He booked both my seats at tge tail of the taxi whereas I requested front seat. In flight, I wasn't asked for my meal preference. They served me pork, whereas I eat a Hindu meal (No Beef and No Pork) They served the end part so late that by the time I could eat they were already descending, and they rushed me to eat. I couldn't eat it anyways except the fruits. No juice or water either was served."

Khuyết điểm: "The flight attendants on China airline was terrible with unacceptable attitude, very rude and consantly trying to insult customer especially to those that don't speak their Chinese language. I would never fly with China airline again."
Ưu: "Flight was delayed 1 hour with no explanation. Boarding was complicated by a long bus ride and again no explanation. The flight had tons of room open but no one offered for anyone to move seats despite a huge, loud crowd of young students keeping everyone awake in the back of the plane."

As a handicapped passenger they have the whole wheelchair routine down pat. I like this airline. The food is marginal and on the 1.5 hour flight I would discontinue food service. I even like the exterior color of the aircraft."

Ưu: "On this one particular leg of the flight from KUL to KIX, this has got to be the best looking crew ever in my 50+ years of flying, both male and female attendants. The girls are gorgeous, practically models. Almost makes up for the lack of on-board entertainment."
Ưu: "The food is shockingly decent. Yeah you have to pay cash and it’s not convenient, but the food is edible and there is lots of variety."
Khuyết điểm: "AirAsia sucks balls. Or at least, it was fine leaving Singapore, but returning from a crappy small town airport to it was a fraudulent nightmare. We were told to check in online and add baggage at least two days before flying to avoid excessive baggage fees. So we paid them the first time, no problem. But AirAsias website is clearly coded by bricks with fingers. Because 6,5,4, and 3 days prior, it says such service is unavailable. Okay, we’ll do it at the airport then, it’ll be nice and easy just like at Changi. Only at this crappy subpar excuse for an airport, they live by no rules and want to charge $300USD - more than double what was charged at Changi - for two 20kg bags. 20kg, which my boarding pass and my booking both say we are entitled to, is suddenly 5kg in excess, so they want to screw your American wallet hard, long, and good because even if you had a good time, chances are you will never pass through the half baked gas station that is Langkawi again. Oh yeah and don’t bother paying for the WiFi - they get you good there too - 10mb which is basically a couple jpegs but you won’t get squat anyway. Literally nothing, and then suddenly your puny 10mb has disappeared, along with your money and what’s left of AirAsias credibility."

Ưu: "Crew was welcoming and appreciative at start and end but that's about it... After announcement to prepare for take off... Two crew members passed the lady beside me with a big bag on her lap ... I had to ask another member passing for the 3rd time to advise her to store properly... This is needed for take off and caution as I was sitting beside her."

Hate change was done via word of mouth from other passengers... The que process was all together and no structure... Room for improvement is certainly there. Its a budget Airline so I'm not expecting food or entertainment. But I was majorly annoyed with baggage policy!! This was the most rediculous of all! I payed more for my bags to follow me than I did for the plane ticket?!?! I was trying tirelessly to add bags to my flight before hand but system gave errors etc and I even tried the live chat again errors so no choice but to do this at airport for a ridiculously expensive cost. I was not happy and will think twice about this. I even considered taking the later air Malaysia flight with my bags included. If I had only known :("

I am glad to have the options to NOT pay for the food and entertainment since I never used it during a flight less than 6 hours. I am sure the food and entertainment is good for many passengers paid for them. The flight is on time, the boarding is well organized, the crew is courteous and bathroom is clean."

Khuyết điểm: "The leg room is deplorable. My knees were continuously hitting the hard seat in front of me and going sideways wasn't even an option. I've never had this happen to me before. I'm a female and 5'9 and this is the least space I've ever had on a flight. So uncomfortable I can't imagine a long flight with this airline, which is good to know because now I will not use them for flying to Malaysia from NYC. Also both flights were delayed by nearly an hour each."

Plane was not cleaned and emptied of rubbish before we were boarded. Most shocking of all, the plane was being refueled while passengers were boarding. All in all, pretty appalling. I take budget flights 2-3 times a year and this is the worst experience I've had with budget carriers (including the European budget carriers with dirt cheap fares and sometimes non-existence customer service)."

Khuyết điểm: "I have flight from kualalumpur to Guangzhou ,there was no whight on tickets, I booked through Kayak web site , Only 15 kg per person is avaliable and for fees , At low fare , I have to pay twice my ticket price for I didnt book my whight before flight online ,. ? ? Flight was 4 hours to Gungzhou , no meals on board , not even a glass of water . You have to pay again on board for your food , and drinks , I feel like traviling in a low degree shattel bus , in a very very poor quality ."

I think the check-in baggage fee was too high. if I would have ordered food the price would have been close to ctrip fairs, and on those flights u might get entertainment. I don't think I saved that much to not consider other carriers next time."
