the 1st time I provide this complain. - If the flight with many transited customers is delayed, China Eastern should be awared the issues and prepare a lot of staffs to help their guests at the trasfer gate in advance. Do not let there customers do swim by their own ways - Almost guests were very angry at that time. Regards,"
